We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Four Seasons Vail—they truly made our wedding dreams come true.
After losing confidence in our previously booked venue just six mon...
ths before our big day, we found ourselves in a stressful search for a new location. My now-wife made a call to the Four Seasons Vail, and from that very first conversation, she was treated like a princess. The team calmly assured her that our date was available and told her something we now wholeheartedly believe: this was a blessing in disguise—she was meant to be a Four Seasons bride.
Fast forward to this past weekend, and we are still on cloud nine. The entire experience was flawless. Every single detail was thoughtfully executed, and the service was beyond anything we could have imagined. Our Group Sales Manager, Erin, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly—her care and attention to detail made us feel like absolute royalty.
Our guests haven’t stopped talking about the service, the food, the ambiance—everything was top-notch. Huge thank you to Erin, Gabby, Chef, Paige, the Group Rooms team, housekeeping, and every single person behind the scenes who made our wedding weekend unforgettable. You didn’t just meet expectations—you raised the bar for what hospitality and service should look like.
From the bottom of our hearts—thank you, Four Seasons Vail. You turned what could have been a stressful situation into the most magical weekend of our lives.

I would recommend this venue to anyone! The pool is such a stunning and unique ceremony area, and I love that there were separate cocktail & dinner/dancing areas (but also loved th...
at dancing was in the ballroom with dinner). The acoustics in the room for the band were great, and I loved that the cocktail area was indoor/outdoors if the weather is good. All of the food and drinks were excellent (we got so many compliments on the food from our guests), and the service is obviously top notch. We also loved being able to stay there on our wedding night, and our suite was the perfect place for me and my bridesmaids to get ready day of. If we were to do it again, we'd pick the Four Seasons Vail every time. Every step of the way the team was excellent and made everything easy. The quality also of their chairs, place settings etc. and the natural decoration they have in all of their spaces were great and so we avoided any outside rentals for linens etc. Everything was included in the wedding package. They also had very helpful vendor lists for us which helped us find our wedding planner and florist. Overall, highly recommend!!!

ere actually turned away even made fun of by another venue. When we first approach Four Seasons, we were afraid we would get the same experience. Meridith was very sweet and she told us that they work with all kinds of weddings. They were very flexible and accommodating, and did not force any additional services to our contract that we didn't need just because it is a small wedding. We could play around with the menu/drinks/desserts as long as we meet the food and beverage minimum. They also didn't make us to use certain vendors or add the room block to our contract. The wedding was everything we had hoped for and more. We can't thank Meridith enough! Ladies, I highly recommend Four Seasons for your big day!
As expected, the Four Seasons blew our expectations out of the park! Their outstanding service and level of detail is unmatched. We worked with Meridith who was amazing! She was...
very responsive and helpful during the entire planning process. I cannot say enough about her or her staff. Our destination wedding was exactly what we wanted, all thanks to the Four Seasons!
First of all, I want to give credit where credit is due. The food at the Four Seasons is to die for. Dinner was absolutely amazing and ran very smoothly. Jordan was fantastic the d...
ay of our wedding and our wedding planner was very impressed. When a snag came up the evening before our wedding, Meridith did everything she could to ensure things were made right.
That said, the wedding planning process with the Four Seasons was a nightmare. There were severe issues with communication and documentation amongst the staff, leading to differences in pricing and services promised over our three-year contract. The lack of continuity between our numerous points of contact at the Four Seasons resulted in us having to constantly remind them about what we had previously agreed. From the initial signing of our contract up until the days before the wedding (and even after, as we were still working through a final billing issue four weeks after our wedding), the staff was disorganized and often completely unresponsive. We gave them multiple opportunities to redeem themselves and it was underwhelming each time. Unbelievably, we had an easier time rescheduling all of our vendors due to covid than we did nailing down final details with the Four Seasons. In the end, The Four Seasons pulled off a great event, but it was an extraordinarily difficult road to get there.

exceeded my expectations! The terrace for the ceremony looked amazing, the ballroom was magical, and the cake was so AWESOME!! I had found a picture online that I sent her, and the pastry chef matched it exactly!! And included our custom cake topper! Rebecca handled everything day of, and the only thing I had to do was show up and enjoy the party! Food was amazing, hotel was amazing, and all of our guests raved about their whole weekend experience. The service from everyone on staff was so nice and professional. They even included dog beds and dog bowls for our guests who brought their dogs. One of the nicest touches was the rose petals in the shape of a heart on our bed the night of our wedding. So magical to come back to that!! Overall amazing experience!!

know there were multiple. We had constant attention and never needed anything. They were completely professional and made sure my day was perfect. From the time we looked at the venue initially to the tasting and finally to the big day everything went off smoothly and perfectly. Every detail i wanted they were able to accommodate. Rebecca and her entire team were wonderful and extremely helpful. Her response time was great and any questions we had they were worked out before we even arrived. I would recommend this venue and Rebecca time and time again. Amazing experience and worth every single penny!
They also did our food, cake, hot chocolate and S'mores bar. everything was amazing. Everyone at the wedding could not stop talking about the food and the cake. Than when they brought out the S'mores bar and late night snacks it was perfect. All of the food was so good and tasted amazing not like your typical wedding food. It was truly wonderful and my cake was perfect! I wish they could cater all of my events!
