I scheduled a site tour, which was confirmed 2 weeks before the actual date. The person who I was supposed to meet with, Clark, left for vacation the week before and did NOT email...
me. I showed up at my confirmed time and received a short 10 minute tour with skeptical remarks "You had an appointment? Are you sure? He's on vacation so why would he confirm this date and time?" They took my contact info down and said they would email me more details (package pricing), and I still haven't received anything - not even an email from Clark. I crossed this off my list of potential places to have my wedding because of their lack of professionalism.
