Fred Astaire Dance Studio of Greenfield

The staff and service at the Greenfield studio were excellent. The instructors really helped make the whole process of learning our wedding dance easy and fun. Never having taken dance before they taught us a full wedding tango that blew everyone away. I would highly recommend the studio to anyone getting ready for a wedding or someone wanting to take up a new and interesting activity.

We got a free dance lesson trial at a Bridal Show we went to so we tried it out. We should never have done this, they almost force you into buying dance lessons, then ever dance lesson, they try to sell you things and tell you you need MONTHS of dance lessons to learn simple things. They literally tried selling us so many odd things: A CD with crappy music-none of which was our 'song', dance shoes, sparkly costume, and the incessant trying to sell more dance lessons. It was an unpleasant and uncomfortable and we didn't end up learning what we wanted to. A BIG waste of money because the dance lessons were so expensive. If you want to learn one specific type of dance, this is not for you. They have a curriculum and refuse to deviate from it, so they want to teach you 5 dances a little versus 1 beautiful dance well. It was the only thing I think we spent way to much money on related to its worth!

My fiancée and I have always wanted to learn how to dance. The first dance at our reception provided us with the excuse to actually take dance lessons. Instead of just going for the basic steps, we had a routine choreographed. It was fantastic! We received a lot of praise for our abilities. There is definitely no way we could have done this without them.

We started taking lessons for our wedding in October and have such a great time whenever we are there. The staff are friendly and have such great personalities! Our instructors are amazing and so supportive, they make the lessons so much fun. I cannot wait for our wedding guests to see our dance!! We are so grateful for what they are doing for us and look forward to more lessons after the wedding. We highly recommend Fred Astair in Greenfield!!
