From the moment we chose this amazing venue to the final farewell, Every intricate detail was thoughtfully coordinated and the lion's share of the credit rightfully belongs to the exceptional catering sales manager, Crissy, who skillfully oversaw every aspect of the celebration. Crissy's professionalism and dedication to ensuring a flawless event were evident from our very first meeting. She went above and beyond to understand preferences and expectations. Her attention to detail was truly remarkable. It was evident that Crissy's experience and expertise exceeded our expectations. One of Crissy's standout qualities is her calm demeanor which proved invaluable on the wedding day, offering the much-needed tranquility amidst the excitement. The Four Seasons Orlando itself provided a stunning backdrop for the celebration. The ambiance and world-class amenities ensured that every guest felt pampered and immersed in an atmosphere of tranquility. The wedding ceremony and reception spaces were impeccable, creating an enchanting and romantic setting that perfectly complemented the joyous occasion. What sets Crissy apart is her genuine passion. She was not just a catering sales manager but a true partner in the journey. Crissy's warmth, enthusiasm and dedication were felt by everyone involved, making the entire planning process enjoyable. The entire staff at Four Seasons Orlando, under Crissy's leadership, executed the event flawlessly. The level of service provided was unparalleled and our guests were unanimous in their praise for the exceptional hospitality they experienced. Our guests with kosher dietary needs received meticulous attention, with every detail scrutinized to ensure their requirements were fully met. The kosher meals ordered not only met expectations but far exceeded them, leaving our guests with an unparalleled dining experience unlike anything they had experienced before. I'm not one to usually write reviews but the experience i had was such that i felt compelled to write something for others who may be looking at reviews to make a decision. I got married a couple weeks ago at the Four Seasons in Orlando. It was the most amazing experience I've ever had. I cannot fully explain the level of detail the Four Seasons staff puts into their weddings and for me specifically as a bride. I mean literally from the valet to the catering director (my fav human ever) to the general staff, everyone is just phenomenal in a way i cant explain. Laure, the catering director, is an angel. With such a massive wedding and very demanding parents who expect such a high level of perfection, I was so impressed with how Laure and her team approached everything, ensuring ALL of our needs were met. When i say all, i mean all. Knowing i wouldnt have time to eat during the weekend, they would send massive amounts of food all prepared and ready to go in my suite - oh, and the layout of the food itself was still beautiful!!! I mean, come on. They even wove pillows with my new last name for our last night and gave us multiple insane gifts for our wedding. OH, and if that's not enough, even the freaking valet was so kind and set my music to wedding songs for our departure. I just truly wish everyone could experience what i experienced with the Four Seasons team and Laure. I would tell every human i know to have their wedding there if that is an option they are reviewing. They are just too damn good and kind while they do it.

The Four Seasons in Orlando is an absolutely beautiful and perfect venue! We got married here in June and it was a dream!! Their hospitality and service is top notch. Hannah and the staff were great and professional. So happy we got married here and we look forward to coming back and staying to reminisce on our wedding day.

Our wedding event at Four Seasons Orlando under the guidance of Laure Hitzig Clavette was well beyond our expectation. The resort is absolutely gorgeous but the people make the experience and the attention to detail at every turn was astonishing. The Four Seasons was absolutely incredible throughout our entire wedding weekend, and is a stunning place to get married! My husband and I had a phenomenal experience working with all of the event coordinators and staff there (especially Crissy)! It was truly the perfect wedding day thanks to them. We also received so many compliments from our guests about how organized (and of course beautiful) the day was. Everyone we worked with at the Four Seasons was extremely thoughtful, attentive, and patient. We appreciated everything they did for us, and are so grateful that we chose the FS Orlando as our wedding venue. We would recommend this wedding venue to anyone!

The minute we walked into The Four Seasons my daughter said this is it! We worked with Hannah Turnball, and she was amazing. She answered every question we had and gave us suggestions on things we didn't think about. She made sure the day of the wedding ran smoothly and all we had to do was enjoy the day. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The team turned the Palm ballroom into my daughters dream vision. I actually cried when I saw it. The entire team at the Four Seasons is 5 stars. From the valets, to the front desk, to the waiters etc. we were always met with a smile and everyone was very helpful even if our question wasn't their job. Many of our guests commented on how wonderful the entire event was from start to finish and that they have never stayed at such a lovely hotel. I highly recommend the Four Seasons as a wedding venue!

We got married at the Four Seasons Orlando on April 21, 2023. It was the best day ever, truly a dream come true. I would not have done anything differently. The food was phenomenal and so was the service. We got married on the Areca Lawn, followed by cocktail and reception at the Sabal ballroom and terrace. The scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The hors d’oeuvres were excellent. All of our guests said it’s the best food they’ve had. Hats off to Crissy from the Four Seasons who made sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

The Four Seasons was the absolute perfect venue for our fairytale wedding. Maile and Laure made every step of this process easy and special from our first tour of the venue. The beautiful chandelier as you walk in the lobby, neutral ballroom colors, and beautifully manicured grounds were all things we loved about this venue when we first saw it. Another thing we loved is that the ceremony and reception space is on the opposite side of the rooms at the hotel so it was very private. Across the planning process, Maile was always there to offer advice and work out all the details we wanted for our special day. The Four Seasons and their staff never told us “No” and made sure everything we wanted was fully executed on our big day. All off our guests still can’t stop talking about how amazing the food and cake was, especially how it was served hot (which seems to always be a problem at weddings, but not here!) Chef accommodated our menu requests when making changes to dishes and assured our whole reception and small bites at cocktail hour were all nut free due to a guest having a severe allergy. The best part about having our wedding at the Four Seasons was being treated like family. The bellman, the front desk concierge and servers all addressed us as Mr. and Mrs. and congratulated us the whole time we were there for our stay. We received exceptional service, no matter where we went. As we embark on our new journey together, we look forward to many more memories at this property as the years go by and plan to celebrate every anniversary here!

Four Seasons Resort was the best venue decision we made. Besides being a spectacular property, every interaction with the event team, Laure and Hannah, was a pleasure. Service was impeccable, food and stay were flawless. Lived up to their reputation of unparalleled hospitality.

The Four Seasons Orlando was love at first sight! It met all my requirements especially the most important ones- tall ceilings, gorgeous chandeliers, and amazing food! Every time I stepped into the lobby I was in awe of the huge chandelier. The ballroom is to die for! There is no need for drapery or overdoing flowers and decor. The room stands for itself. Laure was our event coordinated at the FS and she made the process as smooth as possible. We had a lot of requests, she always answered in a timely manner, and was extremely accommodating. I used vendors from their preferred vendor list and we have no complaints on any vendor! Each time we drove to Orlando for wedding planning events Laure always made sure our stay was perfect and made us feel special every step of the way! I had my dream fairytale wedding thanks to this amazing venue!

Absolutely stunning venue! Our dream wedding came to life thanks to the wonderful team at the Four Seasons and its vendors. Laure (our wedding coordinator) was a dream to work with, so professional and classy! A true French woman, who is strong, smart, and elegant. She represents everything that the Four Seasons stands for. It was truly a magical experience that I will always be forever grateful for. Looking back at everything, we made the best decision when choosing them as our venue. Their team worked diligently to assure that our dream wedding would come to life and exceed our expectations. To the point that I am still at a loss for words at how beautiful everything turned out. We were so lucky to have a venue like the Four Seasons Orlando for our wedding because we knew that if anywhere could still pull off our dream wedding two days after Hurricane Ian, it would be the Four Seasons. And that they did! It was a perfect day thanks to Laure and the team at Four Seasons. The Four Seasons Orlando became our dream wedding venue before we were even engaged! The property is always kept immaculate and the service is always incredible each time we have stayed there. The moment we got engaged we both immediately contacted the Four Seasons Orlando. Touring the wedding spaces and meeting their Director of Catering, Laure, did not disappoint and sealed the deal instantly for us. We didn't even bother looking at another venue. First of all, Laure was absolutely incredible to work with. She was always extremely responsive and communicative. She answered all our questions (no matter how many we had) throughout and any request we had she made sure to take care of, even in the days following the wedding. Our wedding was 2 days after Hurricane Ian, and she was always checking in and reassuring us that the venue was ready and we would still have our perfect day. One of the things we loved about the Four Seasons was the ability to customize the food and drink options for the wedding. Many wedding venues have preset menus and limited choices. However, the Four Seasons let us completely customize our menu. If we didn't like their preset options, they simply created a new dish. We requested rose water to be used in the Backlava because that was traditional to my Persian side, and they even customized the recipe just for our wedding. It was truly incredible and the food was amazing. They even had an ice cream cart option from Lickity Split which the guests loved! The venue was stunning. The double circular staircase gave us the first look we always envisioned. The layout between the King Meadow Lawn to the lawn for cocktail hour and into the Palm Ballroom was perfectly laid out and easy for guests to navigate from one space to the next. The lights in the palm ballroom glittered beautifully and the color scheme of the walls and floor gave our wedding a wonderful elegant feel. It was truly the fairytale wedding we had dreamed of having. You would never even know the hurricane had just passed through either. Our ceremony and cocktail hour were outdoors as planned and not a single branch looked out of place. The whole property was spotless and perfectly manicured. We were so impressed when we arrived two days after the hurricane to see that the property looked exactly as perfect as it did every other time we have been there. Our rehearsal dinner and morning-after brunch at Ravello were also handled beautifully and with ease - the team at Four Season's Ravello is also incredible. Working with Laure was such a pleasure. She truly makes sure you have the perfect day and that every request, no matter how small or random, will be handled. We knew there was no other venue that would match this incredible service. Thank you to Laure and her team at the Four Seasons for making our wedding perfect for us!

My husband and I were fortunate to have met Laure from the very beginning of our wedding planning in April of 2021. Before we decided to have our wedding at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando, Laure was welcoming, incredibly kind, accommodating, and patient with us. She took the time to answer all of our questions and checked in on us periodically. It was clear that we would be in great hands with Laure and the rest of the team, especially being an out-of-state couple. We are forever grateful to have the opportunity to experience planning such a special event with Laure alongside our wonderful vendors. From our initial property visit, tastings, to our wedding day and all of the calls/emails in between, Laure has demonstrated exceptional service and care towards us. Laure and her team made the entire process simply effortless. They never failed to amaze us and we appreciate each and every detail that they did. We knew we could trust that our wedding would be nothing short of amazing and it truly was. We wish we could relive our wedding as it was absolutely magical and the time of our lives. After getting engaged summer 2020, my husband and I narrowed our destination wedding venue search down to the Four Seasons Orlando and the Ritz Carlton. The rapport we developed with Laure during our virtual tour blew the Ritz out of the water and made this an easy choice for our May 2022 wedding. For 18+ months down to the big day, Laure was always accommodating, communicative, and did whatever was needed to make our dreams come true. I can honestly say that our entire wedding planning process (other vendors included) was a complete breeze. Even though we were an out of state couple, we never had any concerns or stresses and knew that our wedding and other pre-wedding events that the Four Seasons hosted were always in good hands. During our in person planning trips to Orlando, Laure was always on hand to facilitate our tours and tastings. I can’t sing her praises enough. Every element of our wedding day was perfect- the food, the decor, the travel them cake with a gold world map just as Laure described, the room layout, service, Laure’s periodic check-ins, etc. There was not one hiccup. Laure, her team, and our vendors worked together seamlessly to bring visions I’d only seen in my head to life exactly as I’d imagined them. Almost 3 weeks later, our guests are still reaching out to say our wedding was the best they’d ever attended and how much they loved the property. Most couples are relieved when their wedding day has finally come and gone, but I wish we could do the entire weekend all over again right now because it was truly the best and most perfect day of my life. Laure, you are the best ever do it and we thank you so much for being part of journey. If you are considering this property for your wedding, you will not regret it. It’s worth every penny and eliminates any issues/stressors you’ll likely encounter at lower end venues.

I cannot say enough positive things about the Four Seasons Orlando. There are no words to describe our wedding. Every detail from start to finish was pure magic. I would do it ten times over again if I could. I'm looking forward to having more excuses to hold events at the hotel :)

Our wedding at the Four Seasons Orlando was an absolute dream. Sascha and the rest of the team were incredible to work with, and made our wedding planning truly a wonderful experience. Sascha was always quick to answer my emails and phone calls throughout our wedding planning, and was always so accommodating. He most likely manages multiple weddings every week, but the communication was always so prompt and personable. Sascha truly went above and beyond and made us feel so special. I do not know how we could ever thank him enough. All of our guests were so impressed by the food, the service, and the venue itself. It truly is a day that we will always look back on and feel so grateful to have had our wedding at the Four Seasons. We cannot wait to come back each year to spend our anniversary at the resort. We cannot put into words how amazing our wedding at the Four Seasons was. From the first day we contacted Laure at the Four Seasons, she put together our dream wedding better than we could have planned. Even despite having to move our wedding date twice due to COVID, Laure and her team were so patient and accommodating and made sure our day was special. We were so impressed with the hospitality of all of the staff members at the hotel and their ability to carry out our wedding in a safe way. We could not have dreamed of a better wedding venue!

Everything was perfect from start to finish! We knew we were going to be a Four Seasons couple from the moment we stepped inside for a site tour. Sascha was fantastic, planning was perfect, and we always felt taken care of. Our wedding week was amazing! From the moment we checked in to when we checked out, the service from everyone we encountered was unparalleled. I would do our wedding day 100 times over. We got rave reviews from our guests about the food, service, and overall experience. Four Seasons was the perfect fit for us, and I couldn’t imagine getting married anywhere else. There are not enough positive adjectives to describe our experience at the Four Seasons Resort. From the moment we first entered the venue, we were treated like royalty and the staff's hospitality and service was unparalleled. No other venue that we saw even came close to the service and beauty this place provides. To start off: a huge thank you to Sascha, our wedding point-person from the resort. We worked with him for the majority of our wedding planning and he is PHENOMENAL. Every email was promptly answered, every worry was put to rest and every effort was made to make us happy. Wedding planning in the midst of Covid was obviously a hassle but Sascha and the Four Seasons made sure every single detail was addressed. We had our rehearsal dinner at the outside Ravello patio and again, everything was just beyond perfect and beautiful, thanks to Summer. Secondly, the resort is breath-takingly beautiful. Most hotels have just a few “photo op” spots, but every nook and corner of this place is splendid. Our family and friends LOVED the many pools, lazy river and water park of the resort and all of them have said that it was a legitimate oasis. Third, the food…. impeccable. Finally, the service: unreal during the entire 72-hour weekend. Everyone from the valet to the pool staff to the restaurant staff was so gracious, kind and accommodating to anything. Again, we cannot recommend this place enough. Your dreams will come true here!!!!

We worked with Sascha from the start and it was an absolute pleasure! He made sure we were happy every step of the way and really made sure the day was perfect! I can’t say enough great things. The property is breathtakingly beautiful, the food is heavenly and the service is unparalleled! We fell in love with this venue and I am so grateful we celebrated our big day there.

The Four Seasons was absolutely the most perfect venue for my wedding. It has the exact romantic, modern elegance that my husband and I were searching for and customer service that is beyond expectations. My photographer and family had such a great time finding beautiful photo ops all around the hotel. It is a beautiful venue and it truly has such a magical environment due to their emphasis on excellence. Sascha Voss, the catering manager, helped us tremendously on the event planning end and I truly can not thank him enough for all of the hard work and flexibility he provided us during this uncertain time. Sascha was so responsive to all of my emails and answered all of my questions so graciously no matter how dumb they were. I realize I was a very indecisive bride, but Sascha never complained and always provided the greatest help possible despite all of my constant changes. Let's not forget, the food was AMAZING! Everything was so delicious! Bread rolls, appetizers, entrees, THE CAKE! All of it! I regret not having room to eat more. We also had a gelato cart from Lickety Split that was so fun and was a big hit as well! We definitely had a weekend to remember and I can't wait to return to the hotel in the future, especially for our wedding anniversaries.

Had the most amazing experience at the Four Seasons in Disney!! The hotel is stunning and the staff is incredible- seriously, the nicest most caring people in the world. Our destination wedding has been cancelled twice at a different venue due to COVID and Laure at the Four Seasons came to the rescue to create an incredible wedding within just four days. From the moment we pulled in until the moment we left, we had the most magical experience. For that, my husband and I will forever be grateful. The Four Seasons was the MOST AMAZING venue I could've asked for! The service, the attention to detail, everything exceeded every one of my expectations! I worked with Mary and she was amazing! Super responsive and made sure every detail was correct! They even made sure that my husband and I had our drink of choice waiting in the room the night before the wedding, they left rose petals all over our suite after the wedding, left use champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries for the night of the wedding, and even had a plate of food ready for us after the wedding (my nerves didn't allow me to eat my food during the reception). EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! My family and friends can't stop talking about how amazing the venue was and how the staff made them feel so special. And they can't stop talking about how amazing the food was! Everything and I MEAN EVERYTHING was beyond amazing and I recommend this venue to every single bride I know!!

We worked with Sascha Voss and Robbie Wilcox for our wedding and reception. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They made everything so easy. I had lots of questions and they were able to answer everything. I had a few concerns about the reception, but Robbie was able to address my questions and put my concerns at ease. The service and amenities at the resort were amazing! I can't wait to go back!!

The Four Seasons was amazing! The attention to detail and service is unmatched. Leading up to the wedding they kept us informed and on track. We had several meetings where they laid out possible scenarios for the big day. They were friendly and willing to help with anything. They wanted the day to be amazing for my daughter and new son in law. The day of the wedding everything ran as planned. There was a small army waiting on our guests. The Four Seasons Orlando has been nothing but fantastic! They are truly great and easy to work with, for all of our needs. Jessica is an amazing coordinator for the wedding, the cake, and the food. & everything in between. My husband and I also stayed a few days extra for our honeymoon, the staff are so very friendly & accomadating. The wedding day itself went so smooth & stress free! We will definitely be returning to the Four Seasons Orlando again to experience their extraordinary hospitality.

The property itself is like a little slice of heaven and we cannot wait to get back to visit! For a year and a half we planned our wedding and the Director of Catering, Laure Hitzig, was with us every step of the way and gave us a sense of comfort knowing that she was constantly going above and beyond to make our wedding day magical! The event planning team exceeded every expectation from the moment we first toured the venue all the way through the wedding weekend. I got married at the Four Seasons Orlando in May 2018. From the moment I saw this venue I knew this is where I had to get married. Above the beautiful property the service was amazing. We worked with Jessica and she was amazing. She answered all of our questions right away and always returned our emails in a very timely manner. Not only did we have our wedding here but we also had our rehearsal dinner, and farewell brunch and everyone who we worked with was amazing. From the beautiful ballrooms to the amazing service there is no place I would recommend more than the Four Seasons Orlando! Truly was my dream venue.

Never in my wildest dreams did I ever think I would have fairytale wedding much less at the four seasons. My husband was sold on our very first visit to the property from the entrance alone. Staff has been nothing short of amazing from valet to out catering coordinator Jessica sibley. The service we received was outstanding. She answered our questions in a timely manner and worked with us for over 2 years as we had to change our original wedding date. The property has gorgeous views and landscaping that adds to the ombiance of the day and allows for the need of little added decor. The venue was perfect for our vision. They were accommodating to our specific needs and made sure we had our smallest desires. The food was spectacular, not one guest complained and everyone danced the entire night. There are so many spaces to choose from. I believe we utilized most of the property for our event which was away from hotel guests ans gave us privacy. Even the bathrooms were clean spacious and beautifully decorated, for some reason they were a hit with my guests as well. Our room was decorated with petals candles and even his and her pillows. Staff continued our celebration the following day at the pool with complimentary champagne and were so hospitable we did not want to leave! If I could I would do it all over again. Being so close to Disney we were ablet to cap things off by viewing fireworks at the park. We will definitely be vacationing there soon. Thank you Four Seasons for helping me to live out the wedding of my dreams!

I could not imagine getting married any where else than Four Seasons Resort Orlando. Laure H. is an absolute doll - truly felt so fortunate to work with such a professional, kind, accommodating woman. Every meeting with Laure - from our initial tour to our tasting to our actual event - she made us feel like we were her most important priority. The service is top notch. The hotel is just stunning. We had numerous people tell us that our food was the best wedding food they have ever had. The ballrooms are located on the opposite side of the hotel as the guest rooms so it was very exclusive. It was a dream wedding, at a dream location with dream people to work with. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Four Seasons Resort Orlando!!

The entire team at the Four Seasons Orlando goes above and beyond. The banquet team who worked my wedding made me feel so special and were always checking in to see if there was anything i needed. Our experience hosting our wedding welcome dinner at the Four Seasons Orlando was phenomenal, to say the least. We worked with Jessica from the start and had her as our single point person at the Four Seasons throughout our planning, which made the process so easy for us. But aside from seamless logistics, what really set our experience apart was the receptiveness towards our every request and Jessica’s going above and beyond to make this event as fabulous as could be. For example, our menu was not cookie-cutter at all, as we had wanted our welcome dinner to feature Middle Eastern dishes with which we had grown up. Not only was this accommodated, but we were encouraged to share family recipes for the team to recreate and we had a second tasting with our moms just to make sure everything was to their liking— we are still amazed and so grateful for this!! All other modifications, even as they evolved at the last minute were seen through with such ease, even switching venues within the hotel property as our guest count exceeded expectations. As far as the hotel, it’s gorgeous— chic with a tasteful touch of Disney magic— our photos from that night are incredible and make us want to return soon!!

Overall we received terrible dinner service from the wait staff at dinner. We had a Plated dinner paid $55K for the wedding reception and yes you would expect to experience excellent service for the night. As the father of the groom and Host I would expect my water glass to be filled in a timely manor, and we paid for wine service with our dinner meal, I would have expected my glass to be filled wine. The service was terrible, I would have thought the Four Seasons would have had a management member present to ask how the service was. I did not see anyone the whole night other than our Wedding Day Coordinator who is not associated with the Four Seasons. I would never consider having another catered event at the Four Seasons in Orlando, The venue surrounding are beautiful, But when you think of your cost outlay for a wedding when you see they don't have any quality linen for your tables, and their chargers are terrible, so need to spend the extra money for lines, chargers and feast tables because what they have should have been retired years ago. Expect to pay more if you book here, and expect dinner service to be inattentive by wait staff- Never Again

After attending a friend’s wedding at the Four Seasons, we knew right then and there we just had to get married here. All we can say is WOW! The Four Seasons Resort is truly the most beautiful venue I have seen to have a wedding at. There were so many options to choose from and the best part, most of everything for a wedding was taken care of by the venue. My husband and I were stress free the whole time with the Four Seasons and cannot express how happy we are with having our wedding at the resort. We worked with Laure Hitzig and let’s just say, she is the absolute BEST! She was an absolute pleasure to work with and ensured everything for our wedding day was perfect. She was always good with communication and prompt with emails and replies. Laure went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations completely. Because of her, she made us love the Four Seasons even more and ensured we would be happy there. She was so great in working with us to provide us the best cost options for our wedding budget and offered us even more than we had even expected. Truly one of the best experiences of our life and it couldn’t be done without Laure and the Four Seasons team. Thank you so much to Laure and the Four Seasons for making our wedding day so memorable and something that we will always remember for a lifetime. From all the amazing food and hospitality, we cannot thank you enough and express how much we appreciate everything.

When my husband and I first starting dating in 2013, we went to Capa's at Four Seasons for a special dinner. I couldn't believe how beautiful this entire hotel was and 4 years later when we said our vows, I was just as impressed. Jessica Sibley is AMAZING. We were engaged for a year before we got married and during the planning process she was there for every single thing I could ever ask for. Of course I had a million questions and changes and she was professional and prompt the entire time. I could not have asked for a better experience with her. We didn't do a traditional wedding meeting to decide if this was the venue for us since we had been there so many times before but her and Aly totally blew us away at the tasting! We were in part of the grand ballroom by ourselves and everything was perfect. The food was just amazing! We had such a great time! We had our wedding on the King Meadow Lawn, our cocktail on the Lady Palm lawn and our reception in the Palm Ballrooms. All 3 were set up so beautifully. The resort staff did such a great job making sure things were as I requested them to be. When we first saw the ballroom I was totally blown away. They made my cake just like my Pinterest find as well! The guests loved the food and everyone raved about how beautiful it was. There was one bartender at the reception that my guests said was rather rude and unprofessional but that was not the fault of the amazing Four Seasons. I did take that up with them after my concerns were heard and I knew that it was taken seriously. A few more things, my guests had a very easy time making reservations over the phone in our wedding block. I honestly just wish we could do it all over again because it was so wonderful!

Wow!!! All we can say about our wedding weekend is WOW!!! The Four Seasons Orlando is the ultimate wedding location. From the beautiful outdoor scenery to the amazing indoor decor, there are so many wonderful dreamy options for photos. The hotel staff treat you like royalty as soon as you pull up and then the magic begins. Jessica Sibley greeted us we entered initially inquiring about the hotel for our wedding with a beautiful bouquet for me as if it was our wedding day. I was blown away by the gesture since we were not greeted this way by other hotels or venues. Jessica was warm and made sure we had a wonderful experience that very day. We instantly knew we had to have our wedding here. Jessica worked with our wedding planner Tamuel Cowart to give us the best cost options for our wedding budget and off we went to plan our Royal Day. Jessica was there every step of the way to answer any questions we needed. She blew us away at our tasting with all the options we requested. We had an amazing experience. Thanks also to Laure who stepped in to answer any questions while Jessica was out on maternity leave. On August 6th, 2017 Ronald and I got married in a Royal Court Great Gatsby inspired wedding. We had the time of our lives. The hotel staff catered to our guests every need and we even had a someone assigned to us specifically all night long making sure we had food, drinks, and most importantly a good time. Thank you Four Seasons for making our wedding day the most memorable. From the food to the stellar hospitality we cannot thank you enough. Our guests cannot stop talking about the personal service and how delicious the food was. Usually wedding food is not the best, but everything on our menu was perfection. The personal Mr. and Mrs. pillows in our suite were such a wonderful touch. Our hotel stay was just as amazing. This is the ultimate location for any amazing event. We are so glad we chose the Four Seasons. You have made our wedding the most memorable!!

My husband and I were married at the Four Seasons Orlando in April of this year and we can not speak highly enough of it. The venue is simply beautiful and provides a jaw-dropping moment as your guests arrive (what every Bride and Groom want)! It is pure luxury. We had our ceremony on the Kings Meadow Lawn and our reception in Capa (the sky-high steakhouse). Our ceremony coordinator was Sascha Voss, who was absolutely fantastic. He made us feel like we were in the safest of hands and that he had everything under control. As every Bride and Groom does, we had lots of questions. Sascha always responded quickly and provided lots of helpful information, which is much needed when planning a destination wedding. On our wedding day he made me feel comfortable and that he would ensure everything ran like a dream...which it did. Robbie Wilcox was our reception coordinator at Capa and again, she was just fantastic! Helpful, kind, considerate and just amazing! Robbie was informative and helped us plan out all the food choices. The communication between Robbie and Sascha was also great. All our family members are food-lovers and also rather judgemental - often known to complain about the dry food at a wedding! But..not at Capa. Every member of our family said it was the best steak they had ever had! It literally cut like butter and melted in your mouth. As it was the Four Seasons it was pricey but it was worth every cent to have your guests swoon over something you have worked so hard for. And..the wedding cake was the lightest cake I have ever tasted. Non-cake lovers cleared their plates and cake lovers could not get enough! The pastry chef who made our cake is a genius! However, despite all the amazing food and gorgeous surroundings the Four Seasons Orlando it truly made by the staff members who work there. Without exception all of the staff members were helpful, polite, friendly and welcoming. They made you feel special in this special location, right from the time you spent by the pool to the times you were enjoying a cocktail at happy and, all of our wedding guests were made to feel just as special too. We are particularly grateful to; Ryan, Sarah, Jarrad and Robbie from Capa, Lisa by the pool area and of course Sascha. Thank you all for turning a stay at a special hotel into a magical wedding and honeymoon. The only downside....we now don't want to stay anywhere but a Four Seasons or eat anywhere but Capa! When we first thought about having a destination wedding, we were immediately confronted with the anxiety of planning long distance, however the Four Seasons (particularly Laure) put any of these fears to rest. From day one they were more than approachable, always helped us in a timely fashion and their kindness and creativity was irreplaceable. Any idea or dream we sent Laure's way, she would implement and make better than we could even imagine. From the moments our guests arrived they commented on the amazing service and hospitality of the hotel staff. The staff at our wedding ceremony and the pool made an extra effort to know our guests and remember their favourites. Since we had a large presence from out of town (all our guests), Liz from reservations made it especially easy for us to coordinate our large party and ensure guests got exactly what they needed. The venue is beyond beautiful with amazing opportunities for photo ops and the facilities (especially the adult only pool) are unmatched by anything else we saw in the Orlando area. It is a quiet, elegant and outstanding hotel, with the most wonderful team to work with. We couldn't have imagined a better wedding weekend!

My husband and I were married at Four Seasons Orlando in April, 2017. I know I won't be able to put into words exactly how thrilled we are that we chose Four Seasons, but it was the best decision we could have made. This resort is absolutely luxurious and modern, yet laid back and not the least bit stuffy. Every single guest at our wedding was completely blown away. As far as a venue, this property is stunning. Indoors and out, its remarkable to have such a variety of gorgeous backdrops for your wedding photos! Four Seasons catering was delicious, and a major factor in our decision because we are both foodies! Absolutely everything, every detail, every person involved, and the level of service was beyond expectations. Jessica Sibley worked with us for the year leading up to our big day, and her attention to detail is amazing. Her genuine desire to give us the best wedding possible carried throughout our whole experience. At our reception, each guest felt like they had their own personal waiter taking care of everything they needed! I was able to relax and enjoy this day without any stress knowing everyone there was also having the best time.
