I had never used a travel agent before, and was tempted to book our honeymoon myself. I am SO glad that I chose to use Franklin Travel instead! Olivia was super quick to email responses and she worked within my budget to create a beautiful trip...! I also loved using Franklin Travel because they have trusted reviews of places all over the world- so new clients can have personal reviews of the places before hand!
Olivia made up an easy to read itinerary for us to take on our trip with phone numbers, maps, and our schedule. There was no worrying when we were out of state about anything! Flights, car, and hotel were already booked. She even told the hotel we were staying at that it was our honeymoon and they gave us a bottle of champagne, a Mr&Mrs note from the staff, and two champagne glasses. How wonderful! We will be using her for future vacations too!
