Francis Floyd Ballroom Dance

What an amazing instructor! My husband was so nervous when we started 6 months before our wedding day. We went to our first class and it was so much fun and light hearted. We enjoyed every session and we went every Monday for six months. The class included four additional people and we were able to include family or friends. We also took his summer salsa group class where my husband parents joined us and it was such a great memory to have for the years to come. All we can say is Francis really knows his stuff and makes it very easy for you to learn in a relaxed environment. He also referred me to Gina’s dance studio in Boxboro and there I learned a choreography lead dance routine for the wedding for my husband. So not only does Francis teach such great ballroom dancing skills, but he also has a network of instructors who can help you too. If you’re wanting to do a beautiful dance routine and look awesome posed he is the instructor for you. Everyone at our wedding felt they were truly entertained. We love everything about Francis and his Ballroom classes. We will continue to see Francis and get out dance on in the years to come. Francis was just what we were looking for in dance instructor! We scheduled 6 dance lessons with Francis before our wedding. We shared the song we wanted to use as our first dance, and Francis choreographed the perfect dance for our wedding! He was very patient as my fiancé and I had little to no experience before working with Francis. He helped explain everything in a way that made sense to us, let us take videos to use to practice, and was extremely flexible with scheduling sessions to work with us. If you are “on the fence” about booking dance lessons with Francis- I would say DO IT- you won’t regret it! My husband and I took 4 lessons leading up to our wedding day. Francis is kind, professional, and made both of us feel comfortable despite being dance-newbies. We chose a more obscure song by one of our favorite artists as our first-dance song. Francis developed creative choreography for it and always checked in with us to make sure we liked the moves. We also appreciated his sense of humor! At our wedding- our guests gushed about how amazing the dance was. Many guests shouted at the groom throughout the night to “dip her again!” :)

My husband and I took 6 private dance classes with Francis leading up to our wedding. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with him. As dancing novices, we were a little nervous at first; however, after our first lesson we couldn’t have felt more comfortable. His experience coupled with his personality truly made the lessons fun and something we were looking forward to on a weekly basis. Furthermore, there were a couple of instances where we had to cancel on late notice and he was completely understanding and willing to work with us. We had a great time taking dance lessons over the past two months with Francis leading up to our son's wedding. Our son and his fiancé look beautiful dancing together to the music they chose thanks to Francis' choreography and clear instruction. My husband and I and our son's fiancé's parents learned to dance. We had a wonderful experience with Francis. He choreographed the perfect routine for our first dance. We thought his flexibility and creativity were equally impressive. He was able to curate an elegant routine that made us look like we’d been dancing together for years when in reality this was my first dance ever. We were able to recreate the dance floor for our reception venue within the dance hall where Francis gives lessons. I felt much more comfortable knowing the exact measurements we had to work with and seeing that we would have enough room, use up a lot of the floor, etc. We highly recommend Francis to anyone who needs a dance instructor for any occasion.
