We recently used Freeport Bakery for our wedding. Everything was so easy and fun: from the tasting, to the consultation, to the day of the wedding. We did a small cake and a large dessert bar with cupcakes, small dessert items, and chocolate dipped pretzels. Everything was delicious and beautifully displayed. We received so many compliments on the dessert. They also do a mini anniversary cake, which were are looking forward to next year. We would highly recommend Freeport Bakery!

We used Freeport Bakery for our wedding cake and they did not disappoint. The whole tasting experience and meeting with the cake designer was fun and there were so many things we could customize. The cake itself was beautiful and absolutely delicious! We were able to do two different filling flavors with the cake and buttercream and it made for a really fun, spring-time cake. We got SO many compliments on the cake and we froze it and ate it for weeks after the wedding! We are so excited to get our anniversary mini cake on our first anniversary! We also got the eclairs and lemon bars from them which almost completely gone by the end of the night! Our cake did slide, as our venue was a few minutes past their recommended distance, and the planner who picked it up drove it for us, so our florist added some flowers to hide it, but you never would have known, and it still tasted incredible!

We've been customers of Freeport Bakery for years (the fruit tart is my husband's go-to "birthday cake"; the shadow fresa is his sister's favorite) and made the excellent decision to order our wedding cake and dessert bar through them, for our wedding at Scribner Bend on 6/10/2023. The process was super straightforward. We did an at-home tasting to decide on what cake flavors and dessert bar items we wanted. We then had a phone consultation where we reviewed the ordering process, quantities of each item, and payment specifics. The paperwork and payments were exactly as expected. We ended up with more "yes" RSVPs than expected and Freeport was able to accommodate a larger cake and more dessert bar items than originally anticipated, with no fuss. Averi and Susan were so professional and knowledgeable. I never felt like they were trying to sell us more, and at the same time there was no issue when I asked to bump up the size of our order only a few weeks before the wedding. On the day of the wedding, the delivery was super smooth, with no involvement on our end. The cake looked exactly how we had requested, and tasted fantastic. We got the lemon poppyseed cake with strawberry cream filling and Italian buttercream frosting, which was perfect for a summer wedding. The dessert bar items (lemon bars, cream puffs, fruit tarts, two kinds of cookie) were devoured by our guests in record time. Every item was well received. I'm so glad that we ordered our wedding desserts through Freeport Bakery, and highly recommend them for anyone planning their wedding.

Their desserts were absolutely fantastic and delicious! Their communication was amazing and got back to us in a very timely manner. My brother recommended them to us from their wedding and man oh man was it the perfect choice!

I worked with the wedding department at Freeport Bakery for several years as we were one of the many couples that rescheduled our wedding three times during the COVID 19 pandemic. Each time we rescheduled the bakery was more than supportive and understanding. They worked with us each year to confirm every little detail of the cake design and flavors. The cake was a perfect center piece to our special day. I couldn’t believe how the cake looked just as I imagined. And SO many compliments from the wedding guests on the delectable flavors. We were very happy with our Wedding Cake and the other desserts we ordered, including Fruit Tarts, Napoleons, Cookies, and Pretzels dipped in chocolate. Everything tasted delicious and looked exactly like we had hoped it would.

Freeport Bakery cakes is such a staple for anyone who grew up in Sacramento and they were such a great vendor for our wedding cake (we went with a small cutting cake for ourselves) and dessert table. They were a recommended vendor by not only our planner but also our venue. All the different options we tried in our tasting box were amazing that it was difficult to narrow down our final selection. They were great partners in giving guidance on the appropriate amount we needed to buy for the guest count we had. We received so many compliments on our dessert table. The strawberry shortcake cup was a personal favorite of mine! Highly recommend going with Freeport Bakery for your next event!

The outer buttercream frosting was hard, same with the center buttercream frosting, and the cake was tasteless. It was stale . Brides beware!

Freeport made us amazing wedding cake & surprised groom cake. We were able to make our own custom flavors and match our personalities. Susan was super responsive and was VERY easy to work with. I can’t wait to have another reason to order a cake

Prior to our wedding day, we had to make some last-minute changes which the staff was patient with. I so recommend this vendor to anyone who wsnts to display an elegant and delicious dessert.

I loved Freeport Bakery even before hiring them for our wedding desserts and they were amazing like always! We decided to go with a smaller cake and then a dessert bar (cupcakes, cookies, fruit tarts and chocolate covered pretzels). What sold my husband on them was being able to do the sampler and having the variety of options (plus he loves fruit tarts!). The table display was beautiful and was "destroyed" by guests before we could take a picture of it all. Everything was delicious!

Our cake and dessert bar were amazing. We ordered a cutting cake as well as cookies and brownies and could not be happier. My cake was exactly as envisioned and so many people came up to compliment us on the cake decor as well as the delicious cookies. Could not be happier. They delivered and set up without issue and also provide a small cake for your one year anniversary which I am excited and looking forward to :)

Our wedding cake was absolutely gorgeous! And the best tasting cake I've ever had! Was delivered as planned. I would absolutely recommend this bakery for wedding cakes. I go back occasionally for special events and birthdays. The seasonal cakes are offered at reasonable prices. I can't help not getting other small treats while I'm there. The cookies, brownies, and dump cakes are amazing! Definitely a life-long loyal customer.

The most delicious wedding cake and desserts ever! From our first tasting day to our wedding day (which was postponed twice!), Freeport remained in communication, was professional, and delivered deliciousness! We could not be more happy with how the cake turned out both visually and taste-wise. We love this bakery and will surely return for more!

Freeport Bakery was recommended to us by Park Winters for our wedding and we're glad that we went with them! Due to covid, Freeport was only able to offer a to-go tasting, but we were still able to try all of the cake and frosting flavors that we wanted. They included a piece of each cake type and a dollop of each frosting type, so that we could mix and match. Susan called us a few days later and we discussed our preferences and found out we could choose two flavors for our two-tiered cake (perfect considering my husband and I had different favorites) - the whole process was super easy and reasonably affordable. They were able to accommodate a somewhat last-minute change request from a pickup to a delivery. The cake was delicious and beautiful! Unfortunately, the first cut my husband and I made into the cake was right where the stick was to hold the two tiers together, so it made for a funny time trying to get our slice out. Overall, would recommend!

They made a very abrupt and rude call to my wife (the bride). We already put a down payment on the cake but they were threatening to cancel it unless we made plans to pick it up. This was a month or so before the wedding. Made my wife cry. They didn’t have a box or anything to put the cake in when we picked it up...... rude and entitled staff.

We used Freeport Bakery for our wedding this week. Planning and tasting with Amy and Susan went well and we were very excited! When we arrived to pick-up the cake, the bakers were clearly disorganized and rushing people in and out. They couldn't find our order. Then they told us that our cake wasn't planned for pickup until the following day, even though we had the paperwork that said otherwise. They apologized, said they would have the cake ready in 30 minutes. Okay, that's fine. When we picked up the cake, the design was wrong, and the cake was clearly rushed and looked messy. Sure, it tasted good, but presentation and timeliness are extremely important for a wedding. My wife cried, which is the last thing I wanted to see on our wedding day. Freeport seems to be biting-off more than they can chew, unfortunately. Definitely use at your own risk for big or special events right now.

We had a 2-tier wedding cake that made for a beautiful centerpiece on our desserts table for our wedding. We were so pleased with the care and attention that went into the details on the cake and the safe delivery as well. Our son was actually the one who selected the flavors for the cake and was the first one to take a bite - it made for a precious family moment that we won’t ever forget. Despite having to change a lot of things due to Covid-19, we were so happy we were still able to have our cake and dessert bar items made by Freeport. Their desserts never disappoint and we’re a huge hit at our wedding. Our cake was beautiful and delicious. Can not recommend them enough!

We got married a few weeks ago at the Old Sugar Mill, and Freeport Bakery provided the most incredible desserts! First - we loved our tasting. The way Freeport sets up their cake tastings is so fun, we got to mix and match all the flavors we wanted to come up with the pairing that worked best for us. Our cake was a huge hit, and it was simply beautiful and delish. We also ordered caramel and strawberry cupcakes for the wedding and we received lots of complements about how amazing everything tasted. Freeport was so easy to work with, and we can’t wait to order more cupcakes for all our big life events along the way. We recommend Freeport for any event you might be planning - they’re so professional and lovely to work with, and their cakes are amazing! You won’t regret it :)

Our experience with Freeport bakery was awesome! They made planning a wedding from out of town super easy. They understood our vision and listened to everything we wanted. We did a two tier cake with fresh florals on top and sheet cakes. We chose a few different flavors because we couldn’t just choose one, they were all delicious! They are reasonable in price, very professional, and make some delicious and beautiful cakes! Thank you!!

Poor customer service, we ordered 150 cupcakes and a single tier topper cake. FIRST, I got about 10 emails to ensure my order was correct, each time there was something wrong that I had to fix. NEXT, I paid a $45 delivery fee for what I assumed would be a professional delivery, NOPE, it was delivered in someones personal vehicle and the cupcakes had already started melting when they arrived, so in all of our wedding photos we have melting cupcakes and a melting cake. LAST, the cakes colors were literally WRONG, they put a giant gold stripe on my cake when I specifically asked for it to not be on there and it was written clearly in the contract, not to mention I had no gold in my wedding so it completely clashed with my silver accents. To say the least, I was beyond disappointed, because when it is wrong on the day of, there is literally nothing that can be done to fix it. The only reason I am giving more than one star is because at least the cake tasted good.

Our cake was delicious and looked beautiful! We always live Freeport’s desserts and out expectations were met on this special occasion.

Freeport did our wedding cake and dessert tarts. Everything was beautiful and delicious! We wanted a one tier wedding cake and assorted desserts for our reception. They have a really great selection, whether you want a traditional multi-tier cake or lots of yummy items or both! They did a great job with the color of our cake too; the ombré design matched our flowers nicely. Thanks to Haley and Shelby for helping us plan everything! I wish we could have packed a few extra tarts for our honeymoon!

Freeport provided our wedding cake and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious! Our tasting was led by Shelby, who was very friendly and professional. We chose a three tier semi-nude cake that we had them decorate with fall fruit. We got a lot of compliments on the cake look and taste. We threw in an order of vegan chocolate cupcakes for our vegan guests. Many people commented on how delicious the cupcakes were and were shocked when we told them they were vegan. The entire process with Freeport bakery was very easy, the price was affordable, and the cake and cupcakes were amazing!

Such an amazing wedding vendor to work with! Beginning to end, I knew they had everything situated. I didn’t need to worry about them showing up or being unprepared. I loved everything! The cake and cupcakes are amazing, the staff was so friendly upon delivery, and it’s extremely affordable!! Will book again for any event!

Our wedding cake from Freeport was delicious and was easily my favorite of all the desserts we had at the wedding! They were great at communicating with us as well as switching things to fit our needs. They provided a great service to us during the tasting as well!

We could not be happier with our wedding cake! The coordinators were so much fun to work with, and they designed a gorgeous cake that was perfect for a July wedding in Sacramento. Not only was it absolutely beautiful, but it tasted amazing! So flavorful and fresh!

Freeport is amazing! I used Freeport for mini cookies, and a cake for my husband and I to cut at our wedding. I ordered everything via email and picked it up the day before my wedding. The staff was very responsive and easy to work with. The cookies and cake stood up beautifully to the three hour drive to our venue and looked and tasted great the next evening. We ordered mini peanut butter cookies, chocolate dipped shortbread cookies, and chocolate chip cookies. We got a buttermilk cake with vanilla buttercream frosting. I sent pictures of the design I wanted and it came out great! I am very happy with the service and desserts. The only thing I didn't love was the price for the small cake I ordered. $65 for a 6 inch, single layer vanilla cake, with a simple design seems like a lot to me. However, that is the going rate for wedding cakes and I didn't want to make it myself, so what can you do? P.S. their morning bun is my favorite weekend breakfast!

Mini cupcakes were delicious! Our guests loved the bite-sized desserts. We found working with freeport to be so easy and their prices are more reasonable than other bakeries we considered. We'd absolutely recommend them to any bride and groom!

We had a 3 tiered cake from Freeport for our wedding in March. We got many compliments on it, and a few people said it was the best wedding cake they've every tasted! I wanted fresh flowers on our cake, and I misunderstood the paperwork and thought that the bakery provided the flowers. Upon delivery, I realized it was a plain cake with no flowers! She was able to pull some flowers from my bridesmaids' bouquets, and the cake ended up looking perfect!

We had Freeport Bakery do our wedding cake in December. Our guests all said it was delicious and we got many compliments on it. The cake was beautiful, but it was not quite what we asked for. One of the tiers was supposed to be white with a mauve marble design. It was pretty much completely pink. There was so many pink lines on it, it looked solid pink. Did not look marble at all. Anyways, it was still beautiful and delicious. Just make sure you give an exact picture if you have a specific vision for your design. The staff at Freeport bakery were friendly and were very responsive to my emails.

Freeport bakery made my cake for my wedding in April. We did a two tiered cutting cake with cupcakes for all of the guests. The vanilla buttercream and the chocolate were really delicious, light with a rich frosting. For the cutting cake, I gave them a photo of what I wanted it to look like and they nailed it. For a small fee, they delivered to my venue in Lodi for me, which really took the stress away. They were easy to work with and communicated well. Also, I grew up eating sugar cookies and other sweet treats at Freeport Bakery, so to be able to get my wedding cake here felt so special!

We purchased 11 eight inch cakes from Freeport to use as centerpieces of our wedding guest tables. There was 10 flavors total (one was bride & groom cake). The cakes were beautiful and tasted amazing. Guests were very happy to go from table to table trying all the different flavors.

Freeport Bakery is one of my husbands favorites so when it came time to choose a cake Freeport was top of the list. They were amazing to work with. The created exactly what I had envisioned and the cake was delicious! We got a small cake for us to cut and sheet cake for our guests. We did the fruit basket sheet cake and everyone LOVED it. I had many of our guests come up to me telling me how good the cake was and that they had multiple slices. If you want a beautiful delicious cake go with Freeport!

Freeport Bakery did a beautiful job with our wedding cake and cupcakes. We had a pretty large job - 230 cupcakes plus a cutting cake. Everything tasted delicious and the cake was beautiful.

Best cake we have ever tasted! My new husband does not even like cake but he loved the cake we selected for our wedding. We were worried that Freeport might be out of our price range, but the team there worked with us and we were able to come in on budget. They were able to replicate a cake that I found on Pinterest and helped us to make it our own. I would not hesitate to recommend Freeport to anyone.

We were very happy with Freeport Bakery as our wedding cake vendor. We enjoyed the tasting session which already showed off the quality of their cakes. We loved what we tasted. We decided on a two tier cake and sheets which we could all order with different flavors. They give you lots of suggestions of what your cake can look like, you can choose from many pictures in their suggestion book. I chose a design that was close to what they offered but not exactly like it so I was excited to see the end result which was beautiful. My florist added flower arrangement on it which made it the most beautiful cake I've ever seen. I loved how flexible Freeport Bakery was with the design and also sending the paperwork to me earlier. We can definitely recommend Freeport Bakery.

We hired Freeport Bakery to make our wedding cake for our wedding on September 26th at the Heirloom Inn in Ione, CA. Our cake was absolutely beautiful and tasted amazing (I wish I had been able to eat more of it!) We are so happy with what how it turned out, it was stunning! Also our guest could not stop telling us how delicious it was! We would recommend Freeport bakery to anyone in a heart beat!

When we tasted cake flavors at Freeport Bakery we were very excited about the cake. The tasting was delicious and exactly what I wanted. Unfortunately that is not what we got on our wedding day. The cake was beautiful, but it tasted like it had been made ahead of time and refrigerated for a day or two. While I understand that it may have been difficult to make a cake for a morning wedding, I did expect better quality after my experience at the tasting and all of the positive reviews I had read.

My husband and I were not looking for a fancy cake on the outside, but we were very particular about what would go on the inside. I made all the decisions in the wedding except for which wedding cake we would have. My husband knew right from the start that he wanted a Freeport Bakery cake. And I agreed. I knew they would be able to create a classic cake with a flavor which would be remembered. We were treated wonderfully at our cake tasting. We had very patient advice from our coordinator and she helped us make the correct choices of size and flavors. On our wedding day, they delivered the cake on time and without incident. When I walked into the reception I found exactly the cake I had hoped for. It was simple and elegant and beautiful with freshly topped flowers. The inside, of course, is what matters, and we have heard nothing but raves since the wedding. It was rich and flavorful and there was plenty to feed our guests, with the topper left for us to save. (we didn't freeze it, but ate it the next day with friends who came from out of town) So we actually got to enjoy our cake when we had the time to appreciate how good it was. The level of service and attention to detail is just what we expected, but the kindness and good nature of the staff was an added bonus. We trusted Freeport Bakery to deliver a delicious cake, but on our wedding day, we got a beautiful treat to share with our guests and something truly sweet to remember.

Freeport Bakery did an awesome job on our wedding cake. It was exactly how I described it to the girls we were working with. We were so pleased with how it turned out and we didn't want to cut it!!! :) It tasted just as amazing as it looked. We can't wait to have our Anniversary Tier!

I ordered a small wedding cakes as well as cupcakes for my wedding. The tasting was great and they were so patient with my indecisiveness. Their flavors and options taste amazing and we got so many compliments on them. They arrived at our wedding without a hitch and were very easy to work with. The only reason for the 4 star in the value section is because we ordered a small personal cake for us without anything fancy at all on it and charged twice as much for the wedding as the exact same cake selling in the bakery. Literally the same carrot cake with textured frosting. I would still recommend them even with that annoyance.

Freeport did our wedding cake and it turned out wonderful. We had a 4 tier square cake. The cake was suppose to be off center and we paid to have it be off center but on wedding day it was maybe a quarter inch if not less off center. The cake looked straight and not off center unless you looked at it close. Overall I was pleased with our cake and it was good.

Champagne cakes 3 layers. Piping. Rhinestone bands and buttercream frosting. The cake looked unreal & so incredible looking! My hubby had to check for himself that it was real (he poked it with his knife!). Fab reviews from guest and a big hit! 3 layers feeds more than 160. We had plenty with 1/2 sheet cake in back.

We had shopped around to many vendors without luck~ too expensive for a cake, but after meeting with Freeport Bakery the search ended. We were very pleased with the tasting. All cake and frosting flavors. We then learned they offered mini-cupcakes which were perfect!!! They tasted amazing and our guests RAVED about them after the wedding.

the cake was amazing. they did everyting i wanted and i got to design the entire cake. its delicious but.....they had me drive there to show them my cake topper to weigh it and ended up not making the cake strong enough for it. it fell and shattered during my grampa making a speech. it was an expensive cake topper from disneyland so im bummed.

I had a love/hate relationship with my wedding cake. I really wasn't too concerned about it and felt that people aren't that interested in cakes any longer at weddings. I brought in a simple but elegant rose design that they were able to duplicate to a T and even looked better than I thought it would. I also ordered a bunch of pies, cupcakes and other desserts for our dessert table that turned out to be amazing. Not to mention that the cake was absolutely delicious! They were easy to work with and super organized. If you really want them to design a cake for you without having any idea what you wanted, then they might not be the best option but I knew what I wanted and they were perfect for the job!

This has been my favorite bakery since I was a kid and they did not let me down on my wedding day. The cupcakes were amazing! My guests loved them! My only complaint is that the "&" on the "M & A" sign looked like a B so it looked like MBA, which was weird. But besides that they did a great job and were very affordable!

Yes, Freeport will cost you a little more than other bakeries that specialize in wedding cakes. But Freeport cakes absolutely melt in your mouth and their designers are genious. We chose them primarily because they were the only bakery around that would even work with our soy-free request, but they went above and beyond. I brought them a picture of a cake with these elaborate sugar flowers and, the day of my wedding, they were even more beautiful than the picture! So glad we went with Freeport.

Freeport Bakery did an amazing job on our wedding cake! We had a non-traditional cake that had a ton of detail. When we met for the consultation we left feeling like they got exactly what we were envisioning for our cake and on the day of the wedding when we saw the finished product it was executed perfectly! Not only did it look fantastic, but it tasted amazing! They have some of the best tasting cakes I personally have ever tasted.

we knew Freeport was going to be amazing but they really outdid themselves. Our guests all thought the cake was fondant and it was buttercream (the likes were that clean). Almost all of our guests went back to try each layer of cake (most weddings I have been to you don't eve see or care about the cake at the end of the night). We got our top tier and ate half when we got home-it was sothe good weto couldn't wait for our 1stwedding anniversary!

Freeport Bakery did an amazing job on my cake. It looked spectacular and tasted fantastic. I highly recommend them. They even let me order sheet cakes in addition to the wedding cake as a way of keeping costs down. So I had a small two tiered wedding cake and 2 additional sheet cakes to feed the rest of the guests. This worked out great, so if you are on a budget, I would recommend doing it this way.

From start to finish they wer accomodating and very helful. Their cakes were a big hit and were so yummy!

Great! My rating would be a 4.5 if that was possible. We had a custom design for our little cutting cake and then two sheet cakes for the guests (it's the way to go for cutting costs!). Very professional and on time delivery. Only missing a half star because we didn't get the design as we were promised and were not informed that the design would be changed. HIGHLY recommend over places that only do wedding cakes. MUCH better service and the tasting was very informative.

My husband and I were lucky enough to try a Freeport bakery cake at a friend's wedding 6 months before our own. We made a tasting appointment right away. It was difficult making the final selections because everything was delicious. We received many compliments, and will be going there for years to come!

We tried a couple of other bakeries but nothing compared to the cake from Freeport. It was so fresh and yummy.

Their wedding cakes itself were way out of our budget, but we ordered 2 small round cakes and put them on our own 3 tier cake stand with a picture and some flowers. It looked great. Go for a cake tasting. It was a delicious was to spend a morning.

We ordered our wedding cake here after it was a prefered vendor from our venue. After reading the reviews, we figured we'd give it a shot and set up an appointment. After tasting one bite, we were hooked! We had such a hard time picking flavors because everything was so good. I had never tasted fondant before, only hearing bad things about it. The employee told me that she did care for it either, but they had one of the best. I was so surprised! It was really tastey! We didn't end up going with fondant due to costs, but everything was delicious. We ordered our cake which was decorated on the simple side to serve about 125 guests. Plus a anniversary tier already boxed. Our total was extreamly affordable compared to others in the area. Either way, we would have gone thru Freeport. And the service was awesome. You may think due to the fact that they are a shop also, you may loose some of the service, not at all. We set up an appointment and everything went up hill from there. Down to the day of delivery. I can't recommened them enough! From wedding cakes to kid friendly cookies!

My dad LOVES cake, and he was not willing to just have any ol' cake at my wedding. He went to this place for his 60th birthday cake, and told me that I should give them a call. When I went for the cake tasting I brought my Fiance and Mother along. The consultant gave us a brochure asking what we would want to try. After we figured it out, she came out with THREE plates, one for each of us, with everything that we picked out on each one. They were good size pieces of cake, too. Right when I tried to the first bite, I practically melted in my seat. I never had such a moist and flavorful cake in my life. What made it even better was that they had a LOT of different cake designs to choose from. The consultant answered all of our questions right on the spot, she was so wonderful to work with. and everyone LOVED the cake, all 3 different flavors [I still think the Carrot cake was the best one] I'll definitely be coming back for any bakery/cake needs.

Growing up my mother was a pastry chef and my father is a chef so when I was looking for the bakery to do my wedding cupcakes I was looking for a place that took pride in their work and made everything from scratch. Freeport Bakery definitely met all my qualifications! Our cupcakes and our mini bride groom cake were awesome and tasted so yummy, just like mom used to make.

I'm not a fan of cake. Usually at weddings I eat about a bite and that's all I can manage. I was determined that my guests not have the same experience, so of course the only choice was Freeport Bakery. As our caterer mentioned, when there's Freeport cake, the plates come back empty! We got the chocolate/fresh strawberry, carrot with cream cheese, and lemon poppyseed. Yum! And lots of pretty designs to choose from, too.

Cake was very important to my fiancee and I so we met with quite a few bakers and bakeries. Freeport was by far was our favorite cake. Our cake design was quite simple (white fondant with ribbon that we supplied and a cake topper from Etsy) so the price was very reasonable compared to everyone else. We received many complements from our guests about the cake and I look forward to our first anniversary where I will be ordering a smaller version of the top tier of our cake (lemon poppy with raspberry).

It is Freeport Bakery - if you are in the Sacramento area, that is enough said. The whole experience was amazing and we actually had a tasty wedding cake that our guests enjoyed!

We chose freeport bakery because we loved the flavors: buttermilk cake with chocolate ganache and strawberry mousse. Delightful! They have many others to choose from but that's what did it for us. They executed the design exactly as requested and the price was very reasonable. No regrets with this vendor. I was also happy to be supporting a local business.

This place is excellent. The prices range to pretty reasonable. I needed a simple cake and not some big over the top wedding cake. I explained to the staff what I was looking for and they were able to provide me with number of choices. The great thing about their cake selection I was able to get one of their anniversary cakes that looked simple and for half the price of a wedding cake. The cake looked wonderful and tasted great. Till this day I still get my cake here. I recommend this place for some good cakes

My cake was both beautiful and delicious... we even bought a death by chocolate sheet cake to hide but serve, so everyone got fed but we didnt have to have an even more ginormous and expensive cake! Easy process, exceptional outcome!

I really wanted a wedding cake that everyone would enjoy, because I've been to tons of weddings where a large amount of the cake is left over. Freeport Bakery has the best cakes and I got lots of compliments. The only thing, is that it is a little on the pricier side, but totally worth it.

Our cake was delicious and we had a lot extra. We had whipped cream frosting, but the cake was done so beautifully that it looked like fondant. Their price per slice was very reasonable compared to the other places that we were looking (closer to grocery store prices rather than designer bakeries) and the delivery charge and cake platter rental fees were minimal.

They make a vegan chocolate cake that is delicious.;You need to give specific instructions about what you want your cake to look like otherwise they will leave it plain.

We just ate some of our cake on our anniversary a year later, and it was still amazing. The cake even still had the same texture. It was the best wedding cake I've ever had!
