rs that match our brand. They didn't have enough tablecloths in the color that we initially wanted, which was disappointing, but we chose another color that ended up working very well. The entire staff was very attentive the night of our event, and when we had questions, concerns or needs they were answered in a timely fashion. Penny made sure that all of our requests were attended to and she was great to work with! Our room full of almost 600 guests were served a buffet dinner in about 35 minutes, which was very efficient. The sound system was hit or miss throughout the evening, hence the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Will work with the vendor to improve in the future. Would recommend this venue for your fundraising dinner!

hol off the Wednesday before the wedding. The week of they informed us that we could not drop off the alcohol because they no longer had the space. This was an inconvenience. We had to have someone drop the alcohol off on the day of the event. On the day of the wedding the venue put the wrong table linens on the tables. This was very frustrating because Foxchase was short on some of the black satin linens we ordered and and I ordered my own to fill the gap. They were dropped at Foxchase the week of our event. We paid for extra setup time and it was used to change out the table linens and we were not reimbursed for the time. My wedding coordinator and her team had to help change the linens. We asked that only wine and beer be served during cocktail hour. The venue served all alcohol and as a result we ran out of most of the premium alcohol by 9:00 pm. The wedding ended at 10:00pm. One of our bartenders did not speak English and struggled to communicate with our guest. After the wedding I informed our Event Supervisor Abigail of my concerns and no one from Foxchase reached out to us regarding our concerns. However, someone from Foxchase did reach out to out decor vendor who has a working relationship with the venue but not us. The event space was beautiful. However, I would not recommend them for your special day.

She is so nice, observant and understanding. I loved everything about Lindsey. She made me feel at ease about the day and really understood my vision. I didn’t have to explain anything to her more than once and I trusted her to solve any issues that came up without my input. Lindsey and Cassie made me feel more than just another client, they made me feel like a friend and I really appreciated it. Rocio was as equally amazing as Lindsey and so understanding as well. We had a small issue with my decorator/florist, Rocio and Lindsey as well as the rest of the staff really stepped up to resolve the matter. I cannot thank everyone at FCM enough for making our wedding day one of the best days of our life. We just booked Foxchase Manor for our wedding in September 2023, and so far have been very impressed with the process. Cassandra is the most helpful and communicative representative I've had the pleasure of being in touch with since beginning the search for our vendor. She answered all my questions and concerns and really made us feel valued. We didn't fee abandoned or just like another event working with her. She was very helpful during the tour and seemed just as excited as we were. Alex was also there during our contract signing and was also very helpful. He was very understanding with our budget and worked with us on everything. We cannot wait to continue the wedding planning process with this team and look forward to using their partners for other services for our wedding.

he venue I wanted. It is a beautiful, spacious venue with two large ballrooms that can hold hundreds of people each, as well as a beautiful lobby. They are very affordable especially in comparison to some other locations. They have inclusive packages that already come with nice chairs and table settings, as well as the option to add things that were important to me like a large white dance floor and a stage. We also booked Gala cuisine (which is their caterer) and the food was excellent - everyone loved it! My only suggestion would be to search around for lighting/sound before booking the company they have a deal with, since I did not love my lighting. Customer service from Foxchase was excellent and they were always very responsive. The venue was very flexible when I had to change our wedding day TWICE because of COVID, and it was much appreciated. I primarily communicated with Penny who I booked as my 30 day coordinator, however she was my right hand throughout the whole process. She is extremely detail oriented and worked hard to ensure we had the most wonderful wedding, but also too away a lot of the stress that comes with last minute coordination of things. I cannot thank her enough! I strongly recommend this venue to anyone hosting a wedding in the DMV area.

at Foxchase made certain that our events went smoothly. There were some inconveniences, but ultimately we were glad to have chosen Foxchase as our wedding venue. The venue itself is beautiful with its classical architecture and spacious rooms. We had 100 guests for each event and the space was comfortable for our guests during COVID. The ballroom looked amazing with the high ceilings and gorgeous chandeliers. Having an event at Foxchase truly does make your experience feel special and grand just due to the size of the venue. CONS: • We booked the venue until 11 PM for our first wedding but Foxchase turned the lights on at 10:30 PM and our guests proceeded to leave early. Everyone thought the party was over. Waste of money. • Drinks and food left on tables, even if they were full, were being discarded way too quickly by staff members when chairs were empty. This was very disappointing and again, just a waste of money. Happened during both events. • During the toasts, a 12 year old child was served with champagne while the rest of the adults at the table were served apple cider. It’s clear that there was lack of attention to what was being served. • Knives were not set out during dinner. Guests had to figure out how to eat chicken and steak without knives. • We had personalized cookies and place cards/coasters as party favors. These items were placed on every table and had our names and guests' names hand-written by a baker and calligrapher. Some guests left their cookies and coasters on the tables so they could enjoy the event without having to carry them around. When guests returned to their tables, cookies and coasters were already tossed out by staff. It's difficult to understand why their staff would throw away the party favors since you could easily tell these should have been taken home by the guests. This was highly disappointing since these details were an important part of our wedding and we paid a considerable amount to get those items personalized for each guest. PROS: • Venue allowed us to drop off our items and decor early, also allowed vendors to set up early during the day • Space and decor was beautifully set up once we arrived. We did have to tell them re-organize some things, but overall the space looked wonderful. Claudia helped to make sure the room was to our liking. • One of the owners, Amara, noticed that the wooden dance floor was scratched the day before the event. He offered to upgrade the dance floor for us and we were very appreciative of his offer. • The bartenders Axel and Roxanna were very nice and experienced. • Penny, stepped in whenever things needed to be addressed (ie. finalizing timelines and floor plans). She helped us get things on track. • Food tasting with Dawn was a great experience and the chef also gave us a few additional items that we didn’t order to try. Guests enjoyed the food and raved about how delicious everything was. • We requested to have our dinner privately during cocktail hour. Foxchase staff brought us our beautifully plated dinner in the Bridal Suite. • Foxchase allowed us to keep our vehicle overnight in their parking lot to store our belongings. We were able to pick it up the next morning without

lled our close local family and friends (due to COVID-19, and also to minimize risk, it was impossible for our families overseas to attend) and had a total guest count of ~135 guests (I know that seems large for a Western wedding, but it's intimate for an Indian one!) My family is Indian (North-Indian on one side, South-Indian on the other) and my now husband's family is Western. My family's side also had two days of festivities prior to the wedding to plan, so all in all, we knew from the start that this would be tough to pull off!! Foxchase Manor made everything so easy given our situation. We didn't have the time or money to hire/debrief a wedding planner for a Hindu ceremony & Western-style reception, so the venue providing an on-site wedding coordinator to help with layout and venue requirements was essential. Dawn was fantastic and highly responsive to all requests, and asked great questions related to timing, use of space, etc. We went with Foxchase's Gold Package, and were originally going to go with the in-house caterer, but we did not like their in-house Indian food. Dawn saved the day by letting us know that we could use one of Foxchase's external partners for food, and that in fact, most Indian couples choose to do this. She arranged a complimentary tasting with Bombay Tandoor in Tysons, and we liked the food there much better. Our guests on both sides let us know that the food was enjoyable, and we got the "best wedding food" accolade from some of our guests. Foxchase has you provide the alcohol yourself and then provides bar staff. I thought the bartender did a great job, and generally, the Foxchase servers seemed polite and well-mannered. We had some wedding crashers come over from an event happening on the other side who joined in the drinking and dancing (lol) and Dawn dealt with this quickly and professionally. We went with one of Foxchase's preferred vendors, Nadia from Enchanted Events, for decor and the decor was fantastic. Foxchase also made it easy by already having all the chairs/linens/napkins/plates so we could just choose it with Nadia and Dawn present and be done. For AV/lighting/DJ, we went with the all-inclusive package from Foxchase. This is the only thing I would reconsider - while we got there eventually, this vendor was overbooked so I didn't think we were quite getting the attention we needed, and had to really push to get things done. We ended up choosing the songs in the playlist entirely ourselves because the DJ wasn't understanding our style, and in the beginning, the room looked smoky/hazy which was hiding our decor in the photos (this was apparently done to help the lighting, but we didn't like this effect, so had them stop creating haze.) All of our guests danced, and had a good time (and we hardly left the dance floor ourselves), but if I had to do it again, I would have picked a vendor that was familiar with the venue but maybe not the premier partner. All in all, we had so much fun with friends and family, and this was a memorable event for us. My fiance says he just wants to relive the night over and over!

She helped us plan and execute the wedding to perfection. She responded to our texts within minutes, and was always flexible and ready to work with us/other vendors to make our day perfect. She even helped us quickly set up an outdoor ceremony, which was a decision we made at the last minute (literally 1 month before our actual wedding date). On the day of, all of our vendors had no problems figuring out where and how to set up, and the rest of the staff was very attentive to us for the entire night. I absolutely loved working with the team at Foxchase and would highly recommend Foxchase Manor to anyone looking to have the perfect wedding!

In addition, what makes Foxchase Manor a great place for a wedding is the flexibility to utilize all of their services, a portion of their services or do everything on your own including food and alcohol. With a large ceremony and reception came many unique and detailed requirements. Although it took a lot of coordination, in the end Penny and the team met and exceeded every requirement, including going above and beyond capturing significant moments for us after the primary photography team departed as we extended the evening. As for the value, the venue is a great value for the cost. We received a lot of positive feedback on the taste, abundance and quality of the food. Highly recommend the venue and the wedding coordination services of Penny. Foxchase books very quickly so plan early.

Foxchase was amazing working with me to change my wedding date four times and not charging me any extra change fees because of the pandemic. Please don’t hesitate to hire gala cuisine at Foxchase for your catering needs. Their food was amazing as my wedding guest are still raving about it. Believe it or not food plays one of the biggest parts of your wedding and gala cuisine is the best. If you think you don't need a wedding coordinator, think again and if you think you can go with just any one THINK AGAIN! Penny is a top-notch wedding coordinator and I am incredibly lucky to have had her help. She always made us feel as though she had everything 100% under control. Trust me, you want her as your wedding coordinator! It's like she was reading my mind! I loved everything she came up with! She respected my input and added her special designer eye to my ideas. I’m a skeptical person by nature and didn’t see the value of a wedding coordinator, I believed in my military logistics skills as the key to success. However, I quickly learned it is important to have a wedding coordinator, especially one familiar with the venue. Needless to say our day was magical, the venue gives the ambiance of a royal wedding and the space is big enough to accommodate guest without looking crowded. Things to remember to book early: photographer, videographer, DJ, Caterer, Limousine ride, any special lighting and your coordinator. Have initial meetings and follow up two months prior event and month of event. Have a bodyman or woman who helps with coordinating pictures after key events as it can be chaotic with everyone wanting a picture with the groom and bride. All in all, my now wife who put in a lot of effort was extremely happy. Thanks Penny and Foxchase for making our day memorable with impeccable service and professionalism.

She held us down during this pandemic and made sure all of our wants/needs were met! Because of Penny and the staff at Gala, my husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger. As wedding musicians, my husband and I have definitely experienced weddings with a few hiccups but Penny made sure we were on schedule and that everything ran smoothly. If there were any problems or issues that took place, my husband and I had no idea. She remained calm and executed everything in such a beautiful fashion. I especially loved her help at our walk through. All I had to do was explain our vision and she made it look ten times better on the day of! Our guests are still raving about our wedding... including the food! (My husband and I are not huge fans of reception food but ours was so memorable. The crab stuffed filet of sol was everything plus more!) Penny was very professional and we appreciated her sincerity and genuine spirit. I would definitely recommend Foxchase to anyone who is looking to host an event in the future.

We chose Foxchase because we could do our ceremony, cocktail and reception all in one place. They also have a bridal suite that helped me and my party out a lot. I never had to get a drink at the bar but I didn't hear any complaints on the bartenders.

re told one price by Sammy {owner}and when my daughter called the next day to do the contract he increased the price and she was desperate because that was the only Saturday left that hasn't been booked per Sammy so she signed and put a deposit down. Also note, we got the full silver package [Catering, Linen, Silverwares, and etc] went for walk through and did all that was needed to be done. During this walkthrough they explained that all food that would be left after the dinner would be package so we would be able to take home or back to the hotel for our guest. After the wedding long behold they did not pack the food for us and they closed off the food section early so most people were not able to get second servings of food. After we called to check on the food and package, we were told by Penny that they didn't have packages for packing the food. If they would have told us this we would have brought containers for the food to be packed. All in all the venue is nice but I would recommend getting your catering done from an outside caterer.

Fast forward, we met Alexandra Beichler who was our Event Supervisor. What can we say? Alexandra was the most caring, compassionate and reliable person who made everything so much easier for us! She was always on top of everything and took so much load off of our shoulders by handling majority of our wedding planning and stress. Although my husband and I had complicated schedules, Alexandra was always willing to accommodate us and find ways to meet with us without causing us to take off from work. Everything was done so professionally by Foxchase team that on our wedding night my husband and I had nothing to worry about. The hall looked amazing and the food was brilliant! We had the Gold package and chose their in-house catering of our choice of Afghan menu. The menu truly had authentic Afghan cuisine that our guests couldn’t stop complimenting us on! On our wedding night, the staff made sure all our guests needs were met and exceeded our expectations on every level. Everything is perfect about Foxchase Manor.
