Having begun dancing at the age of 7 in Moldova, Roman has won many titles throughout his career in international ballroom dance competitions in Moldova, Russia, Ukraine, Belorussia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Poland, Slovakia, Germany, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Austria, France, Luxembourg and USA. 3 times European Champion (2003, 2004, 2006), 3 times Silver Medal in World Championship (2004, 2005, 2006). 1 time World Champion (2003). Master of Sport (2004). Roman & Snejana opened Fred Astaire Dance Studios of Wayne in 2013 & Collegeville in 2022.

We looked forward to every class with her, not just to learn our first dance but because it gave us a chance to relax, have fun, and escape the usual wedding planning stress. Olga crafted a beautiful, memorable routine for us that fit our mash-up song perfectly, and she made sure we felt comfortable and confident with every step. When we performed it at our wedding, it was incredible—the moves felt so natural, and our guests went wild, cheering and clapping throughout! If you’re looking for a fun, supportive place to learn your wedding dance, we couldn’t recommend Fred Astaire (and Olga!) more highly.

ful and laughed with us during every single lesson. She created a dance that really allowed us to show our personalities and worked with us until we felt more than comfortable - so we did not have to worry when the big day came! On wedding day, every guest was blown away by our dance and we are still getting compliments to this day! I would highly recommend this studio (and our instructor, Sabrina) to anyone and everyone!

did we finish our lessons with beautiful, custom wedding choreography, but we've also grown into being comfortable dancers with foxtrot, rumba, and hustle steps. As part of the 10-class package we purchased, we also attended a dance party, which the studio hosts bimonthly, and got to learn a few extra steps and share our in-progress wedding dance in front of an audience. It was a great opportunity to practice in front of a crowd, and to enjoy a night out dancing together. We had received tons of compliments on our wedding dance, and we look forward to using our new moves on dance floors in the future. Thank you so much to Roman for an absolutely wonderful experience!

Everyone was so incredibly kind and flexible. We drove over an hour to come here, and we even went back again. They created beautiful choreography for our wedding song!

Roman the owner was such a pleasure to work with and always put us at ease, pushed us when needed and most importantly ensured we had fun throughout it all. Learning the language of dance was not only a new skillset we added to our belt but also taught us so much about our relationship, weaknesses and strengths. It was such a great way for my husband and I to connect on a much deeper level and we owe that all to Roman, his team and studio for opening their studio with such welcoming arms and making us feel a part of the family. If you are looking to get into dance, learning a specific style of dance, honing your skills, build a wedding first dance from scratch or even just looking to add something new to your weekly / weekend routine - Fred Astaire is your place, there really is no point in looking any further!
