My wife and I recently worked with Frank for our October wedding in Charleston and could have not been more thrilled! His manner, professionalism, and attention to detail were unmatched and he really put us at ease to help get the most out of capturing the best day of our lives. His work is immaculate, he is incredibly responsive in his communication and the turnaround time for our sneak peaks and videos was extremely fast. Further, we would recommend the love story to any Bride and Groom looking to eternally capture their amazing day! We cannot recommend Frank enough!

I was able to hire him two days before my wedding AND he gave me more footage and drone views than I was originally going to get with the other videographer!! Frank was so friendly and kind, and calmed my nerves while I was very obviously stressed with the wedding and this last minute cancellation. He customized everything to what we wanted and gave us a ton of footage that we will have for the rest of our lives. For someone coming into our wedding so last minute, he fit right in and was so accommodating. He was great with the guests and made us feel comfortable the entire time. He got all the views/footage we wanted, and we truly recommend him for all of your videographer needs. ding week arrived, and he did the rehearsal dinner with lots of “guest” interviews which were so much fun to watch. Wedding day was a beautiful May day and he captured every detail splendidly. The ceremony, the toasts, first dances and reception are all perfectly recorded for forever memories. He was so easy to work with and got us the sneak peeks quickly! The final video is priceless, the production is like a movie and it is by far the best choice we made for our daughter’s special day! I would highly recommend Frank over and over again! My husband and I were laying on the beach while on our honeymoon and received so many teaser videos from Frank! It was definitely something that we looked forward to throughout the week!! We got everything else (wedding ceremony video, reception video and dancing video) within a week or so after the wedding as well! While watching the videos, I don't even remember Frank being there during some of the footage.. so he isn't joking when he says "you won't even know I'm here" lol. of what footage was most important to us. He surpassed our expectations, delivered our “wants” and so much more! It was so important to me, because I was done “planning” and hadn’t considered a videographer... until I had a dream and woke up at 3am and realized that as the bride, there was so much I would NOT see! Especially being the last to walk down the aisle, I would miss everything beforehand. Frank captured the entire thing with multiple camera angles, many microphones, and I am so grateful! After the wedding, we heard two things consistently- 1: the day was perfect and the wedding was a blast! And 2: Your videographer was amazing! He was everywhere and we can’t wait to see the videos! So we started receiving the videos on our honeymoon and our expectations were truly surpassed. Not only is the video AMAZING but the audio, too! It is remarkable, and he is so talented. He has the fastest turn around time on video teasers and even full length videos. I was able to share wedding teasers with my family and friends in less than two days after our wedding. it turned out amazing. I am so glad we hired a videographer because we weren't going to and now I am so so glad we did! The day goes so fast and you don't remember or see a lot of things so trust me you will want to see it! I loved watching everyone dancing, our first dance, our love story, etc. Definitely worth it and would definitely recommend Frank!

l the day-of and made me laugh often throughout that stressful day. He made us feel comfortable around the camera and he was never intrusive - eventually we didn't even notice him around! I can not express how awesome it has been to watch all our special moments over and over and to have forever! There are so many things about the wedding that photos alone just can't capture. The ceremony, our first dance, the toasts, etc- we'll get to see and hear it all forever! Frank did an AWESOME job with absolutely everything and I couldn't believe how fast he sent us all of the videos. You will not be disappointed with Francis West Studios, they're amazing!

The use of drones did not strike me as a necessity initially. However, after that special day, nothing illustrates it better than the aerial coverage. Additionally I was impressed...
that he hooked the DJ up to his equipment so the music in the videos could be heard clearly.
Frank was a class act and executed his vision with precision. It is rare to work with a true master of their craft. We have a beautiful lifetime memory from our special day and Steven Spielberg could not have captured it any better.

Upon my very first call to Francis West Studios, Frank immediately responded and developed a genuine bond with the bride as well as myself. He was heartfelt in wanting to get to know the bride so that he could provide the quality service to meet our expectations. I promise you Brides – He exceeded it! He arrived early, stayed all day into the night steady working. His personality played right in with our family and friends. He is genuine and his work is outstanding.
He was super-fast on the turn around, sharing Sneak Peeks, and continuously asking if there was anything else we needed before the final product was produced and it was AMAZING. Not only did we get the Best of The Best but we established a friendship and have the upmost respect for Frank and his work Ethic. He has the vision to develop exactly what you want & need!
