We hired Sam (Fresa Events) to help us plan our wedding and she also acted as our day-of coordinator.
We could not be happier with the job Sam and her team did! Sam met with us m...any times during the planning process (with great flexibility for our schedules) to hash out all the details, vendors, timeline etc for the wedding. She provided helpful planning tools/templates, and helped us conduct research and hire vendors. Sam is very detail-focused and got everything organized, and that helped so much in reducing our stress-level leading up to the event! Prior to the event - she also conducted a walkthrough with our vendors at the venue, and she also conducted our wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding.
The day of the wedding - she coordinated the entire event with her assistant. Sam arrived prepared hours before the ceremony start time, and took care of absolutely everything with her assistant! She managed all the communication / coordination with all the vendors, and made sure everything was set-up and ready to go! We didn't have to worry about a single thing. Then - when the event started - she had everything coordinated with radio communication between herself, her assistant, and key vendors to keep everything flowing smoothly and on-time. The event went absolutely perfectly, and we could just focus on enjoying ourselves - as Sam had everything taken care of! At the end of the night - Sam / her assistant made sure everything was cleaned up, and even collected some of our belongings that we had left at the venue.
Overall - working with Sam and the Fresa Events team was a pleasure. Sam did everything in her power to help our wedding be a special day, and one that we could focus on enjoying! We cannot recommend her services enough!
