Woohoo! As good as it gets! All changes saved My now-husband proposed with a beautiful ring made of flowers because he could not figure out what to get me. I don't wear a lot of jewelry so I didn't even know what I would want!! After hours of searching online, I kind of had an idea of what I was going for but still needed guidance. I didn't even know what size I was! We went into Franzetti and was helped by Tony and another lady(I don't remember her name!). I was able to pick the perfect ring with a thin rose gold band just like I wanted and Tony helped us pick out the diamond since I had no idea where to go with that! He showed us all kinds of diamonds and clarity..He helped us stay under our budget with the perfect ring. We've been back twice since then to pick out our wedding band/ring. My husband had no idea what he wanted at all! Tony helped him pick out the perfect ring and he couldn't wait to wear it. (A REALLY GOOD SIGN for a man that never ever wears jewelry.) I was going to forego the wedding band..I loved my engagement ring and I thought eh..We're non-traditional, it'll be fine! Two weeks before the wedding, I decided I wanted the wedding ring...........I went in and asked Tony if there was any way. He made sure it happened!! They had it ready with time to spare! This family owned and run business is so wonderful. Everyone that works there is so sweet and knowledgeable. I am so happy we found them and plan to do all of our future business with them. :)

The Franzetti family provides such great service - it is truly a unique experience to work with them. While we actually are good friends with them, we can see it in every interaction they have with their customers and all of our friends have said the same. They are so warm and welcoming and ready to work with you to find or design the perfect item. My husband had me come in to look at necklaces months before we were engaged and had them jokingly guide me to the engagement rings. I tried not to look too eager since we weren't at that point yet but they still managed to figure out my style and what I liked. When it came time for my husband to pick out the ring, he knew some of the basics but they sat down with him and helped him figure out the perfect custom design. It is the most gorgeous ring and much more than I ever would have expected. They took what I liked and made it exponentially more beautiful. We can't recommend them enough to anyone that wants to create their perfect piece of jewelry.

My husband and I got our wedding bands here. It is a great family business, with a very small and intimate shop. We always got plenty of personal attention when we went, and even though we had to come back and get something redone because my husband wanted a slightly different tint for his ring, they were always really understanding and friendly. The only reason they get 4 out of 5 is because when we were finally paying, they made a mistake and forgot to deduct the deposit I had already made. I noticed it, and they corrected it for us, but its a pretty big mistake to make.
