ally contacted them in February 2022…it’s April 28, 2022 and we have never heard back. Very bad communication on their part and all we wanted was a quote initially to see if it was within our budget. They are losing business and it’s definitely a red flag for how our wedding day would end up being.

not just the beauty of the venue but the pleasant attitudes of everyone we encountered. We felt at home even though we had not yet selected the venue. I agreed with him but felt that we should still look at a few other places to be 100% sure - I am very indecisive. We took a look at a few other venues throughout Palm Beach County and as far South as Fort Lauderdale and no other venue -country club or otherwise - compared to Frenchman's! Other spaces either felt too stuffy, too dated, not as aesthetically beautiful, and/or not staffed with friendly people. We narrowed it down to Frenchman's and one other venue in Boca and we kept coming back to everything we loved about Frenchman's Reserve including the fact that they were fully transparent about all of their costs and there were no hidden fees after the fact! We are so glad that we chose them! It is certainly a hidden gem. Everything about the process was seamless. At the food tasting, we were given a feast of tasty foods. And on the day of, Pat and her team did not disappoint. All of our guests were in love with the beauty of the venue but also the service that they received from Pat - the coordinator, the bartenders and the wait staff. The overall feedback was that while Frenchman's is certainly upscale on all levels, there was never a stuffy moment! Everyone was always professional and kind. And the food, ohhhh the food... all of our guests could not stop talking about the food! From the hor d'oeuvres selection for cocktail hour to the steak and snapper selections for dinner and even the salad (one of my best friends noted how much she dislikes salad but she loved the pear poached one that we selected) - everyone raved about everything!! Not your standard boring and tasteless wedding dinner food here! You will not be disappointed if you go with Frenchman's! We cannot thank Pat and team for helping us to pull off a beautiful day celebrating our marriage and love with family and friends! We are already planning on hosting our 5-year anniversary celebration here.

orking with Pat was awesome! She made me feel calm and relaxed on the day of the wedding. We were able to use 2 beautiful guest suites to get ready in which was plenty of space for me and my 8 bridesmaids! We also were provided a beautiful spread of wraps, fruit, and cookies for lunch! The display was beautiful! Pat helped coordinate everything and made sure we were on time but she did it in a way that made me feel calm, not stressed at all. We did our cocktail hour in the lobby of the clubhouse and it was the perfect place to do it and had plenty of beautiful seating options. This was nice because it really required minimal decorating on my part! We did have some high tops added with some flowers from the florist. The dining room was beautiful and very spacious! I loved the chandelier in the dining room! The FOOOOOD! OMG! The food was delicious!! People still talk about the steak! The chef did an amazing job! I loved everything about the Frenchman's! Pat and her team helped my dream wedding come to a reality!

, and booked that day. It is BEAUTIFUL and ELEGANT and there was no need to decorate on our part (which was awesome because I had no desire to do that). I was nervous a few months before our wedding as they went through a staff change (which resulted in some confusion) but they ironed everything out and the woman who came in (Patricia) was AMAZING. She went above and beyond to help us, to settle my pre-wedding nerves, to arrange for an on site suite for myself and my ladies to get ready in, taking care of reaching out and coordinating with all of our other vendors, guiding the event on the day of, and otherwise making our day run smoothly. They also brought in a new chef who took care of both our food and our cake—and I can’t rave about him enough either. EVERYONE has been talking about how amazing the food and cake were. (My mouth is watering thinking about it actually). Everyone was so kind and polite, so well organized, and so GOOD at what they do that I would 100% recommend them as a venue.

They decided to do a complete remodel of their clubhouse (which by the way they told me about in May - 7 months after signing the contract) and told me it was not going to be finished by our wedding date in October and to find a new venue. It was a disaster. Invitations were already printed, vendors contracts were already set, Church and pastor, everthing was basically done at this point and had to be completely redone to find a new reception venue. The worst part was, they didnt have the decency to tell me about the situation, I had to call them to find updates about the renovation. They did try to compensate by sending us to Ballenisles country club down the road but it just wasnt Frenchmans and wasnt my dream venue. In other words, I absolutley love Frenchmans look and the classic elegance the venue has but the way they handled the situation witch such deceit and secrecy I would never recommend them to any friend that wanted their wedding in Palm Beach Gardens.

or at the club, was great to work with and did a fantastic job the night of the wedding. Christine and Lynn at the club were also very helpful throughout the planning process right up to the big day. The day of the wedding went well. Everything really came together, certainly with Jaime's help. The few issues we had didn't impact the guests too much -- one of the bartenders was rude and had a horrible attitude throughout the evening, but I believe that particular situation will be addressed. Overall it was a wonderful evening, and I would recommend it to any bride looking to get married in the area.

Frenchman's Staff did a great job at the wedding. especially BARTENDER LADY!! 4. They have enough space for reception and ceremony (no need to rent other location for ceremony, etc) 5. FOOD WAS GREAT! all of my guests loved it! It was just my dream wedding... They were great and I was very happy with service and staff. CONs: 1. They have a chair company who does chairs for the reception and ceremony. (if you want chivary chairs) They are not CHEAP. It was $5.60 per chair I think? Frenchman's informed me with cheaper price when I signed the contract but then when I paid the final billing, the price was increased. (Frenchman's were not sure about the chair price, so couldn't really argue.. just paid because I was happy with the venue...) - This is the reason I put 4 starts on Service. just because the price was not clear from the beginning. 2. They do not offer a room for getting ready. I had to reserve their guest suite in order to get ready and hang out with my friends and family. BUT guest suite is beautiful and rooms are not expensive.(very reasonable price) Overall, I loved this venue. BEAUTIFUL and GORGEOUS place. L.O.V.E!!

A lot of the country clubs we looked at didn't do this and if we wanted to add this in, it raised the cost to higher than that of Frenchmen's. Plus, the food is AMAZING! Pat Saylor is the wedding coordinator and a few months out from your wedding is very difficult to get into contact with. However, as your day approaches, is right on task with everything and makes sure everything is how you want it. Plus, she's extremely nice and tries to accommodate you in every way possible. I also loved how they were able to make their space fit how I wanted my wedding to be. I wanted my cocktail hour outside on the veranda (they have inside options too) and they have a ballroom that can double in size if you need it. The only con I could possibly think of is that they only had one bar. It kind of backed things up while people were waiting for their drinks. Bottom line is this is by far the best place to have a reception ever! I really can't gush about too many of my vendors, but Frenchmen's made my day!

We had 175 guests, all of whom ranted and raved about the food and cake (which was a gorgeous 5-tier cake provided by Frenchman's). They also provided a suite for my husband and I to stay in the night of the wedding. Overall, it was a dream wedding!

The transitions were so smooth and everything was so beautiful. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride! They really cater to your wants and needs and in such a professional manner. - The bridal party can get ready there. It's so convenient and the set-up is great. - You can take gorgeous photos around the resort. - If available, they offer a guest room to the bride and groom for the night of the wedding (they are awesome). - You can have a Signature Cocktail for your cocktail hour which is a cool touch. - The food is DELICIOUS. Their cake vendor is amazing, everyone talked about how good the cake was. - They make great drinks at the bar! - They assign a personal server to the bride/groom table to make sure you're taken care of at all times, which was really neat. - You save alot in rentals as they have tables, chairs, linens, etc. - You can have an indoor or outdoor ceremony (the outdoor courtyard, several indoor rooms depending on wedding size). - They have valet parking available. - They have a lounge area with bar you can open during the reception if you want. And an outdoor terrace if people want fresh air, etc. There are so many great things about this venue and event team!

did I ALWAYS receieved great service. She is VERY knowledgeable and has been in the filed a long time (aka can tell you who to go with or better yet who NOT to go with). The venue is phenomenal and people are still talking about how breathtaking the place is. It sits on a golf course and even thought we didnt get married on it I have seen wedding there as well and they were great. All of the brdial party is welcome to get ready there (regardless of when your reception starts) and I HIGHLY suggest it. We were pampered the entire time by a personal staff with food, drinks, and many other incidentals that made our day run perfectly. If there is one thing I would NEVER change about my wedding it would be the venue I chose. My hubby LOVED it and got to golf the day before and I truly felt like a princess with all of the mediterranean/french esque architecture we were able to get AMAZING pictures. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
