Just WOW!!! Kim and her staff are absolutely amazing! They took care of everything! Handled the clean up, and presentation was on point! The grazing table was so beautifully done, as well as the main course! Highly recommend!

Fresh As Can Bee catered our wedding on 12/10/22, and they did an excellent job! They created a beautiful "grazing table" for our Cocktail Hour with fruits, veggies, meats, cheese, and fruit-infused water. It was perfect! They also cooked and served a delicious meal for our reception (roasted herb chicken and country style steak, with roasted potatoes, green beans, rolls, and salad), plus they made 6 different flavors of cupcakes for us. Everything was wonderful and beautifully set-up, our guests really enjoyed the meal! We highly recommend Fresh As Can Bee catering for your wedding or event. Kim is great to work with, she made the planning easy and had great communication. Give her a call! Thank you so much, Fresh As Can Bee team!!

Kim and her staff are incredible! The food was delicious, the cake was stunning, and the staff were so attentive and friendly. Kim was such an easy vendor to work with and was so accommodating to our requests. I highly recommend Fresh as Can Bee!

We loved Fresh As Can Bee Catering! We did a taco bar for our reception and had chips and salsa for our cocktail hour. I admittedly didn’t eat much during the wedding but they packed a to go box for us both and when I got back I scarfed down those tacos. When we had our final phone call we planned what we wanted for our plates and drinks and fresh as can be catering staff prepared our plates for us and had them at our table so we didn’t have to stand in line. We also had our cake and cupcakes made by them and I still have a craving for more. A friend of mine told me she doesn’t even like tacos but hasn’t stopped thinking about the tacos we had. 100% recommended!!

Kim was so wonderful to work with! Our food was so yummy and she helped me figure out the perfect amount, so we didn’t over-order. We used her bartender, who was so nice and easy to work with. We got our cake from her as well! We got soooo many compliments!! “Best cake I’ve ever had!”, “I need this recipe!” It was so yummy and picture perfect beautiful! They were easy to work with and easy on the budget. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Thank you so much!!!!

Kim and her catering crew were wonderful for our country rustic wedding in the mountains of North Carolina! She worked closely with me to make sure every detail for my special day was done according to what I envisioned. I really liked that she had pre-planned packages for me to pick from which made the meal-planning process easier for both of us. The food was delicious and full of flavor, and our cupcakes/cake were to die for - we literally had a mob of guests rush to the cupcakes when they were given the go-ahead by the DJ!! She provided extra services for us when we needed a "cleaning crew" at the end of the night, and the servers/crew were super nice and personable with our guests! I would highly recommend Kim's catering company to future brides.

I hired Kim to cater my daughters wedding in July. I could not have been more happy with the experience from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make my daughters day magnificent.
