My only gripe is that our videographer set up a camera in the back of the ceremony and there was a time spent on the back of the guests, and after the ceremony there were close up shots of my guests faces which I didn't think were necessary. Otherwise I was pleased with the experience.

say that I would need to pay extra for hi-res photos, so after my wedding when I got the letter stating the cost I was completely blown away and couldn't believe that with the price I paid I wouldn't automatically get the best quality possible. I called them and they waived the fee. I did pay extra to get a USB drive instead of a CD (also not on the contract) but lo and behold in my mailbox arrived a CD. Again I contacted them and they resolved it. My recommendation is read the contract carefully and ask lots of questions and DON'T pay more than what you agreed to. I think this business uses some very old-fashioned and somewhat shady business practices but if you confront them they will resolve it.

Despite a ceremony with back-lit windows at the front, our pictures were beautiful and well-defined. Fred was also flexible. When we had rain before our ceremony, he found outside locations where we could stay dry but still have the outdoor look.

ions. Frank was very flexible with us when scheduling our engagement photos, which we really appreciated since we were traveling to meet him. Fred was our photographer for the wedding day and he was great! He took lots of photos at numerous locations for us on the day of the wedding and we got some really great shots. He was well organized and kept things moving in a timely manner, especially during the family shots / formals.

se Frank King Photography. We went to his location for engagement photos and they are BEAUTIFUL. We wanted fall pictures but the leaves weren't changing colors as quickly as they usually do BUT that was no problem for Frank! He edited some photos for a true fall look. The backyard set up is AMAZING! It has everything you need for the picture perfect engagement photos (a waterfall, pond, gazebo, grassy area, little shed, wagon, trees, bench, etc). He literally has it all! Fred was our photographer for our big day and he was great! I gave him some photos beforehand of what I wanted and he made sure we got them. During the photos you might think "oh this isn't going to look good" but trust me - THEY KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!!! Everything turned out amazing and I am so happy with all of the results. To top it all off I feel like I didn't need to break the bank to get phenomenal quality photos (we did a few add-ons - including a second shooter- that raised the amount a bit but SO worth it!). We got an engagement album and a wedding album made by Frank. The quality of these albums is nothing like I've seen before. When we went for our engagement shoot we were able to take a look at all of the albums he has on display. This is when we upgraded our package to have an engagement and wedding album.

ur photographer was okay. When my photographer called a few days before the wedding, he did not ask for us to have a wedding shot list ready if we wanted it (we figured he was very experienced and would know what brides would want so we did not think anything of it), so he kind of just did it freestyle. There was no timeline planned out or anything, which really bugged me because I am a planner! Also, I am going to say this, if you book with them EXPRESS that you want more pictures of you and your husband than the actual guests... when we got our pictures back there were about 1200 pictures, which we were excited about until we went through them.... there was maybe 30 pictures of me & my husband together... the rest were of the bridal party, getting ready, and the reception (people dancing and some of our guests posing..... in a suggestive way). When my husband and the groomsman got pictures done, the photographer did it in front of the building.... which you could see the guests and doors behind you. That is my only regret. I did not think we had to express that we wanted more pictures with me and my husband than the guests.... if we could change anything of our wedding day, that would be it. There were only about 5 that we actually liked and got framed. A lot of my friends expressed that we could find the same, if not better photographers for cheaper....... Kind of disappointing and wish we could go back and go with another photographer.

ing day...Wic and Laura captured every photo (literally) and Laura knew exactly how to handle my large dress in every photo! Joe was very accommodating with giving us Blue Ray and DVD's..along with a shorter video (45 min)...we also received the entire footage....which will be fun to watch on a rainy day! We received our photo and video in a matter of a few weeks (less than a month!).

g- set up specific meetings with the company and photographer to go over my vision- I was ensured it would be met; however that was not the case. My photos are generic, none of the shots I had requested or angles I asked for in our pre-meeting were done. I do not even have a photo with just myself and my maid of honor or my flower girls. They refused to do photoshop edits and I had to argue for them to take out background trashcans from my photos. The video is a whole other story. It was incredibly poor quality. The entire video was shot from a angle where only our backs are seen. My first dance is an entire clip of my husband's back- you do not even see my face. When I discussed our disappointment; there was no help. I am now left with no wedding album, a video that is worthless, and boring pictures that my grandmother could have taken. Stay away from this business- very unprofessional!

Our videographer, Joe, called the week before the wedding and sent samples of potential video shots. On the day of, he was so helpful and friendly. He stayed until he had everything he needed. We got our wedding video this week and it is just wonderful. My husband and I loved watching it and seeing all of the things we missed while we were each getting ready. The quality and sound were wonderful and it even caught the little things that we whispered to each other during the ceremony. I would highly recommend this vendor for their quality of service, ease of use, and creating an amazing wedding video that we will cherish forever. They also sent small portions through email so we are able to share our wedding with all of our guests who were unable to attend.

re flexible with my payment plan. They allowed me to pay monthly and even finish payment after the wedding. I haven't gotten my pictures yet but the photographer, Wic, and his assistant, Heather, were very easy to work with.

This wasn't always the case with other vendors we dealt with. There usually be long gaps of delay in communication. The photographer Fred was very pleasant and took some excellent photos. We had a rain out during our day (it poured heavily). Fred did an excellent job with what lighting he had on this gloomy & rainy date. He was cooperative in our requests to go to multiple locations for photos too (We had get ready photos done at the bride Mother's home). Fred even offered to reschedule for no additional charge and do some retakes at the venue where we were married. The rescheduled appointment was just with the bride & groom and was done out of his own time and no additional charges. This allowed us to capture some photos of us in the gorgeous scenery where we were married. It's like Fred really cared about making sure we had some good photos to choose from. The quality of the photos taken were good too. There were lots of shots that you get to choose from and the online portal is an easy way to share with friends & family before ordering. The final product (album & photos) were just as good. We even were provided the high resolution quality of the images on disc. This was a pleasant surprise to us as we paid for the lower quality images (can be reprinted up to 4x6 in size). We even got an extra set of prints of the 8x10s because they sent by mistake.

his prices were reasonable and the photos displayed were great so when my husband finally came home we met with Frank himself and he expressed his ideas and concerns and Frank assured him so we booked :). During the wedding our photographer Witt was very nice, made us comfortable and helped us pose for the best shots. We just got our photos back a few days ago and they are beautiful! I do have one complaint though, he left before the reception was over... We had our last dance and all of our guests gathered around us in a circle and my husband dipped me at the end, I would have loved to have that photo but he left before it happened. Very disappointed in that especially since we paid for a certain amount of hours and he left before.

Gary was such a trooper with a dilemma in time change due to us girls running late. He was awesome about it and we got done what we could before and then after the ceremony. Highly recommend!

tter than we had expected), though it was an additional cost for us to get a cd/photo book of the pictures. I did have a hard time, however, getting in touch with the actual photographer who would be taking our pictures (he doesn't work during the day at the studio). When I did speak to him, the conversation was somewhat rushed and it was too close to the wedding (two days before) for me to be able to think through all the details. The quality of the pictures that were taken is excellent. Our photographer was experienced and expertly captured the lighting in our church and at the reception. He did an excellent job with formal shots and several artistic shots. At the reception he did an excellent job of capturing movement in dancing and in a special cultural dance that we did. I was disappointed, however, that we did not have more pictures of the guests at the wedding (only had 70 guests) since the photographer had ensured me that he'd try to get pictures of the guests. During dinner we noticed that instead of photographing the guests, he was sitting on a couch relaxing. As a result, there are many of our guests with whom we have no pictures. A few family members also commented that he was somewhat rude to them (though to us he was very polite and easy to work with). Overall, we were pleased, but would have liked the photographer to have gotten more shots of guests and paid more attention to some of the special moments that our friends were able to capture that he didn't (both during the ceremony and at the reception). That said, there was a lot going on, and it may have been more helpful to have two photographers instead of one. In terms of delivery of pictures, we received an email telling us the photos were ready to view less than a week after the wedding. We were impressed with how quickly the photos were ready!

Wic took amazing pictures, it was pouring for the ceremony (which ended up being under a tent instead of outside), but when the rain slowed he was willing to go outside and capture some of the outdoor photos i wanted to have taken. The only thing i wish is that we had more photos of my husband and I just smiling, or anything but kissing. It seems like we are kissing in every picture! (I know we were excited to be married-but I wish the photographer would have suggested some regular poses). Regardless I got a ton of compliments on my pictures. I got a really good deal on price from attending a bridal show.

the most professional I've seen. But, you get what you pay for. If you are just looking for a basic video to see what you missed during your wedding, then go for it. If you want to have a spectacular video for all to see - go with a higher quality (and more expensive) vendor!

we wanted. We didn't get every single shot, but for the most part that was out of Kevin's control. For example, we had problems getting all the family members needed together when we needed them for pictures. If you are willing to spend a little extra, consider requesting two photographers. The 2nd photographer does not need to be there for the full event, just the ceremony and the begining of the reception would be good. One complaint would be that the only picture I have with my full family, it looks like my eyes are closed and it was the only shot the photographer got, but of the 800 pictures taken this is my only major complaint.
