She made us feel like we were the only people in the world. She was beyond hands on from calming an anxious father of the bride to picking leaves out of my veil. She was so friendly on our consultation call, taking a genuine interest in my (now) husband and I’s love story and vision for our wedding. After booking, she sent us this surprise custom wooden box with our names on it full of goodies. We booked Francesca about 1 year and 9 months before our wedding date and throughout the entire process, she went above and beyond. She checked in with us regularly to see how our planning was going and if there was anything she could do to help. During the check in call a month or so before the wedding, I mentioned that I was having trouble finding “getting ready” PJs for myself and my bridesmaids and napkins that matched our theme. After the call, she sent me an email with links to various options for both. This was obviously not her job at all and I think it shows just how much she cares about her clients and her level of customer service. On the wedding day, Francesca and her lovely assistant Sydney were perfect. They arrived early, made us and our families feel very comfortable, and got all of the shots we requested. We also got the photos back in a very timely manner and again, Francesca surprised us with a bottle of champagne delivered to our door the day she delivered our online gallery. Speaking of the gallery, our photos were absolutely gorgeous! We are so in love with them and I can’t tell you how many compliments we’ve gotten on them. This goes for our engagement photos as well. To summarize, hire Francesca! You will be so happy you did.

She not only caught us back up to schedule but also managed to capture the most amazing photos with plenty of time to spare for my husband and I to make more of cocktail hour than we expected!! Francesca has been a family friend to my fiancé and his family for over ten years. We came across her Instagram page together and noticed that she had started a photography company. As soon as we saw her work, especially her work with winter shoots, we immediately fell in love with her style. We knew we wanted her to take our engagement photos and it was going to be extra special because she was so close to my fiancé. We reached out to her right away and she was extremely sweet and helpful from the start. We were a bit nervous and did not know what to expect but Francesca had that all covered! She sent us a style guide that was extremely helpful to us. She was simply amazing! She went out of her way to look for different venues and spots we could possibly shoot at and even reached out to them for further details. She was very responsive during the whole process from start to finish. She responded to us within hours every time we sent her an email about any questions we had. During our session, she allowed us to feel so comfortable and really gave us the opportunity to be free and have fun and quite frankly, WE HAD A BLAST! She immediately sent us some preview pictures just two days after our session and continued to keep us posted on how our pictures were coming out. She even wrote a beautiful blog that consisted of more preview photos of us. We displayed a few of our photos at our engagement party and were overwhelmed with the amount of compliments we received. We got all of our pictures within a few weeks. It was so hard to just pick a few photos to use because they were all equally breathtaking. Seeing the photos she took of us had us both in tears because it allowed us to see how bright our love shines! Francesca is an absolute delight and was a pleasure to work with.
