    Mariana started dancing when she was 5 years old in Moldova, and she spent the next 15 years competing in Standard and Latin. She began teaching kids and adults when she was only 15 and was still competing as an Amateur and she has continued to teach for over a decade. In 2016 Mariana and her family were lucky enough to win a green card and they came to the USA to continue their dancing and teaching journey. Mariana is a teacher who inspires students to achieve their goals and become better dancers, and she truly loves what she does.

We absolutely loved working with Bogdan and the entire Fred Astaire family in Hanover. We got SO MANY compliments on our dance, with even other vendors telling us it’s the best they have ever seen at a wedding. We enjoyed the experience so much that we have continued to take lessons and look forward to it as a date night every week. We even have met another couple who has decided to do the same. I used the word family because they really do make you feel welcome there. Everyone always greets us with hellos and smiles, and they are incredibly encouraging and supportive. We have really loved our time there and look forward to the many lessons in our future too. 11/10 absolutely trust that they will take care of you here.

The instructors are amazing especially Nghi who helped us perfect our wedding dance surprising those in attendance. The owners Mariana and Mihail are very supportive and treat you like a member of their family. We enjoy all of the instructor and the other dancers who encourage us every week. Although our wedding has passed, we continue to take dance lessons and enjoy it every week!

We came across Fred Astaire completely by accident when we were looking for wedding dance lessons and we couldn't be happier with them! Mariana was extremely helpful getting us started and explaining the whole process. Our lessons with Bogdan are always great fun and make us feel like we're doing a great job even when I'm sure we're driving him crazy! Neither of us had any dancing experience before starting here but thanks to Bohdan's hard work and creative choreography, every one of our wedding guests was pleasantly surprised. We had so much fun that since getting married we've signed up for another course! The whole team at Fred Astaire are wonderful and always make you feel so welcome. Their positive attitude is infectious.

Nghi! Our amazing instructor! Zack and I joined the Fred Astaire community for 15 classes to learn our first dance! We were not disappointed nor were our guests! We surprised everyone with our first dance that she designed for us. We had so much fun over the months of classes and had a blast together! And the community they have created in Hanover is Amazing! We look forward coming back for dance classes to learn something new!

Many, many thanks to my wonderful instructors at FADS Hanover, Yuriy and Viktoriia, for creating a precious memory for me to cherish. Yuriy choreographed a father-daughter dance with many elements and taught me the steps; Viktoriia worked with me one-on-one to make sure they were as polished as they could be. The results were great!

We had such a wonder experience with this group. We worked with Val and he was so great. We did the wedding package which we highly recommend. We absolutely loved our custom wedding dance. Val took the time to understand what we wanted from the complexity to the length and the vibe. We ended up feeling very confident as we went into our wedding day and are so thankful.
