We did have to make changes several times times due to guest count and table type and quantity changes. The flowers were absolutely beautiful and the different height and type of arrangements they suggested and created for different tables really added a spectacular depth and breadth to the event space. The ornamental grasses they used in the arrangements on the arbor for the ceremony made for a stunning display. We were impressed with how Foxtail was cost conscious in making their recommendations and how they provided so much beauty at a reasonable price. We were so happy we could use the larger arrangements the next day to adorn the steps and porch of the house for a breakfast—an unexpected and added bonus!

elivery services.  Foxtail was able to do the arrangements for us to pick up the day before.  Foxtail prepared two bridal bouquets, several bridesmaids bouquets, and corsages and boutonnieres for others in the wedding, as well as a garland to adorn our arbor.  At our request, Foxtail also provided wholesale flowers for us to arrange for centerpieces.  We asked Foxtail to customize the two brides' bouquets to feature each bride's particular favorite flowers, and not only did we receive two beautiful bouquets, Foxtail also customized each bridal party's bouquets to match their bride's bouquet.  The bouquets turned out beautifully, and the garland, which incorporated the same flowers in our bouquets as well as greenery, made our arbor look so festive.  The centerpieces that we made with the cut loose flowers also were lovely.  We did have a communication issue with Foxtail on the day of pickup, however, with Foxtail not being there for pickup at the agreed-upon time due to their putting the wrong pickup time on their calendar.  We also had trouble getting a hold of them when we arrived to pick up the flowers and no one was at the shop - it was only through an Instagram message from our coordinator that we were able to get a hold of them and figure out the mixup.  Besides this miscommunication, the flowers they provided were beautiful and we really appreciated the way that they incorporated our special requests for the two bridal bouquets and bridal parties.

When my fiancé and I changed our wedding from an indoor to a tented reception, they provided helpful insight and suggestions and we’re also flexible when we decided to go back to original indoor plan. All of the bouquets, boutonnières, centerpieces, ceremony displays, etc. matched perfectly with our venues aesthetic and looked beautiful all night long.

We were providing wine bottles for the centerpiece flowers to go in and Foxtail Cottage emailed us the day before the wedding asking when they could get the bottles at their shop to get the centerpieces set. This was not something that had been communicated previously and we assumed that the bottles could be filled at the venue the day of the wedding based on that lack of comment. We were able to get this resolved and Foxtail Cottage picked up the bottles from us the morning of the wedding. Additionally, Foxtail Cottage communicated to our day of coordinator that they were supposed to be picking up 30 wine bottles to be filled with flowers rather than the 10 bottles that was agreed upon in the contract. This was again shortly resolved with the help of our coordinator and when Foxtail Cottage looked back over the contract. Overall, I would recommend Foxtail Cottage Florals because they do beautiful work and the issues that we experienced were relatively small and easily resolved.
