My wife and I recently worked with Frank for our October wedding in Charleston and could have not been more thrilled! His manner, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched and he really put us at ease to help get the most out of capturing the best day of our lives. His work is immaculate, he is incredibly responsive in his communication and the turnaround time for our sneak peaks and videos was extremely fast. My original wedding videographer canceled three days before my wedding, so I was in a panic. It was clearly a unique situation, and most other videographers I called were either rude or did not get back to me at all. Frank was the only one I was able to reach out to that answered the phone and was kind and helpful. I was able to hire him two days before my wedding AND he gave me more footage and drone views than I was originally going to get with the other videographer!! Frank was so friendly and kind, and calmed my nerves while I was very obviously stressed with the wedding and this last minute cancellation. He customized everything to what we wanted and gave us a ton of footage that we will have for the rest of our lives. For someone coming into our wedding so last minute, he fit right in and was so accommodating. He was great with the guests and made us feel comfortable the entire time. He got all the views/footage we wanted, and we truly recommend him for all of your videographer needs. If you are considering hiring a videographer for your wedding in the Charleston area, go with Frank!!!!! You will not be disappointed!!!

Frank was very kind and prompt on his arrival. You can tell he truly enjoys what he does. He has the couple answer a few questions for the video, sort of explaining your relationship which I thought was a nice touch. He was very engaged in the whole evening and definitely wanted to capture all the good parts! He was also very responsive prior to the event as well which is always good when you are planning everything.

Frank is a phenomenal videographer! We could not be happier with the job he did for our daughter, Hayes, and son-in-law, Ryan, for their wedding. From the rehearsal dinner all the way through leaving the reception, he captured some amazing footage and was a true joy to work with. Originally, we had not thought to have him at the rehearsal dinner, but sure are glad that we did as he was able to capture toasts and interviews that we otherwise would not have had. Frank was absolutely fabulous! I was hesitant on getting a videographer due to trying to stay within my wedding budget. Some people told me it would be worth it so I stretched my budget and hired Frank. Let me just say it was the best decision I made. Frank did an amazing job capturing literally every special part of my day! Ive been watching the videos over and over reliving the day. Wedding videos are a must and I 100% recommend Frank!! Not only did he make sure he captured every moment but he asked me questions to make sure that when he put my videos together that it would be everything I wanted. He nailed it. All aspects of my wedding were covered. Francis West Studios was at my ceremony from beginning to end. Frank has a way of making everyone he works with feel like you're his only client. My whole wedding party and many of our guest bragged about how they observed how Frank was capturing everything. Francis West Studios had our video ready in record time. We ordered dvd's and had a reveal party with some of our wedding party, family and friends, and while watching the dvd ,those in attendance were laughing and crying and said that Francis West Studios is amazing! We hired Frank way back in 2018 for our daughter’s May 2020 wedding. Well covid hit and we had to postpone twice! Frank was so very understanding and accommodating. Finally, wedding week arrived, and he did the rehearsal dinner with lots of “guest” interviews which were so much fun to watch. Wedding day was a beautiful May day and he captured every detail splendidly. The ceremony, the toasts, first dances and reception are all perfectly recorded for forever memories. He was so easy to work with and got us the sneak peeks quickly! The final video is priceless, the production is like a movie and it is by far the best choice we made for our daughter’s special day! I would highly recommend Frank over and over again! You won’t be sorry!!!!

I went back and forth on getting a videographer and I am so glad we did--our wedding was 2 weeks ago and we've watched the footage already to relive the day--he got it back to us SO fast :) Frank was great at communicating with us and keeping everything organized for the wedding day! Frank was so amazing to work with!!! As a bride, you want the best of the best in every category.. well, Frank is the best videographer out there! He is always available for a quick chat if you're the bride who has lots of questions (like me). His turnaround time for getting footage back to you is unreal!!! My husband and I were laying on the beach while on our honeymoon and received so many teaser videos from Frank! It was definitely something that we looked forward to throughout the week!! We got everything else (wedding ceremony video, reception video and dancing video) within a week or so after the wedding as well! While watching the videos, I don't even remember Frank being there during some of the footage.. so he isn't joking when he says "you won't even know I'm here" lol. He is the best and I 100% recommend giving him your business and trusting him to capture every second of your special day!

Frank and his team were simply amazing. It is without a doubt the best money we spent on our wedding- NO QUESTION! Frank and I met prior to the event so that he could get a feeling of what footage was most important to us. He surpassed our expectations, delivered our “wants” and so much more! It was so important to me, because I was done “planning” and hadn’t considered a videographer... until I had a dream and woke up at 3am and realized that as the bride, there was so much I would NOT see! Especially being the last to walk down the aisle, I would miss everything beforehand. Frank captured the entire thing with multiple camera angles, many microphones, and I am so grateful! After the wedding, we heard two things consistently- 1: the day was perfect and the wedding was a blast! And 2: Your videographer was amazing! He was everywhere and we can’t wait to see the videos! So we started receiving the videos on our honeymoon and our expectations were truly surpassed. Not only is the video AMAZING but the audio, too! It is remarkable, and he is so talented. We are SOO happy we hired Frank. Honestly out of all the money you spend, a videographer is thing you should make a priority. You will never be able to experience the best day/night of your life again and this is the next best thing! Frank was so easy to work with and such a nice guy. We got the Bronze package which included ALL of our important stuff - ceremony, reception, and alllll the dancing. He came earlier than his start time to set up and really went the extra mile to capture all our important moments. I don't even know when he took a break- it seemed like he didn't miss a thing! Frank is literally the best choice my husband and I could have ever made for our wedding day videographer. He worked so hard the entire day and made sure he caught all of our special moments. He is very friendly, kind, and fun to work with. His communication has been awesome throughout the whole process. He has the fastest turn around time on video teasers and even full length videos. Our daughter was married on June 15, 2019, at Belfair in Bluffton, SC. She decided she wanted a videographer at her wedding and although we went back and forth on whether to have one or not, we can honestly say we are so glad that she won in the end! The way he captured all the moments are priceless! We were so lucky to snag Frank! He really took the time to get to know my husband and I and familiarize himself with our "story" before our wedding. He was with us from the very beginning of the morning and worked so hard until the end of the wedding. Our reception footage was so fun to watch, too. We got everything sent to us shortly after the wedding, and it was fantastic quality! Frank always responds quickly to emails and answers any questions you might have. We felt beyond pleased with his service, and we strongly recommend him to anyone considering hiring a videographer.

We went back and forth for a long time on hiring a videographer for our big day. I can honestly say it was the best decision we made of the entire wedding! Frank was so professional the day-of and made me laugh often throughout that stressful day. He made us feel comfortable around the camera and he was never intrusive - eventually we didn't even notice him around! I can not express how awesome it has been to watch all our special moments over and over and to have forever! There are so many things about the wedding that photos alone just can't capture. The ceremony, our first dance, the toasts, etc- we'll get to see and hear it all forever! Frank did an AWESOME job with absolutely everything and I couldn't believe how fast he sent us all of the videos. You will not be disappointed with Francis West Studios, they're amazing!

The use of drones did not strike me as a necessity initially. However, after that special day, nothing illustrates it better than the aerial coverage. Additionally I was impressed that he hooked the DJ up to his equipment so the music in the videos could be heard clearly. Frank was a class act and executed his vision with precision. It is rare to work with a true master of their craft. We have a beautiful lifetime memory from our special day and Steven Spielberg could not have captured it any better.

Fantastic videographer! Great to work with, professional and quick to respond to all questions and concerns. Frank made a last minute need for a videographer for my wedding less then a month out after my previous person backed out. He calmed my nerves and provided a great product! I had sneak peaks the day after my wedding and the final product in less then a week. I can not say enough good things about Francis West Studios! Definitely worth the investment for a lifetime memories!

Frank was so great to work with! He really made sure our day was captured beautifully and gave me my money’s worth by calling to talk about personal touches and things that might be important to get in the video. Everything turned out better than I imagined! Even with a few curve balls (rain and unexpected jumps in a river), he produced an amazing reminder of the awesome memories our wedding day held. Francis West Studios is amazing! The rating allows 5 stars but if it went to 100, Frank would most definitely get it! My daughter was married at Cypress Tree Plantation on Edisto Island, April 28th, 2018. I cannot begin to tell you the surrounding beauty that Frank Captured! Upon my very first call to Francis West Studios, Frank immediately responded and developed a genuine bond with the bride as well as myself. He was heartfelt in wanting to get to know the bride so that he could provide the quality service to meet our expectations. I promise you Brides – He exceeded it! He arrived early, stayed all day into the night steady working. His personality played right in with our family and friends. He is genuine and his work is outstanding. He was super-fast on the turn around, sharing Sneak Peeks, and continuously asking if there was anything else we needed before the final product was produced and it was AMAZING. Not only did we get the Best of The Best but we established a friendship and have the upmost respect for Frank and his work Ethic. He has the vision to develop exactly what you want & need! He is The Best!

Frank is the best! He is so amazing and he literally made my dream come true. I had my wedding in Middleton Place several weeks ago and Frank got up even before the dawn and used drone to capture the most amazing sunrise moment for my wedding. Frank is super professional and super sweet. It was an honor for me to have him on my wedding.

My husband and I had our dream wedding at the Tybee Island Wedding Chapel this past December. The day was truly breathtaking, and Frank captured every moment of it perfectly. Where do I begin? I have known Frank for nearly a decade ever since he was the videographer for my brother and sister-in-law. I have been so impressed with his work over the years that I just knew I had to book him for my wedding last month. Frank is such a pro and I could not be more ecstatic with how my videos came out. If you’re looking for a high quality affordable videographer, don’t look any further. Frank went above and beyond to make sure every single detail of our video was perfect! And I’m not the easiest to work with lol I had a ton of questions and details I was looking for, he nailed it. Not only did he have separate video for each part of the wedding, you get several copies of each! He captured every emotion of the day and it’s something we will cherish for the rest of our lives! Frank was awesome! He called the week of the wedding to answer any questions and give us a quick run down of how he would set up! We knew instantly he was a good choice, his personality was so fun - and he was so much fun to work with! He was super fast also - we got our wedding video back so fast!
