My husband and I worked with Nina and Daniel at Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Carrollton to prepare for our wedding, and we could not have been happier with the experience.
From our very first lesson, they made us feel comfortable, confident, and excited about learning to dance together. Neither of us came in with extensive dance experience, but Nina and Daniel were incredibly patient, encouraging, and talented instructors. Daniel, the owner and our instructor, was amazing from the start. We warned him he was about to meet two of the most awkward, rhythm-challenged people he’d probably ever taught, and he just laughed and said, “No problem!” We signed up for an 8-lesson course, and every session with Daniel was both fun and reassuring. He even edited the music to make sure it fit perfectly with our routine.
A few days before the wedding, my dad came in to practice our father-daughter dance, and Daniel was incredibly patient, making sure we felt ready. By the time our wedding day rolled around, we were actually excited to show off what we’d learned. When we stepped onto the dance floor, we didn’t just get through it; we felt great—and our guests were so impressed!
Honestly, if you’re even a little nervous about dancing in front of people, just go take that free lesson with Daniel. Initially we didn’t know what we wanted to spend, how we wanted to dance, or even where to start.
We put out a few feelers and Daniel replied back to us within a day or so and gav...
e us a call to schedule a free consultation. He figured out pretty quickly that we were not professional dancers, and we felt so comfortable signing up to give Everlasting Choreography a shot. He made jit easy, reasonable payment terms, and even gave us the consultation which was near an hour for free. This was huge for us, and showed us we were valued.
We danced to Sunday Kind of Love by Etta James. Which we thought we’d come up with something “easy” for. We ended up booking extra sessions! Daniel let us stay late all the time and get in extra practice in the studio. He cared so much that we did well, all while being gentle enough to tell us we weren’t “bad dancers”.
Even though we spent more than we anticipated, which was our choice, we had so much fun doing it. The only reason we spent more was because we wanted extra time, not because we were “sold” or sandbagged so we had to. Daniel told us to take less actually, and we said we just wanted him to help us make it really sharp.
What a ton of fun, and I think we may come back soon for some salsa or other classes they offer.
You couldn’t put your first dance or mother son dance in better hands. We ended up doing both through Daniel and he came up with moves so quickly for both dances. It’s crazy how fluid and fun our dances were.
Daniel, you’re the man, and we’ll see you soon!

ich is a dance that was seen in the TV show “Friends”! Nina and Daniel BLEW IT OUT OF THE PARK!!! They are genuinely so fun and kind and are great teachers! They were patient, taught us as a great pace, made sure we understood the steps and mastered our dance. They choreographed a dance that matched our level of dancing and was able to adjust steps and moves if we struggled or just to make the dance better. Everyone at our wedding RAVED on how good our dances were. Our photographers said out of all their 400+ weddings they’ve been to, our dances were the BEST and just simply blew them away. I am SO blessed to have been able to find and work with Nina and Daniel. They are an amazing couple, choreographers, and dancers. I 100% recommend Nina and Daniel from Everlasting Choreography. Our first dances were the highlight of our reception thanks to Nina and Daniel!

e looking for and worked with our budget. Over all it was a very personal experience and we weren’t pressured to have “extra lessons” like we have experienced with other instructors. My husband and I would highly recommend them for your first dance lessons!
