We had the best experience having our June 2024 wedding at French Park! The venue was incredible in every way. 1) The house and tent were well maintained and clean. The flowers and...
grounds were cared for and very lush for the wedding and just looked beautiful. 2) The space itself was perfect for our 230 person wedding. We held cocktail hour in the house and on the grounds and the tent was large enough that it did not feel crowded but set up in a way that still felt intimate even with such a large group. 3) The Premier Park event manager, Kelsea was a huge selling point on the venue for us. She was a dream to work with – flexible, responsive and on top of absolutely everything. She also played the role of day of coordinator which was worth the booking in itself! She truly made the planning process and day so easy and perfect.
My only advice for brides looking to book French Park is to be aware of how quickly things add up! As an Event Professional, I came into the planning process with a very good idea of cost expectations and was still surprised at the final number. An easy way to plan for this is to request updated invoices as you make changes and to take a look at the final invoice of a past wedding similar in size to help budget.
Overall, we could not be happier with our experience at French Park and working with Kelsea. We would recommend this venue to everyone.

r to the event and the day of the coordinators were on top of it! My biggest advice with booking with Premier Parks would be to remember that nothing is really included besides the venue itself. You will have to pay to rent EVERYTHING and this adds up very quickly. Overall, we are so happy we chose this venue! It was a dream venue and our guests loved it as well!

g it ended up pouring down rain all morning. Not once throughout the day did they pressure us to make a decision to move the ceremony inside. They did everything they possibly could to hold off until the very last minute, even bringing extra staff on site to move equipment as needed to accommodate the weather. The rain ended up stopping 30 min before our ceremony started and the staff set up for our outdoor ceremony within minutes to make sure we had the ceremony we always dreamt of and it was BEAUTIFUL! Throughout the entire planning process and on the day of the wedding every member of the team we worked with was friendly, professional and flexible. Always checking in on us to see if we needed anything and coordinating with our vendors on our behalf to ensure everything ran smoothly. They really do care about their clients and strive to make their wedding day as stress-free as possible. I cannot recommend Premier Parks enough!

I loved the venue itself. However, we got completely taken advantage of with the alcohol package. We chose the Platinum package, which is the most expensive package (with Grey Goos...
e vodka, nicer wines, etc.). They ran out of Grey Goose right after the cocktail hour and started serving Svedka. Additionally, the wine we picked from the Platinum list wasn't being served. The wine from the lower tier alcohol package was being served. Our photographer even took pictures of the bar for our details shots and we have photos of the wrong wine being served. After the wedding, we reached out to the coordinator of French Park. She said they ran out of Grey Goose and ran out to get more but the store was sold out so they got Svedka instead (not Titos or Kettle One, etc.). I also asked about the wine and she said their vendor let them know Friday night they didn't have that wine anymore so they had to serve the cheaper bottle. We would have been completely fine with these substitutions but we did not want to pay for nicer alcohol and not even get to enjoy that. In addition, there was no communication to us about these substitutions. We noticed them ourselves. Our wedding was back in June and we were originally promised a small refund but have since been ignored. Additionally the refund she was going to give was $250, when the substitutions were a much bigger difference. Besides the alcohol issue, it was an amazing venue itself. I would just recommend picking a cheaper alcohol package because you will likely get that anyway but have to pay for a more expensive package. I would also recommend a day of coordinator who notices these details and makes sure things are going right.

oked for like 3 years out...so I started my search! I had nevre heard of French park, when someone from the Cincinnati Parks brought it up, so I thought I'd go check it out. I am SOOO glad we did. We fell in love with it - it's Gorgeous!!!
The house is charming and pretty, the grounds are perfect for pictures...plus you can get ready in the house (there are two seperate sides of the upstairs - one for girls and guys - b/c we didn't see each other before the wedding), and then have the ceremony and the reception all in the same spot - which is perfect for guests and the wedding party! Our wedding was in May and everything was blooming - it was perfect. Ideal for older guests too because they can go inside for the Air Conditioning, there are bathrooms in the house...and you can set up food inside and have the party outside. We had about 240 guests and it was great - it would've been fine for more and it's would be great for less too.
I would definitely put it on your list of places to look at before you decide.
