y were incredibly organized, thorough, professional and genuinely lovely throughout the entire process. They took the time to walk us through all of our options and helped us settle on the perfect mobile bar setup for our celebration. What really impressed us was their expertise in helping us calculate exactly how much alcohol to purchase based on our guests, the specialty cocktails we wanted to serve, number of people, and the overall vibe we were going for at our wedding. This guidance was invaluable and saved us both funds and stress for an open bar. On the day of our wedding, the Free Spirits staff was absolutely wonderful - kind, helpful, and incredibly accommodating. They even let us have a fun photo opportunity behind the bar, which made for some great memories! The level of professionalism and care they provided exceeded our expectations in every way. From the stunning location and the very stylish mobile bar to the above-and-beyond event coordination and every single vendor recommendation... we could not have pulled it off without Ashleigh and Andrew. The logistics for our wedding certainly weren't simple. We live in Virginia, and while we're familiar with the area, a majority of our guests aren't and traveled a good distance to get there. The ceremony itself took place on Chocorua Island (in the middle of Squam Lake), and we needed boats, a party bus, and a trolley to get every single one of our guests where they needed to go. With little to no service in the area... it was no easy task. But Ashleigh and Andrew pulled it off seamlessly. Even when something went wrong (and with weddings, there's always something), they almost immediately had a solution. A few examples... Ashleigh picked up our rehearsal dinner for us when we were all pressed for time decorating the house and getting ready. Andrew, Ashleigh, and her mom picked flowers and greens from her mom's garden and the woods for us when we ran out of flowers to fill our planters. And Ashleigh ran back to our house to get my second dress for me – in the middle of the busy reception – when it was forgotten. Again, those are just a FEW examples of how amazing they are. At first, we weren't sure if we wanted to go with a wedding planner or a day-of coordinator – and I'm SO happy we went with the former. We held monthly meetings for about a year, but we continued talking and checking in with each other between each meeting, and then held more meetings the closer the wedding got. Ashleigh helped with decor ideas, vendor recommendations (which were all incredible – she knows her stuff), budgeting, bar menus, vendor communication, and more. Ashleigh was instrumental to our millions of ideas coming together, and she eased every single one of our worries (truly, every time we chatted, I felt much better about something I had been stressing about). Not only are Ashleigh and Andrew two of the nicest, coolest people we've ever met, but they are innovative, professional, and you can trust they'll do everything in their power to give make your vision come to life. We would recommend Free Spirits Events, over and over again, for any event you're planning – whether that be a wedding, birthday party, business event, retreat, etc. (We're already trying to think of the next time we can use them!)

Ashleigh made our planning a breeze, and every detail reflected our aesthetic with special touches that went above and beyond!! We felt relaxed and entrusted Ashleigh with our wedding planning, and dare we even say it was beyond fun too! The wedding day still brings me to tears when reliving all the special moments. Ashleigh and her team have become like family to us. We would recommend Free Spirits for any type of event, especially a wedding! We will never be able to find the right words to express how much working with you meant to us!

still excited to be there on day three. When we started the search for bartenders, my wife and I were overwhelmed by choices. We had meetings with a couple bartenders and felt they weren’t very transparent about price. We had a meeting with Free Spirits and we loved their energy, they were transparent about price and they work closely with our caterers. The lead up to the wedding was stressful, we were bringing in our own alcohol and had no idea on what to order. They provided a great deal of guidance on quantities and were responsive with every question we had. The weekend! They showed up ready to go and our guests loved them. My Father-in-Law asked them to stay an extra hour on the first night and they happily agreed. The Wedding day they were well prepared and made our guests feel special. They made quality drinks, but quickly, ensuring no one had to wait long for a drink. In a spare moment they found my wife out on the dance floor and delivered her favorite drink without anyone asking. Our third day might have been the most impressive they took inventory or what we had left and decided to make some special cocktails based on what we had left. They ran them by us and people could not stop talking about their blood orange Prosecco and tequila drink, but Andrew’s Bloody Mary truly stole the show. To end, I could not imagine a better weekend and it because of the great work Free Spirits did to make the weekend perfect!
