shoot, I had a few things I wanted to change for my wedding hair and make up and Ben listened to all of the changes I wanted to make and did my hair just as I had imagined! On the wedding day, it was Rich who did my make up and he also listened to what I wanted as I don't typically wear a lot of makeup. I loved how my hair and makeup came out! Rich and Deanna did the make up for my bridal Party and Deanna and Ben did our hair. They were all very attentive to what each of us wanted and everyone was very happy with how we looked for the big day!! It was a lot of fun, well organized and on time! Just what you want as a bride! y questions. He was working on a bi-racial model which caught my attention because hairdressers often struggle with my biracial, curly, frizzy hair. Later, I reached out to a bunch of vendors and asked if they had any pics of different hair types available when I couldn't find pics on their websites. FrancesRay Jules was the only one that responded with an email that actually answered my questions and didn't use a form email that pointed me to a website that I had already looked at. I loved working with their receptionist Abby who was always quick to answer my emails and follow up on any questions I asked. I booked FrancesRay Jules for my engagement hair and makeup and later a bridal trial and everything looked amazing. On the day of my wedding they showed up early with a team of 4 to work on me, my 8 bridesmaids, 4 flower girls and 2 mothers and everyone came out looking gorgeous. Ben even accommodated my mother-in-;law's last minute decision to get her hair done. As an example of how great they were, one of the FrancesRay girls had had bad car trouble on the way but brushed off our concerns for her car insisted on turning the focus to my wedding party--she and the entire team went above and beyond what I had expected. I would definitely work with Ben, Rich and the rest of the FrancesRay Jules team again!

pliments! Not only did it look perfect, but it lasted all night long without ever having to touch up my makeup or hair (and it was humid day!) I highly recommend Ben and Rich to any bride if you want to look perfect on your day!
