This place is family owned and they treat you like family. I worked primarily with Heather. She is great. prices are expensive but you get what you pay for.

Of course I did not meet the jeweler until after the proposal, but please let me say that the ring was PERFECT! Absolutely everything I wanted and more, 100% custom and he was even able to perfect a 80 year old ring (my future grandma-in-law). So absolutely beautiful!
And the staff...WOW
Everytime we go there now they shine it up perfectly, provide cleaning kits, helped me get the ring insured and overall are just amazing, caring and genuine people. I would never look anywhere else for such a gem of a product or such a wonderful staff. THANK YOU!!!!
