We had a blast taking classes at Fred Astaire before our wedding. Despite dancing being out of our comfort zone, our instructor quickly crafted choreography for our first dance and was incredibly flexible with scheduling. Anna and Yaroslav were professional, patient, and exceptionally kind throughout the experience.
Originally found this vendor at a wedding expo. We don't know how to dance so we purchased their introductory offer that consisted of 2 private dance lessons. In the first private lesson, we learned 4 basic dance steps and then they gave a 15-20 minute sales pitch asking us what we wanted to get out of our lessons (we just wanted to smoothly run through our first dance, nothing else) and then told us we should sign up for 8 additional classes for a ridiculous amount of money. I'm sorry but we were not looking willing to spend $800+ into learning some basic dance moves. We did not return for the second private dance.
If your goal is to learn to dance very well, then by all means, this place was very nice to go to. Just be prepared to put a lot of time and money into it.

Anna was born in the Ukraine. She has been dancing since the age of 7. Piano lessons were also a side hobby for Anna, but her passion for dance took over. Her dance education continued at the National University of Physical Education and Sport in Kiev, Ukraine. She was the winner of the Ukrainian Champion, Latin Division in 2011 and 2012. She also took home top honors in many European Dance Championships. She take her coaching very seriously and has only been taught by the best of the best.
