workers are very friendly and do an excellent job. If I have ever had any issue, I called the office and they get right back to me. Its to say there are issues here and there but the positive far outweighs any negative issues. Im able to have my cat here and he just loves it here. He spends all his day in the window looking out. I would definitely recommend living here.

This is the absolute best apartment we have ever lived in or been to. For starters, our apartment when moved in was immaculate. So clean and beautiful! I’ve been here for over 3 months now, and I’ve had zero issues with plumbing, appliances, et...
c. (so far). Which I know those things are to be expected when living in apartment. Also the grounds around the complex are gorgeous as well. They did a really good job up keeping, grass and flowers, etc. Team is awesome about keeping it clean from trash and liter as well! I hardly ever see any around the grounds. (Again, compared to the places I’ve been, it’s SO clean!)
BUT, most of all and the best reason to live here is the staff! Brigitte is beyond helpful; she’s friendly, cheery and personable. Which I love! And Gina, the office manager, is just incredible. She checks up and asks me how my move went and if I had any questions don’t hesitate to ask. And throughout my time so far at Fox Run, she has shown to really care about my living experience here, which is so refreshing! She is very personable as well which I adore! I would rate the office staff an A+! I haven’t had any maintenance issues, but I’ve met Andy and he’s extremely friendly.
I would live here for a very long time if I had this office staff or one just as good! I also would advice they get raises!!

Dont get me wrong, they got to go what they got to do... but this apartment complex is quiet, clean and affordable for what it could be. Office staff are super friendly and always finding ways to help. Maintenance keeps up with the work orders ...
and does a great job making the complex look and feel clean. Been in both 1 and 2 bedrooms at my time at fox run and both have PLENTY of space. I would recommend atleast checking the place out if you're looking for a new apartment. Angela and Deontay (hope thats how you spell it) will take good care of ya.

First thing I noticed about Fox Run before I moved in, was how everything looked so well cared for. From the lawn, the garages, the pool, I also took notice of the newer windows which had the newer wooden blinds, the air conditioners outside ap...
peared to be fairly new and they all matched.
Prior to seeing Fox Run, I was disappointed in what I saw for the price range I need to be in. After meeting the the welcoming staff in the office and touring the apartment. I was excited to move in.
Since moving in in July 2019. I have enjoyed living here, and yes, there has been a few challenges out of the managements control. However everything is addressed quickly and and fixed in a timely manner.
I personally enjoying living here.

I wish I could rate them minus. They are fraud. Me and my friend was looking for an apartment and we decided to check here. We talk with that manager (guy) and he says there is one available apartment from end of jan. And if we pay deposit to t...
hem it will be ours. And he fixed that apartment for 950$ excluding utilities. There was two apartments available in ground level which was 900$ but we make sure him that we don’t want ground level. He said ground level is 50$ cheaper than other floors. So, we fixed the other apartment which was 950$ and not available at that time. So, we visit them another day and pay him 550$ including deposit. Later other manager (lady) she called us and say they don’t have that apartment available and the ground level apartment is 1000+ and upper floor is 1170$ Without utilities. We said that’s expensive for us and give us our money back. She was so rude and so mean. She hung my call. They are the most rudest people I’ve ever met in the US. We are student here and we don’t have good jobs, so we had bring our cosigner too. They took 50$ additional for co-signer applications. Later, we got cheque of only 300$ after calling them so many times. That guy even said they had miscommunication for the cost, but that was their fault not ours. worst experience ever. We even give 30 days prior notice to the place where we were living because they asked us to. They said they cannot look into our applications because we haven’t give notice. So, we didn’t had place to move too. This place makes our 2023 worst.
