This was not something that had been communicated previously and we assumed that the bottles could be filled at the venue the day of the wedding based on that lack of comment. We were able to get this resolved and Foxtail Cottage picked up the bottles from us the morning of the wedding. Additionally, Foxtail Cottage communicated to our day of coordinator that they were supposed to be picking up 30 wine bottles to be filled with flowers rather than the 10 bottles that was agreed upon in the contract. This was again shortly resolved with the help of our coordinator and when Foxtail Cottage looked back over the contract. Overall, I would recommend Foxtail Cottage Florals because they do beautiful work and the issues that we experienced were relatively small and easily resolved.
