t our engagement shoot that the wedding felt like he was an old friend. The photos are incredible. Our friends and loved ones keep using the phrase "out of a magazine" to describe them. They truly are breathtaking and capture our personalities and the most incredible highlights of our friends having a blast at the reception. He worked seamlessly with our videographer and they collaborated for some amazing content. Jia is amazing at what he does and makes everything feel effortless. During dancing, most wedding photographers stand off to the side or awkwardly get in the way but Jia literally joins the party in the best possible way! He danced the entire night while continuously snapping photos from all angles and every one of our guests thought it was the most awesome thing ever! Plus the dance floor photos we got back were absolutely epic and he captured the full energy of the reception in a way no other photographer could've done. of our first chat. I don't know how to put into words how incredibly glad I am that we went with him. We're not married yet, but we did just get back our Engagement Photo Gallery and when I tell you that the photos brought me to tears, please know I mean it in the best way possible. I have never enjoyed getting my photos taken, I am very self conscious about myself (I suffer from pretty severe Vitiligo and I just don't like the way it's always prominent in photos) but when I looked at these photos, it was magical the way he was able to capture our love and emotions and I didn't even see anything else. Jia snapped so many shots when we weren't even noticing, he got some really truly beautiful and magical moments. He talked us through some little exercises that created some amazing moments and we had such an amazing time. Our favorite part was how creative everything was - he was willing to try a lot of things to capture some unique moments. At the actual wedding, everything went smoothly and Jia was able to efficiently capture the wedding party photos before our ceremony, so that we could enjoy our cocktail hour and reception. The photos turned out great, and we couldn't have asked for a better value for such a professional service.

Jia was accommodating and made us feel comfortable about everything! The pictures he took during the ceremony and of the two of us afterwards are absolutely breathtaking. He also was super creative and was open to taking fun and silly pictures that really represented our personalities (like playing basketball beforehand in my dress!!) We just got our final pictures back (earlier than promised, as well) and looking at them felt like we relived the whole day over again. Not only are the pictures incredible, but Jia is a really fun dude to hang out with for the day. 1000/10 would recommend, he is the best!!

We had a 180 person wedding and Jia was there for every shot, dance, special moment and he never was intrusive or in the way. He took thousands of photos, and was still high energy and snapping shots as we were walking out the door. Not only was he great with the wedding, but the engagement shoot was beyond amazing. Jia pushed for cooler and more interesting shots and got some of the most impressive pictures. While there were definitely some hiccups at our wedding (when are there not though?), Jia made us forget the snags and focus on each other. He is a gem of a person and goes above and beyond. 10/10

d I fell IN LOVE with Jia's photos. A lot of the photos you see out there for weddings are very much the same. Jia's photos have creativity to them and the lighting is beyond beautiful. We reached out and had our first meeting which was great because Jia is so kind and professional. We knew we were in good hands. I just want to add He is the only vendor I had who offered me a health care worker discount for working through COVID-19 when we booked (which I thought was incredibly kind as the pandemic was still very much going on) as we were planning our wedding. We then had our engagement shoot at the beach which was both of our first times doing any kind of photoshoot and Jia made the whole experience natural and FUN. He even swam in the ocean with us which I'm pretty sure started our bond with him lol. I didn't think he could outdo himself until our wedding. On our wedding day he surpassed anything we expected. First of all, the day was VERY HOT and Jia really made everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible recognizing how hot we were. He made sure to get any photo that I wanted knowing that's important. Then comes our reception which all of our guests have gone on and on about. They all have went out of their way to say hands down he is the best photographer for a wedding ever. He immersed himself into our wedding and was taking truly some of the best photos of our party that we could ask for. He was truly in the mosh pit with us. You can tell Jia loves what he does. Overall, Jia is fun, professional, and just anything you could ask for in a photographer. We were truly sad after our wedding thinking our time seeing Jia is over. On the day of the engagement session, the weather did not look like it was going to hold up with a forecast of rain for the entire day. In that call we were able to set up our engagement shoot and even gave us a optional rain date (mind you this was months in advance- I love that he was able to check his calendar so quickly and give me a date on the spot). We met him in Princeton at 6:00 am for a beautiful morning engagement photo shoot. The entire time with Jia was wonderful, he captured the true essence of us. Throughout photoshoot he payed attention to the way the light was hitting us and the buildings around us. Jia gave great direction to us and made us laugh which made the picture so special. Speaking of pictures, wow they did not disappoint. He gave us a sneak peak just a few days after we had our session and we were blown away. Each picture was more beautiful than the last. As promised, two weeks later Jia sent us our engagement photos and again, we were in awe. Could these pictures really be us? The way Jia plays with light and captures our natural movements is truly spectacular. Jia is a master of his craft and it shows through everything he does. We cannot thank him enough and are so excited to be celebrating our wedding with such a true artist and amazing person.
