Marvelous experience, fantastic and creative ideas; Lyn was amazing with his recommendations of other vendors (pianist, baker). We were extremely satisfied with the flower arrangements, bouquets, and especially the "tent camouflage" with vines, flowers, and fabric.

We initially booked with Fresh Affairs for our wedding scheduled for May 2020. Due to Covid19 our wedding had to be postponed to May 2021. Lyn helped make the change of date very easy & less stressful. He is incredibly knowledgable, creative, motivated and was very excited to help our fairy tale wedding vision come to life. He not only created beautiful masterpieces with the florals, he also was very helpful in picking out linens and place settings for the head table and guest tables. Every floral piece he put together - bouquets, boutonnieres, alter set up, head table, cake flowers, centerpieces, floral pieces for our seating chart and chandeliers - was a work of art! We and our guests were in awe of the beauty, elegance, and romance he created. Everyone is still raving about it! We are forever grateful to Lyn for his hard work and dedication to making our fairy tale wedding dreams come true!

Lyn and his team did an incredible job bringing our wedding vision to life! It was absolutely stunning! The flowers and candles were done so elegantly. Check out their tabletop event for great inspiration! It really made the planning and vision come together seamlessly.

Lyn and his team did a phenomenal job on the flowers for our wedding. I went in with little to no idea of what I wanted and he surprised me with amazing bouquets and an amazing backdrop for our ceremony and reception! I was beyond pleased and impressed! To think I was considering not having flowers....I'm not sure what was I was thinking now that I saw what Lyn and his team could do!!

Fresh Affairs did an absolutly amazing job on my wedding! I don't know anything about flowers beyond the fact that they are pretty, and Lyn was able to create beautiful and meaningful arrangements just based on our conversations about the feel of the wedding that I wanted. I received so many compliments about the gorgeous florals and the credit goes entirely to Lyn and his team!!

I would recommend Fresh Affairs to anyone!!! Lyn was absolutely fantastic; he knew the dimensions of the mantle in the reception of our venue off the top of his head, and I was totally sold on booking him, then and there! The planters they brought for the ceremony were stunning, as well as the garland for the mantle and the centerpieces for the guest tables in the reception. The floral decor was simple, yet, elegant. Lyn and Stacey are amazing! Meeting with Lyn was one of the first parts of wedding planning that truly got me excited and gave me peace of mind, I started to see the whole thing come together after pinning several details down with him. Great price & service and stunning flowers & decor!

I can’t imagine my wedding without Lyn Graves to provide the florals! He hit a homerun with what he and his team designed for my ceremony and reception. I'm not very good with flowers, so my mother-in-law was the one that worked with Lyn. My mother-in-law has pretty high standards though, so when she says someone is good, they are very good! So, again, I'm not very good with flowers, and am not one to really appreciate their beauty, but I was absolutely mesmerized when I walked into my reception venue. The venue was already beautiful on it's own, but the flowers made it look magical! I was truly and very thoroughly impressed. And did I mention we had a very strict budget on flowers? Even with that, Fresh Affairs was able to it look amazing. We also had small, potted orchids that doubled as centerpieces and wedding favors. Despite not having had this situation before, Lyn was able to make it work with the theme. The venue itself was very big and grand, and we were afraid the orchids would drown in that space, but everything fitted very well together, and we really couldn't be any happier with how everything turned out! And another plus: to save money, we used our pew markers from the church to decorate the stairwell at the reception venue. Lyn ended up doing the transport from venue-to-venue to ensure that the flowers didn't get damaged or start wilting. I've been in weddings where the flowers would wilt by the time the reception started, but true to his words, the flowers remained vibrant throughout the whole day!

Sweet and romantic with natural looking flowers - that's all I told Lyn about what I wanted for my wedding. What Lyn and the Fresh Affairs team created was better than anything I could ever dream of and literally took my breath away. All of the floral arrangements and décor were absolutely stunning. Several of my guests stated it was the most beautiful wedding they've ever attended. The venue owner said she stared in awe multiple times throughout our wedding weekend. Lynn and everyone at Fresh Affairs did a beyond amazing job at the flowers and decor for my wedding. I live in GA so i knew i had to really trust Lynn to make sure he would make our wedding beautiful and he did above and beyond that. All of the flowers were gorgeous! Lynn really captured my idea/look on what we were looking for. Lynn knows what looks best. Again, fresh affairs always does an amazing job and they are perfect for all of your floral needs!

Let me just say that Lyn is AMAZING! Everything from his personality to his eye for class blew me away from the beginning. When I first met him we hit it off and he knew EXACTLY what type of look and style I was going for. My husband and I got married this past October and when we walked into the reception I literally wanted to cry at how beautiful it was! I was speechless! He and his team did such a wonderful job and I would definitely recommend Fresh Affairs for any event! Thank you Lyn for making my dreams a reality!

We used Lyn and his team for our wedding at the Raleigh Convention Center. He and his team did a wonderful job answering all of our questions and met with us multiple times to ensure every detail was right. We used Fresh Affairs for all our flowers for our wedding. I wanted a very colorful whimsical look but that's not exactly what I ended up with. The flowers were beautiful but not exactly what I asked for. What you see is what you get with this florist, they have a certain style that they pretty much stick to no matter what. When you meet with them just make sure that's the style you want and you'll be pleased. Beautiful job just not what I had envisioned.

Lyn @ Fresh Affairs put together the most beautiful presentation of my vision... everything was SO PERFECT. I am beyond thankful & HIGHLY recommend this company!! I really didn't even know what I wanted, but he did a stunning display of the tables and my bouquet was just perfect. From the moment I met Lyn, I knew that he was the perfect person for the job. I walked into our first meeting with picture printouts of my thoughts and ideas, and he executed it perfectly. He knew my vision and made sure to take it to the next level where even I was wow-ed by the ballroom. From what color linens to choose, to where the cake tables should be set up, he is truly a professional and knows what he's doing. I trusted his judgement completely and am glad I did. Everything on the wedding day was absolutely beautiful. Our wedding was on Saturday and we took the flowers to a retirement home that Monday - as they still looked beautiful and fresh. Working with him was one of the best decisions we made and I would do it again in a heartbeat!

There no words to express Lyn's work, other than AMAZING!! He can bring magic to any space! We are truly grateful all his hard work he put into our daughter's wedding to make it so spectacular. He worked with us from the beginning to the very end. Every little detail, our vision, wishes we shared with him was delivered and so much more. It was absolutely beautiful beyond our imagination. The team did a BEAUTIFUL job!!! I was blown away with the bouquet for my bridal portraits and even more so when I saw the day of. Very talented! They host a Tabletop event every so often to see samples of their work. GO! Such a great example of what they're able to create and it made me very confident to work with them for our big day. Lyn Graves and the entire Fresh Affairs team knocked it out of the park for my wedding! I can't get over how perfect your florals were. You took my vision and turned it into reality. They created a large scale arch for our cermony with florals that were so grand many people couldn't believe their eyes. The centerpieces were over the top in the best way possible. Our guests are still talking about our gorgeous wedding decor! You truly are the BEST florist in town.

AMAZING!!! We were completely blown away by Lyn's work. He is by far the absolute best in the floral and design department. I keep looking at my wedding photos and am blown away by my cascading bouquet-- so many people told me it was the most beautiful flower arrangement they have ever seen. The floral center pieces and floating candles in our reception ballroom looked stunning. My MOH asked me how much we spent and her guess was more than double what it actually cost!! Lyn is that good!! I would recommend Floral Affairs to anyone!! He knocked it out of the park!!

There are no words to describe how beautiful Fresh Affairs helped make our wedding turn out to be. Lyn is awesome to work with - when I met him for the first time, I wanted so badly to be his friend - he's just that wonderful :P. He was so helpful in providing his ideas and recommendations based on his expertise, and was truly a professional in his communications and flexibility. Oh my goodness, my bouquet was just so stunning! Fresh Affairs truly went above and beyond my expectations with the floral arrangements that they created for us, that I just wish the flowers could last forever!

I had read numerous positive reviews of this vendor. My request was small...three bouquets in hurricane glass vases in water. I had the picture of the vase and flower in the contract. The vase was not at all a hurricane style...just a vase they choose to bring ...and they brought six of them for three bouques? It was agreed the reason for the vase was the hydrangia was to come in the vases with water to keep them hydrated. The vases were dry and the flowers survived only two hours....Barely making it through the ceremony and certainly not avaiable as planned to decorate the head table! I felt this was due to poor hydration during delivery.

When I met with Lyn, I immediately knew I wanted him for our wedding. He listens and knows exactly what you're looking for and has a really good sense of the feel you want for your wedding. As soon as I entered the venue on our wedding day, I was blown away by the flower arrangements. So many people have said how beautiful they were. I didn't realize how important flowers were to the look and feel of your wedding, but they were the first thing most people noticed. Lyn does really classy and beautiful work.

Lyn was such a delight to work with and seems to know just how to calm a nervous bride's nerves! I brought him pictures and colors I liked, shared some of the personal touches that were important to me, and let him Run with it! He is so incredibly creative and talented, I knew from word of mouth we were in good hands. He even picked out our linens and chairs, thank goodness! He was honest about what would look great, and what likely would not. I love black and white, so He helped me decide to make black and white stripe a theme! So, we ended up buying black and white striped bow ties, programs had striped ribbon, out door cocktail tables were covered in striped linens, while the ball room Was elegant with ivory and black linens, and stunning large floral arrangements. The groomsmen had striped ribbon on their flowers, while the bridesmaids bouquets were wrapped with thicker striped ribbon, as was my bouquet(perfect with succulents, my fave). The altar was more than I imagined, with large black and white striped columns, lovely aisle and alter floral arrangements, just perfect. We did decide to put down a carpet runner(piece of fabric during the cocktail hour to disguise the carpet), but my father and a couple staff members tripped on it before the event started, so the decision was made to take it up to avoid any injuries. On the day of my bridal portraits, my bouquet was not done in the right colors, but Lyn personally drove across town and replaced the bouquet with one that was a perfect replica of what I would carry on my wedding day. This is how much he cares and will do anything to achieve perfection! My advice, show him your likes/dislikes and let him take the reigns! You'll sleep much better at night!

I was happy with everything. Lyn was very easy to work with. Fresh Affairs is more expensive than other florists in the area, but I guess you have to pay more when you're working with the best.

A simple thank you just doesn't seem adequate. From the first time I spoke with Lyn Graves I knew there was something very special about Fresh Affairs. His professionalism and knowledge during our consultation won me over and I knew I wanted Fresh Affairs for our daughter's wedding. Jones Chapel at Meredith College was breathtaking on September 13, 2014. The delicate balance of greenery and floral arrangements were simply stunning, just perfect!!!! Brianna and Chris (Bride and Groom), were overwhelmed by the beauty of the chapel. Lyn Graves, Michael Whaley and the entire team at Fresh Affairs created a spectacular collection of pieces that transformed the NC State University Club ballroom into the most beautiful and elegant reception I have ever seen!!!! Fresh Affairs is not your run of the mill florist. They are FLORAL DESIGNERS.! Not only were each of the table settings unique, they were works of art!!! All of the guests were amazed. Matter of fact, I am still receiving compliments on all the arrangements. Fresh Affairs provided the WOW factor we were looking for that left us speechless. They are truly Raleigh's Finest. We hired Lyn to do our flowers, and he totally exceeded expectations! My consultation with him was fantastic - he's friendly but candid, and he gives his honest, professional opinion. He knew that I loved peonies and other large blooms, and when I saw my bouquet, I was totally overwhelmed! It was more beautiful than anything I'd seen in a magazine or on Pinterest. One of my bridesmaids also told me that she had never carried a bouquet as beautiful as the one he made her. He has impeccable taste. I'm so happy I went with Fresh Affairs!

Lyn and Fresh Affairs was wonderful to work with. They were able to accommodate with the changes that we had last minute perfectly. They were also able to make us a beautiful flower collar for our flower girl which was our dog. They seemed a bit pricey at first but when we spoke to them about the price, they were able to cut it in half to help us out!
