While I was still planning, she recommended my makeup artist, who ended up being absolutely incredible. That was my first glimpse into how invested she is in making sure her couples have the best possible experience, not just the best photographs.  It's immediately evident that Francielle is an experienced wedding photographer. She knows how to lead the moment while making everyone feel comfortable, included, and at ease. She navigates every situation with grace and efficiency, allowing the day to flow naturally while never missing a moment. Beyond taking beautiful photographs, Francielle has a remarkable gift for capturing emotion. Her pictures don't just document the day, they carry the feeling of it. She has an incredible eye for detail, because she's a visionary. Don't know how to pose or what pictures you want? No need. Francielle is a creative director, and a calming presence in the middle of a busy wedding day. As a bride you want less on your to-do list, not more, and with a professional like Francielle I didn't have to provide a shot list, not that she didn't offer, I just trusted her experience, and I was right.  One of the things that impacted me most wasn't something I noticed until after the wedding. As I watched our wedding videos back, I kept seeing Francielle in the background taking care of things that weren't even part of her job. Such as, fluffing my dress before I walked down the aisle, placing my bouquet, fixing little details before photos, and making sure everything looked just right. She was constantly anticipating needs before anyone had to ask. That's simply who she is, and she brings that heart into every wedding she photographs. She even captured behind-the-scenes video clips throughout the day, despite that not being part of our package, and it not being discussed either. Those clips became some of my favorite memories to share with family and friends on social media. Then, less than 24 hours after our wedding, she reached out with a preview gallery so we could begin reliving the day almost immediately. That level of care meant so much to us. Looking back, I can honestly say we didn't just hire an exceptional photographer, we gained someone who genuinely cared about making our wedding day the best it could be. This was my first experience with her, but not my last! If I had to do it all over again, I would choose Francielle. I wish I heard this advice when I was wedding planning, hire someone who cares about the bride, that's who Francielle is.
