Frederick's did a great job for my wedding!!! I was able to set up a tasting with them quickly. The consultant was incredibly nice and very helpful, they also have a lot of pictures in store and on their social media to help get ideas of what you want. We decided on 1 small 6" cutting cake and a variety of cupcakes. They came out BEAUTIFUL!!! I absolutely loved the cake, it was exactly what I asked for. Everyone raved about how good the cupcakes were. I would recommend them to anyone. I did wish we were able to do more of a variety of flavors (e.g. carrot cake) instead of the traditional options they have but everything was delicious. The cupcakes were pricier than I expected but then I learned that it's the going rate for wedding cupcakes so it all worked out and I felt like I paid a fair price for the incredible quality I got.

We have always been huge Frederick's Pastries fans, and are now customers for life after having them as our wedding cake vendor! The consultation process was easy, the cake was delivered without any issue, was decorated beautifully, and there was more than enough to go around. Oh, and IT WAS DELICIOUS! We were also able to get a smaller, GF cake for some family members, and are so happy with how it all turned out. We are already talking about how we cannot wait to have our cake recreated for our first anniversary!

Frederick's Pastries was so easy to work with. We started by coming in for a tasting and got to experience the different flavors of cake and frosting. This was such a hard decision because everything was delicious. We decided to have both a cake and 4 different flavored cupcakes. The cake looked amazing and tasted even better. The cupcakes were also fantastic. We had a great experience.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Frederick's Pastries. We requested a custom wedding cake design, and they delivered a masterpiece. The cake was not only beautiful but also delicious. Our guests were so impressed that some of them went back for seconds. The entire experience with Frederick's Pastries was exceptional, from the initial consultation to the final delivery - our wedding was actually delayed due to COVID19 and they were incredibly accommodating with rescheduling. Highly recommend!

My family had been purchasing cakes and other tasty treats from Frederick's Pastries for my whole life, so we were confident they would be an excellent choice for our wedding cake! And as always, they did not disappoint! From our first tasting, which was a truly fun and tasty experience, through our wedding reception, Frederick's was incredibly professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They listened to all of our questions and requests, and helped us make the right decisions so that our cake turned out exactly the way we dreamed it! The day of our wedding, they brought it right to our venue for our florist to add the finishing touches, and we didn't have to worry one bit about delivery and set-up. And it was so tasty - we loved it and got many complements from our guests. They also worked with us to make a special anniversary cake to surprise my parents, whose 30th wedding anniversary fell one month after our special day. Our cake(s) were such a beautiful and delicious part of our amazing day - thank you Frederick's Pastries!

Wedding cakes were so expensive and after a few tastings, we weren't really enthused. The wedding venue coordinator recommended Frederick's Pastries so we went online to see what they had to offer. We chose 3 different cheesecakes and a pumpkin cake from the online photos. We were coming from out of state so didn't get a chance to taste anything from this bakery. They were fantastic! We were so pleased! They were not only visually appealing, but were so delicious! The Black Forest cheese cake was simply amazing! We were so happy we had gone this route. Very affordable too! Thank you bakers at Frederick's!!

I highly recommend Fredericks Pastries for your wedding day!! We went to go for a cake tasting with them and they were so kind and sweet. They listen to what you want for dessert. We got a 4 tier cake for our big day and let me just say everyone at our wedding loved the cake!

Frederick's created our dream wedding cake! The tasting and planning was an ease and was hard to choose which flavor, so they helped us provide two flavors for our guest. Delicious cake that all our guests raved about. We highly recommend Frederick's for any future event!

Fredericks was a pleasure to work with! The tasting was out of this world- their cakes are to die for! They help you design your cake, and choose your flavors! Our cake looked fake the day of the wedding. It was everything we imagined that it was going to be, and more. It was delicious, and the sheet cake that were served guests was also amazing, and our guests couldn't get enough of it. We love going to their store front, and will continue to do so when we are in the area.

Our cake could not have turned out more perfect! It was exactly what we wanted and the pictures don’t do it justice. On top of all of that it was DELICIOUS. And they made us the perfect chocolate chip cookies as favors!

Fredrick's did a fantastic job with our wedding cake, though that's no real surprise. Everything I've had of theirs has been excellent! From the tasting to the final selection to the cake itself the process was smooth, the staff helpful, and the final cake both beautiful and tasty. We could not have been happier. Already planning to get a small cake with the same selections for our anniversary next summer. Yum!

I have to be honest. We didn't save the top of our cake to eat for our anniversary, we didn't have any cake on the night of the wedding. We ate our top tier as soon as we got home! It was truly the best cake we've had. Chocolate cake, with a raspberry compote, peanut butter buttercream layered in between with a simply buttercream as the actual frosting. My friend who owns a bakery even gave our cake the highest of praise, she wanted to recreate our creation because she could not get over how awesome our cake was. It was simply beautiful too! We ended up getting a 3 tiered caked that fed about 80 guests along with mini desserts that fed another 80 guests. We know not a lot of people enjoy cake so we wanted to have a healthy split. Our cake tasting was easy and fun and to be honest the price point for our cake and desserts was the perfect price point. I highly recommend Fredericks, for anything!

Frederick’s Pastries was included in a package from our venue. We had never heard of them prior but you bet we’re telling everyone about them! From the awesome sit down of designing our cake, to the taste testing, our experience was absolutely amazing. On our wedding day the cake arrived and looked absolutely flawless. Not to mention it was the best tasting cake we’ve ever had and received many comments from our guests. Highly recommend the raspberry filling!

Frederick's Pastries was amazing to work with! We had our initial consultation and brought pictures with us for inspiration. They sat with us and listened to how we would like our wedding cake to look. We also wanted to include little figurines of our cats in/around our cake. They totally exceeded our expectations! Our cake came out exactly how we wanted. It was beautifully decorated and tasted delicious! We had vanilla cake with buttercream, one layer of raspberry jelly and one layer of lemon for our guests and as our cutting cake we had almond cake with raspberry jelly and buttercream. Both got rave reviews from guests! We appreciate all the hard work.

So happy we hired Frederick's Pastries for our wedding cake! Their cake and frosting flavors were really tasty and we really enjoyed going through the tasting before the wedding with our parents (my favorite was the Almond Pound cake, so good!). They were so flexible as our estimated number of guests which ended up being fairly different from the actual number. For our cake, we also supplied them with fresh flowers a few days before the wedding in the colors we wanted. When we saw the end result at the reception, we were so happy, it was so beautiful! And it tasted delicious too of course. My husband and I ate our cake topper as soon as we got back from our honeymoon haha. Very satisfied and will definitely be recommending Frederick's' to anyone who asks for recommendations in the future!

The cake was also delicious, and just so happened that purple velvet is their speciality, which was perfect as purple is my favorite color and tied in with our wedding colors wonderfully! :).

We brought flowers from our florist and they did some arrangements on the cake with the flowers and it all looked fantastic! They were responsive, had our order ready on time, and had everything packaged up really securely which made transporting the cakes easy. Sue was extremely responsive, especially as we planned from out of town. She made sure we'd be able to squeeze in a tasting and have that experience. Cake was beautiful and included fresh flowers that matched my colors perfectly. I had a vanilla cake with buttercream and lemon and raspberry fillings. The Mile Away Restaurant helped coordinate. Highly recommend.

We had the most delicious wedding cake from Frederick's Pastries! Not only was it super tasty but it looked amazing!! They did exactly what we asked, delivered it to our venue, added the cake topper, and supplied a box for the top tier for us to save. We really enjoyed working with Sue at Frederick’s Pastries! Our cake was everything we pictured and tasted phenomenal. We also ordered a mix of brownies, cookies, eclairs and cannolis. They were all so tasty and decorated to match our cake beautifully. I would recommend working with Frederick’s Pastries!

Absolutely gorgeous looking cake. Really helpful staff & I truly think it was the best tasting wedding cake I’ve had in my life. I don’t give 5 stars often in my reviews but the taste alone deserves it. The flavors were even better than in the cake tasting we had.

Our wedding cake turned out incredibly, we could not have been happier with how Fredrick's turned our vision into reality. They were also very helpful with providing gluten and dairy free cupcakes for guests with dairy and gluten allergies. We cannot recommend them highly enough to other couples looking for a bakery for their wedding.

We had so much miscommunications with them. We didn’t end up having our wedding reception because of Covid and because I got pregnant. Throughout the year we tried to get them through email and phone calls cuz we decided to change our reception to a baby shower. And they thought we were still having the reception except on a different date. So we had to go up to where they were located, in New Hampshire we are from Massachusetts, and explain to them that we are not having the reception but we still want our sample cake. Which I believe is the top tear. So they made us it, but when my husband went to pick it up they were still confused on why it’s not delivered to a wedding. My husband also said they were confused on the design of the cake. Which should have been so simple. Ship wheel with half of a ship, but they put the ship all away around it. Which I was glad we didn’t have our reception cuz I didn’t like the design. Once we got the cake home, they told us to put in the refrigerator until ready to eat. What they should have told us was to eat right away when you get it cuz it tasted awful from being in the refrigerator. Learned my lesson. Get something closer to home than far away.

Our cake was amazing!! Just about every guest at our wedding commented on how delicious the cake was! On top of tasting amazing it also looked perfect. We loved that they used all butter cream, but! everyone thought it was fondant because it looked so perfect. I would highly recommend using them for your wedding!

My husband and I got married at LaBelle winery and got the name of Fredericks off of their recommended vendor list. And we are so glad we did! We went for a tasting with some family members (and a toddler) and Fredericks was incredibly accommodating! At first, my husband and I wanted a naked cake, but after tasting their amazing frosting, we knew we had to cover our cake in as much frosting as possible! We chose to have tiers of their white almond and the chocolate cake, both with raspberry preserves. Our guests raved about how delicious the cake was the entire night! Fredericks even worked with my florist to allow her to place our floral pieces as well. Their cake is so good that I might not even be able to wait until our first anniversary to eat our top tier!

Frederick's did a wonderful job with our wedding cakes. From our consultation/tasting, right up through our wedding day, Susan and her team were incredibly helpful and did everything to accommodate our requests, including some last minute changes we asked for 2 weeks beforehand. All 3 cakes were stunning in both aesthetic and in flavor (we definitely ordered extra so we would have leftovers). If we ever need pastry services in the future, we know where to go.
