Frank Jewelers is an excellent locally owned business that has a competitive price point, and OUTSTANDING customer service. After describing a fairly unique engagement ring, they showed me several near misses in store, and took the time to draft a customized CAD based on my description. Upon seeing it, I immediately knew that one of the in-store models was the right one for me. I just couldn't see it until I was shown the CAD. They also sourced several emeralds for me to choose from without my prompting. Despite their doing all that extra work for me to turn around & chose one that was sitting there the whole time, the staff has never been anything but friendly towards me. They offer a great repayment plan, & I feel extremely well treated every month when I stop by to make a payment. The staff are all very personable & genuinely interested in what's going on in your life. My wife was very surprised, the ring was exactly what she wanted, & fit her PERFECTLY. When we went back to choose wedding bands, they had one that fit extremely well stylistically, despite the engagement ring being a custom creation. My wedding band needed a quick resizing once it was complete. easily accomplished. I've not had much cause to purchase jewelry in the past. But now I know I have a trusted establishment to go to whenever I have needs in the future. I'm not sure I would even shop around much if at all. Frank's customer service is that good, they've earned my business.
