Vincent Hall was born in Florida, but grew up in Columbus, Ohio, and discovered his passion for dance through an unexpected twist of fate. With no prior interest in sports or musical instruments, and unsure of a career route, he embarked on a journey that would forever change him. Graduating from Ohio Dominican with an associates degree while honing his hospitality skills in the restaurant industry, Vincent’s life took an exciting turn when he randomly crossed paths with ballroom dancing. Seizing the opportunity presented to him, Vincent accepted an internship at Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Here, he not only learned the art of ballroom dancing, but also discovered a deep joy in sharing this art form with others. At the studio he continues to improve and grow his passion for dance and teaching. Off the dance floor, his time is typically spent watching Netflix, playing games, or spending time with friends. Vincent Hall is one of Ohio’s top ballroom dance instructors and was awarded for being Fred Astaire Dance Studio’s Top Male Instructor in Ohio for teaching new students in 2022 and 2023. This achievement reflects his expertise and passion for teaching.

Hometown: Sunbury, Ohio Dancing since age 3, Grace Chester has trained in Ballet, Pointe, Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop, Contemporary, Modern and most recently Ballroom. Grace has taught and assisted a variety of classes at both New Albany Ballet and Artisan Dance Studio. Grace brings her prior experience and passion for dance into her new role as a Fred Astaire Instructor. In her free time, Grace likes to read, crochet, care for her ducks and cuddle her overly affectionate cat, Finn.

Keith has been an active part of our studio's team for over 10 years, he and his partner Victoria have been inspiring staff and students both on and off the dance floor with their integrity, professionalism, and dance skills. As one of the studio owners, Keith is excited for the opportunity to nurture the "warm and friendly" atmosphere Fred Astaire Dance Studios are known for. He and Victoria desire to enrich the lives of everyone they meet while making ballroom dancing more accessible to the community. Over the years Keith has won many awards for his teaching skills and is known across the country in recognition of how his students perform.

ur first dance that would create more movement and look a bit more natural! We loved our experience after the first trial lesson and booked 6 more after! Our teacher Vincent was fantastic, he made us both feel comfortable and was so encouraging even when we needed to take the dance again from the beginning or mixed up any parts! My fiance doesn't really like to dance, but even he found himself enjoying himself. It was so nice to have a date night dancing once a week even through all of the wedding stress, would absolutely recommend!!

use they were amazing. We worked with vincent on a custom dance for our first dance and it was amazing. We were nervous at the beginning but he had made us practice it so much that even with me almost tripping on my dress we still managed to make it look like there was nothing wrong. No-one could tell we had problems with my dress being too long. He not only worked with us on the dance he showed us how to survive through it if something went wrong. It was great working with him. looking to comeback for other dance needs in the future.

vision and he ran with it and was able to incorporate my siblings to join in the dance too. People were cheering, clapping, and singing along the entire time. I will forever cherish this moment I shared with my family. I cannot thank this studio enough for always hyping us up during our classes to make us feel so comfortable while we practiced that on the day of, our dance was second nature!

ame to Fred Astaire for a free lesson, having been recommended by engaged friends who took lessons there, and after the great experience we had there from the get-go, we signed up for more lessons. Our personal dance instructor, Sarah, not only taught us the fun basics & more to multiple styles of ballroom dancing (Foxtrot, Rhumba, Waltz, Swing, Tango, etc.), but also helped us get our own personalized routine together for our first dance at our wedding. Though the atmosphere at Fred Astaire is professional, it is also very relaxed and comfortable, and the instructors are experts at putting you at ease and getting you to progress--no matter what level of expertise you are at concerning dance (I had some background, my husband was more of a beginner). The studio is always excited to have new people join, and welcomed us with enthusiasm. Our experience at Fred Astaire allowed us to be comfortable dancing in front of over 100 people on our wedding day, and the routine ended up looking very elegant and natural. Another great thing about dance lessons at Fred Astaire--they don't have to end after your wedding! They have very affordable packages to offer that will fit diverse budgets, and I think it is a great date night activity that gets you on your feet. I would highly recommend taking lessons here for many reasons: 1) it's a fun way to escape wedding-planning stress while also being productive towards wedding planning; 2) it will make you comfortable for all of the formal dances a wedding entails, and 3) the skills continue to be useful in any social setting, especially swing dancing at parties and others' weddings! Give Fred Astaire Dance Studio a try, and I guarantee you will find yourself going back for more.
