Our studio owner, Hayk, has shared his love of dance with our guests for over 18 years at Fred Astaire. His passion extends to our staff, who go the extra mile to ensure your experience is unforgettable.
Hayk started dancing when he was 6 years old and is a former Armenian Champion in International Latin.
Other titles include: Fred Astaire Rhythm Champion, 11-time United States Finalist in American Rhythm, 5-time United states Pro/Am Champion in American Rhythm & International Latin. He is also a member of the Fred Astaire Dance Board, a National Judge & Coach

Each dance lesson is always a very fun experience and a great way of escaping reality for a little while. I would highly recommend this dance studio to anyone interested in taking up a new hobby or anyone who has a wedding coming up in the future. The instructors at this studio are excellent at accommodating any experience level.

irst dance! We wanted it to be special and it was so much more than that. My husband and I had a great time practicing and then performing our dance. The choreography they put together was more than I imagined. They even taught us a lift. Our families and friends loved it and were talking about it for weeks after the wedding. We even wound up taking regular lessons and learned a few other dance moves! We also worked with Timeka and Naomi who were also great. All the instructors work really well with "dance newbies" and walk you through any tough steps your having. They do great choreography and are great teachers.

My husband & I decided we didn't want a boring first dance where we just dance around in a circle. We wanted to impress everyone! We stopped by the Pewaukee studio just to check it...
out & we met Ariel who showed us a first steps right then. We decided to book a few lessons to choreograph our first dance & it turned into many lessons because we loved it so much! Ariel made a beautiful & fun routine for us! We started about a year before our wedding so we had a lot of time to learn something a bit more involved. We also got to work with Zachary. They are such fun & brilliant teachers. Watching them dance together takes your breath away! We had the best time learning our dance & all our guests loved it & were blown away with how great we did. We highly recommended Fred Astaire Pewaukee especially Ariel & Zachary!!!

Victor and Emily really listened to the type of dance we wanted and matched it to our couple style. We even had lifts in the routine and it was beyond beautiful!
