le. We came in with a song we loved but worried it would be too fast, and Ryan immediately reassured us that any song can work and be adapted to our skill level. Every lesson the FADS of Westborough team came with energy, a plan, and their undivided attention. They seamlessly adjust and provide easy to understand adjustments that make you a better dancer in real time! You are in good hands here. We ended up choosing a package of 16 lessons over several weeks, and I highly recommend this to other couples. The experience ended with a mini practice performance in the studio for other students and staff and this was such a great touch. It let us experience some of the nerves we may be feeling on our big night. If you're planning a wedding start early and enjoy having these built-in mini date nights each week. Our wedding is in early December and we started lessons in early September. Beyond learning the choreography for our first dance, we also learned multiple styles and, honestly, how to dance together in general, which had always been a struggle for us. I’ve always loved dancing, and my fiancé went from having zero interest to joining me on the dance floor willingly and with a smile. It has been such a fun, bonding experience. Could not recommend this studio more!

ss by having us review what we learned prior and string everything together. Ryan is very knowledgeable and is able to pinpoint small details to change that would make big differences. We have absolutely no background in dancing and throughout the whole learning process there has been no judgement. They have been very encouraging and learned that there is never anything wrong with making a mistake. I would highly recommend Fred Astaire Dance Studios whether you are looking to learn to dance for the first time, for a special occasion or looking to build on what you already know. I go in excited to learn and leave feeling accomplished being able to dance something that I once thought was impossible.

Ryan is a phenomenal instructor—patient, knowledgeable, and truly passionate about dance. He has a gift for teaching in a way that builds both skill and confidence, and it’s an honor to be learning from him. Sara brings such a helpful and pleasant presence to every session. She’s personable, supportive, and always ready with a smile. We came in preparing for our wedding, not knowing the difference between a rumba and a cha cha. Now, we’re confidently learning turns, steps, and styles like the foxtrot, swing, and more. Each lesson is not just about dance—it’s about having fun, laughing together, and creating lasting memories. Whether you’re learning for a special event, a competition, or simply for the joy of dancing, this studio—and especially Ryan—will make you feel amazing.
