en I was struggling. I’ve had another fix an issue in my unit while I was out and when I looked at the camera due to a notification I noticed him playing with my ESA who doesn’t usually like other people. The assistant property manager checks in on my ESA, who had a health issue, every time I see her. She also advocates for residents when issues arise. Not only is she amazing but so is the property manager. He has always been easy to talk to and takes resident concerns seriously.

I live there for 1 year and I’ve came outside to see my car jacked up and I had missing tires, my windshield wipers got stolen, catalytic converter taken off and to top it off someone literally broke into my car and tried to steal it in the mid...
dle of the day broad daylight I do not recommend living there if you own anything nice because we also had issues with stuff on the inside going missing not big stuff but little things like toilet paper, soap, and food items. We were very good about locking our door so that makes it a little more concerning also. But it is cheep to live there

I lived here for 1 year- honestly wasn’t the best experience so I would rate it 1star. The management was nice Ashley but honestly the place has no privacy- the maintenance person would sit in front of the building for hours blasting music even...
one time was yelling with other people and had even pulled a weapon on them. He was really weird and was just watch you when you would be doing your business like cleaning your car. As I move out now I’m being taken advantage of charging me $150 for something that was under $50 to repair and I was even told by the main manager it would not go above this. So I just been robbed $100 for a “fee” so this is extremely disappointing they can’t keep their word. I am also charged $75 for left thing behind when I left 1 thing behind by accident and remembered like 3 days later when I had already turned the keys in. I did spend hours and hours cleaning up for it to be presentable upon return. They’re like seeking to take advantage out of your refund deposit for what I see has happened to me. Also there was an indecent where there was mold in the ceiling restroom and instead of properly taking care of it they wiped it down and called it a day when that is not okay. Overall I would not recommend this to family and friends or anyone- I’m hurt and disappointed.

Very Rude! Called just now to see if they had any move in specials and to get a feel for the place and the lady who answered the phone was crazy rude. Stated they were not open black Friday so I can't tour that day and they dont do move in spec...
ials and then hung up on me. If this is how they treat people who are interested in their property, I can only imagine how they treat their residents. Im sorry she hates her job but no need to take it out on potential residents.
