We hired Evan, Samara & Chad to capture our wedding this past June, and they are SO GREAT. I can’t say enough good things about the whole experience. Taking photos can make you feel incredibly weird and self conscious, but they were so friendly, warm and funny, that we immediately felt relaxed and at ease, and it really showed in the photos. During the ceremony and the event, they got so many great shots of the action while somehow also managing to be totally unobtrusive. About the photos- they came out absolutely incredible. The day of, there were times when we were traipsing around and I’d be puzzled why we paused in front of this bush or that tree, but so many of those turned out to be shots that took my breath away when I saw the results. They REALLY understand, intuitively, how to capture natural light in a way that’s incredibly flattering and makes for beautiful pictures. Some of the shots they took look like they were pulled straight from a magazine, and others look completely candid, in a good way. They’re incredibly skilled at capturing the sweet, private moments that looked and felt like us. We can’t wait to see the video. If you want a team of photographers who can really capture your relationship in the most flattering, natural looking way possible (while also being super fun to work with and easy to be around), Frame & Anchor’s your team.

Picking the right photographer was top priority for our wedding. I did a lot of research and contacted numerous photographers before stumbling upon Frame & Anchor on instagram. After my initial call with Evan I knew they were exactly what we were looking for. Evan and Samara were a dream to work with. From the engagement session to the month-before-prep, they talked through everything with us. They were respectful of our timeline and we were able to attend almost all of our cocktail hour without compromising any portraits. Their work speaks for itself so I don't even feel it needs a review. Their photographs are absolutely flawless and have such a unique vibe compared to the standard wedding photographs you so often see. I found through my research some photographer's charge extra for this or extra for that and then you get your photos with their watermark plastered across them. None of that occurred with Evan and Samara. They run such an honest business and I cannot recommend them enough.

We actually weren't going to do a wedding video until we saw a few Frame+Anchor wedding videos on Vimeo. When we met with Evan in person the first time, we were sold - he is so easy to work with, was receptive to our ideas, and just fun to be around! The work he does with his crew is just incredible, I highly suggest looking through his video catalog on Vimeo (I still check out his latest productions!). The videos are the perfect mix of highlights from the day and really cool candid clips, without being too long to share with family and friends! We’ve gotten so much positive feedback from everyone we’ve shared it with, couldn’t be happier with our video and can’t thank Frame+Anchor enough. I would book them in a heartbeat!

Frame + Anchor was hands down one of the best investments for our wedding. We hired Evan and Chad for video and I am so glad we did. I do hair and makeup for weddings so I am usually around the videographers and Evan was the first vendor I booked after the venue. From working weddings I know that most of the time the videographer is in your face, having the makeup artist redo fake shots for the video, etc....and that was the exact opposite of what my husband and I wanted. Evan and Chad were perfection! They were in the background most of the time and everything was so easy and organic with them. Never did we feel like they were trying to hard to get material and that was so important to us. They both made us feel so comfortable. We cannot wait to see our wedding video and we cannot recommend them enough!

I can’t say enough about Evan and Sam of Frame and Anchor. My fiancé and I both loved them from our very first phone call. They are so easy to work with and made us feel completely comfortable during our engagement shoot and especially on our wedding day.  They did our photography and videography and we couldn't be happier with our decision. They went above and beyond to make our wedding a time we’ll never forget.  We  would recommend Frame and Anchor to absolutely anyone getting married, they were amazing and we were truly lucky to have them!

THE BEST. If you can get Frame & Anchor at your wedding...DO IT! These guys are incredible. Our wedding video is so beautiful, artistic, and flows perfectly. We got to know Evan throughout our engagement and they were so friendly and kind. They were fun and personable, but were not in your face or at all taking over any parts of the wedding...for the most part they were in the background of the whole wedding (although, with such great personalities, we'd talk to them all day!) They were very patient and did not act like we were "just another wedding," at all! The video captures the whole wedding perfectly! From the nervous beginnings, all the way to the end. It's beautiful, and we cannot say enough. We are so happy with Frame & Anchor and our video is better than perfect!

Evan + Samara + Chad = dream team. We hired them for Photography + Videography last fall. When we first set out to hire a photographer we weren't even thinking we would do video - but boy are we glad we did! Evan was super proactive ahead of the wedding getting to know us and figuring out our vibe, which they captured exceptionally well. In addition to always being very on the ball and professional, F&A was a pleasure to work with and we all got along exceptionally well. Never a dull or awkward moment - the way they managed to get us in the zone for pictures so naturally and fluidly was amazing. Booking Frame + Anchor for our wedding was one of the best decisions we made. I'm a TV producer and was nervous about selecting a photographer and videographer for our big day (just ask my husband who had to sit through my endless questions during interviews with multiple vendors). We were looking for someone that would capture the day but also tell our love story in a unique and creative way. Evan and his team knocked it out of the park. The folks at Frame + Anchor are down to earth, dedicated and engaged with clients. From the first day we met Evan, we were impressed with his professionalism and the way he "got us" and what we wanted so quickly. From the time I put on my wedding dress to the moment we caught our getaway boat (and all the special moments in between) Evan's team captured the day beautifully. We both felt like we were working with friends. Their team's focus and attention to detail (especially when it comes to angles/shots) really completed our highlight video. We're already looking forward to using Frame + Anchor in the future and would recommend them over and over again. Evan and his team are incredibly talented and fun to work with! They manage to shoot amazing footage while falling seamlessly into the backdrop at your wedding - no "in-your-face" tactics here! F&A were so tactful, that many of our guests did not even realize we had a videographer. I was not planning on having a videographer until I saw F&A's work - they manage to capture the beautiful genuine emotion of the day without cheesy live testimonials, etc. It was our pleasure to work with Evan and Chad - we cannot wait to see our final video!

We feel incredibly lucky to have had the opportunity to work with Evan for our wedding. He is such a rockstar!! At first we didn't see the need to have a videographer for our wedding, but after discovering Frame + Anchor's work, we had to book them. The wedding videography is pure talent! Not only that but we found it to be pretty reasonably priced. Without a doubt, booking Frame + Anchor was the best decision we made from our entire wedding. Evan is legitimately one of the nicest people we have ever met, so it was an absolute joy to have him by our side shooting on our big day. Not to mention he is super stealth so you may even miss him in a crowd while he's doing his work capturing all the moments. His work is amazingly professional. After getting the final product and looking back at our wedding video now, it brings a flood of emotion and happiness, so we can keep reliving the day over and over. It is an incredible gift!

We used Frame + Anchor for our wedding photography and videography and it was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our entire wedding! Evan, Samara, and Chad are an unbelievable team. From the minute we met them, we felt comfortable and knew they they would capture every moment of our day perfectly. They definitely have a unique style/touch to both their photography and videography that I have fallen absolutely in love with. Our focus was definitely less on the formal, traditional photos and we wanted them to capture more of just the feelings, emotions, and sights of our wedding - which they absolutely nailed in both the photographs and the video. Their pricing is unbeatable for their quality of work and they were so flexible and easy to work with. There are no words to describe my amazing wedding video. It is simply remarkable and every time I watch it I can't help but cry. Evan is such a great videographer and it truly shows in his work. He is also so fun to work with. Evan will make you feel super comfortable as he has an awesome personality but is also very discrete. My guests had no idea that I even had a videographer present. At first I thought I didn't need a video but now it might just be my favorite thing that o have left from my wedding. I am so glad that my husband convinced me to get one. Evan and his team are so talented and so much fun to have be a part of the wedding. Evan did an amazing job on our engagement pictures. On the wedding day he brought his wife/photographer Samara as well as his two videographers. They were a great team. They know what they are doing, don't do the typical cheesy pictures, and are barely noticeable as you are having the time of your life. Their pictures are genuine and authentic, just what you want in a wedding photographer. I would recommend them to anyone. I have friends already asking for their information just after seeing our engagement shoot.

Evan and his team are amazing!! They captured our wedding day more perfectly than we could have imagined! Evan and Chad are awesome to work with also. They are genuine, nice guys and really fun to be around. Some of my friends and family have hired them too for their weddings and everyone has been more than pleased with their amazing work!

Initially we weren't sure whether to get a videographer but ultimately decided to and we couldn't have been happier! Evan created a beautiful video of our wedding that we will watch for the rest of our lives. Even better, my husband' grandmother was unable to attend the wedding for health reasons but with our Frame & Anchor film, she will get to experience the wonderful time! Most importantly, Evan consistently went above and beyond his duties as the videographer. He came to our rehearsal dinner the night before to record some speeches and even brought the a microphone system... all at no additional cost. The day of the wedding he came early and stayed late. It was great to have him there to share and record our special day. As a videographer he was professional, calm, and we had a lot of fun with him! My husband was initially wary of getting a videographer but after our experience with Evan he said how grateful he was have a video for the memories and also to have such a great vendor to rely on during the wedding weekend. We are so thrilled we hired Evan to capture our Cape Cod wedding this past July. The video is a work of art and we could not be more content with the results!! Evan was easy to work and communicate with, and he did not miss a beat! The video has his own special touch about it, unlike others I have viewed. Definitely recommended!

Evan was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. We absolutely loved the videos on his website with the effects that he used. We had asked if we could incorporate our vows and speeches into the video rather than just having the music track and he had just started offering this when we asked so it worked out great. Although we haven't received our video yet, we cannot wait as we know it will be stunning. All of his work is unique and he really brings in a different dynamic than what's out there. Evan brought along Chad so that there was one with my wife and one with me, so everything was captured on our big day. We felt very comfortable with them (as I was nervous thinking out having a camera following me around for the day!) but in the end I didn't even notice they were there most of the time! What a great team Evan and Chad make at Frame & Anchor! We found Evan through an online search and instantly fell in love with his talent and the videos he produced. When we met with him in person, we fell in love with his laid back attitude, and how he went out of his way to find out more about us, our style and the types of music we liked. Adding a videographer was an extra expense for us and we are SO happy we decided to move forward with adding Frame & Anchor into our budget. The day of, Evan and his second shooter Chad came right in and began capturing all those little details that were so important to us. They worked perfectly with our photographers and other vendors to ensure everything was captured perfectly, yet were never obtrusive or in the way. We knew our venue didn't allow speakers during the ceremony so were expecting that half our guests probably wouldn't get a chance to hear our vows. Evan made sure both our officiant and the groom were mic'd to the camera during the ceremony and we are so grateful to have those words captured for not only us to remember, but for our guests who weren't able to hear the day of. We are anxiously awaiting the day our video is ready to view, but are confident that the memories of the most special day of our lives are in good hands with Frame & Anchor!
