hat’s not the level of reliability I work hard to provide. This booking was made more than a year in advance, and unfortunately my calendar system didn’t flag the conflict correctly. As soon as I realized the issue, I reached out because I never want a client to be surprised or left without options.
I also issued an immediate refund of your deposit, as I felt it was important to make sure you weren’t left with any financial inconvenience from this situation. I also confirmed another DJ's availability.
I understand how frustrating this was, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. I’ve already updated my booking and calendar process to make sure this doesn’t happen again.
