Our Freedom Farms Event Center is the premiere barn and farm venue in the northern Pittsburgh area. Beautiful backdrops, gorgeous ceremony space, unique guest experiences, delicious food, and more, all with plenty of space for all of your friends and family to dance. We offer one of the most affordable venues in the area to accommodate parties of any size!
Flexibility is our greatest asset! Our venue is a blank space that you can make your own.
We have two different pricing packages that are sure to fit any budget. Each package includes a day-of wedding coordinator. I had my wedding here on 8/30/25 and I still have not stopped getting compliments on this venue. The grounds are GORGEOUS with beautiful flowers fields, the spacious reception barn...
, a large pond, and an overhead barn for your ceremony. Cristin and Keating were amazing throughout the wedding planning process and answered any questions I had in a timely manner. They also ensured that everything ran smoothly on my big day. I also got compliments on the food for our wedding, and for a big Italian family, that’s really saying something. Everything about this venue allowed for my wedding to be the most talked about event of the year. I couldn’t have asked for anything more. You can’t go wrong with booking this venue!

the intimate bridal suite; it made for such a stress-free morning where all the ladies could get ready comfortably with our hair and makeup artists. The only suggestion for improvement would be adding AC to that suite, as it can get a bit warm during prep.
The farm-to-table experience was a huge hit—the Marry Me Chicken was absolutely delicious and a favorite among our guests. A special thanks to Keating and Kristin! They were incredibly approachable, flexible, and truly helped make our dream wedding a reality. Highly recommend!
It was HOT-instead of opening multiple barn style doors to allow airflow, they kept the doors closed-No air-conditioning! Had to stand in line for WATER-Not a pitcher to be found-s...
hould have been on every table! Sodas weren't chilled, ie WARM soda! 3 bartenders for 350+ people-line went on for ever! SMALL portion sizes-a chicken thigh, a small serving of beef, a 1/2 cup mashed potatoes, and same size mixed veggie medley-I know men who went back for seconds, after wiping off their plates so Bride wouldn't be charged twice. TERRIBLE venue!!

Lisa lives out in the country and has beautiful flowers. She has her own ideas of what looks good for a country wedding. She has no photos of any bouquets or flowers to chose from,...
she just does what she wants the weekend of the wedding. The bridesmaids' and my bouquet looked beautiful and so did the wildflower centerpieces. However, it was not what I had in mind. She would not let me chose how my flowers looked. Quote, "Flowers are not a detail you should worry about on your wedding day."
