Congratulations on your engagement! Thank you for considering Four Seasons Hotel Seattle to celebrate your upcoming wedding. We are located in the heart of downtown Seattle, and are best known for our views of Seattle's Great Wheel and the sunset over Elliott Bay from our event space and guest rooms. Our private event space is located all on one floor, and we exclusively reserve only one wedding a day, which will provide a more exclusive and private experience for you and your guests.
The hotel’s event space recently completed a renovation in 2023 with new carpet, wall coverings, furnishings and décor. The color pantone is a mix of neutral blue and gold hues, with a Pacific Northwest modern and chic look to the design. The Main Ballroom and pre-function space can accommodate up to 275 guests for a wedding, plus space for vendors and family holding rooms. Our talented culinary team provides all catering services for your wedding day: pre-wedding breakfast and lunches for your bridal party, cocktail hour, dinner reception, wedding cake, late night bites, and much more. The Four Seasons was such an amazing venue for my daughter’s wedding! The service from beginning to end was impeccable. The food was delicious and the ballroom looked absolutely stunning with the beautiful view. We are so happy we selected the Four Seasons!
"You had me at Four Seasons" was a common response from our guests. My husband and I have stayed here many times and knew it was the place we wanted to be married. From event planning down to the last garnish on a dish, the professionalism, out of this world service, and quality of the venue, food, and ambience made both of us and all of our guests feel they were treated to a once in a lifetime experience. While this ended up being 40% of our budget, it was a truly an unforgettable event because of what the hotel flawlessly executed. Setup was completed in just a couple of hours, smiling and genuinely happy staff abounded, and the food was remarkable. How many times do you go to an event and the food lives up to the "rubber chicken dinner" reputation? Guests are still talking to us about it: "I could cut the beef tenderloin with a fork", everything was hot and beautifully presented like a 5-star restaurant, amazing wines, and the pastry chef hand painted the 'dripping diamonds' on the cake. Washington state was among the first few states to legalize same sex marriage. Many of the websites are not updated to reflect this change and many establishments are getting used to handling the events. The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle is leading - they understand tradition and they embrace modern transformation. Put your worries aside, stop agonizing over hiring the right caterer, and pastry chef, and venue...find a Four Seasons, Seattle with the Puget Sound and ferris wheel views if you're lucky enough, and know that the dreams and expectations you have for your wedding will be exceeded.
The response time to wedding enquiries was about three whole days later at the Four Seasons in Seattle than ANY other venue I contacted in my wedding search. They did not seem interested in my business.
Our experience at the Four Seasons Seattle was amazing! They took care of everything and we never worried for a second. They accommodated us and made our special family cake into our wedding cake, created a dish just for us that was not on the menu for a meal option. Impeccable follow through and thoughtful suggestions during the planning phase. The onsite coordinator Gerald is worth every penny you will spend here. He is beyond fantastic. First class all the way!
I could not have dreamed of a better place to have my wedding! The service was bar none better than anywhere I have ever received. No question went unanswered, no issue went unresolved. The wedding coordinator (Gerald Lim) was truly amazing. The venue itself is gorgeous with the most beautiful view in the banquet room. I visited many venues and out of all my vendors I think the Four Seasons deserves 6 stars that's what a great experience I had there.
