When you ask for a quote they will tell you $2500 for a 48 hour rental, but they don't tell you about all the hidden fees that almost triples the price. That's without a tent renta...

Absolutely lovely setting for a southern wedding. The animals, hills, and the LOVE barn were more than you can ask for both an intimate and fun experience. Franny and staff were ...
fantastic - attentive, fun, efficient, and they even drove my lovely bride down in a four wheeler! The bride's current Facebook profile picture is her holding one of Franny's kids (the goat variety.) Overall great experience. Ask about goat yoga.
Franny, Jeff, and their staff were absolutely EXTRAORDINARY. They were incredible from the first moment we met (after we experienced denial and were turned down from other venues f...
or being a same-sex couple), and I wouldn't have done this with anyone else, even if we hadn't been turned away from other venues. We were able to bring in our own food and beverages, and franny coordinated all of the rentals. The farm is organic and ethical, and the farm itself is BEAUTIFUL. The sunsets are breathtaking, and the animals are so sweet. Our wedding party stayed above the barn, and many of our guests stayed in airbnbs nearby or camped on the farm. There were two incredible firepits, and franny even offered to rearrange furniture at the last minute for great wedding photos. Even after quiet time, franny, jeff, and staff took everyone up the hill to the second bonfire late at night. Seriously cannot say enough good things. Best wedding I could ever imagine.
