Hello! We are Fresh Coast Events, a planning and styling company specializing in weddings based in Milwaukee and southeastern Wisconsin. At this time, we are not taking any new inquiries for 2021 or 2022. Please visit our sister compnay, Feisty Flowers for any floral or styling needs. We have been serving brides since our doors officially in 2018, but the seeds of our success were planted well before then. We grew from our sister company, Feisty Flowers, who has been active in floral and wedding community for many years, and we boast more than a decade of knowledge, experience, and passion for our couples. We love curating design ideas from our couple's unique love story, personalities, and style, always with the goal of seeing your inspiration come to life in ways beyond your imagination. Ultimately, our central goal is making your dream wedding a reality and a one of kind experience for you and your guests. Our specialization is our planning and styling customized coordination packages. Depending on your needs, you are welcomed to build your own package that includes event design and various levels of planning. If you choose event management, you benefit from a wedding day itinerary, checklists, and the support of a day-of coordinator. Our packages are tailor made for assisting with the event planning you need - from basic day of coordination, to detailed options such as budget management and vendor management. We love lush blooms, dainty details, textural accents, fun color palettes, romantic lighting, beautiful backdrops, BTS photos, big smiles and even bigger hugs! We hope to have the opportunity to show you just how much magic we can create on your special day!

I could not have made my wedding day go off without a hitch without Jaclyn and her team! She is so prompt, detailed and reached out all the vendors prior to the wedding so everything was in order! I am so glad I had a stress free wedding experience because of Fresh Coast Events. I truly couldn’t have gotten married without them!

We worked with Angela from Fresh Coast Events throughout the whole planning process. She made planning our wedding a breeze! Any time I had a question I could email her and I would get a response in a very timely manner. During our rehearsal and the day of our wedding Angela was there every step of the way. I don't think we had one thing go wrong the day of our wedding and I know it was because of how detailed and organized Angela is.

As much as I tried to get into wedding planning, it was just something I had a hard time getting myself into and I absolutely expected to enjoy part of the wedding but also face those obligatory moments that I really did not look forward to. I cannot believe how wrong I was. My expectations were blown away. It was the best day of my life. I’ve been self employed for 10 years now and pitching/ selling is what I do best which has taught me how to read people or get a good feel for who they actually are. Angela at FreshCoastEventsmke.com showed such genuine care for how the day went and was so on top of every little thing, to a degree I never expected. I’ve seen other wedding planners at weddings and their body language is riddled with anxiety and stress. She brought feelings of comfort, warmth, and assuredness that made it possible to experience a day I never expected. She were incredible in all facets. We had Angela as our coordinator and she is AMAZING!! She was there to answer emails when I had questions long before our wedding day and offer advice when I wasn't sure what to do. As we got closer to the wedding, she handled vendors so efficiently and got everyone on the same page. Every single one of my vendors reached out to me to tell me how helpful and organized she was. She is calm and helped ease any worries I had leading up to the day. Everything about the wedding turned out perfect and I know a HUGE reason for that is because of Angela. Besides being a fantastic coordinator, she is also a fun and sweet person to be around and have with us on our day. I could go on and on about how phenomenal she is!!

Fresh Coast Events was absolutely integral in making our wedding day perfect. Angie was amazing, she checked-in regularly and was so quick to respond to any e-mails with various questions I had. My husband and I had complete faith in her to handle any hiccups that came up on wedding day, and if any problems did occur...we had no clue because she handled them effortlessly. We could not have imagined planning our dream wedding without Fresh Coast Events, and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone!

We hired Angela as our day of coordinator. She was already such an amazing support system for us planning a huge wedding while being out of state, and then COVID hit. She then became family. She was there for countless calls, and emails. She was able to help us work with our vendors and planned our wedding three different times. She learned who we were as a couple, and helped us keep our hopes up. We were changing things until the last minute while the situation unfolded. We went from a 250 person wedding, to a small 30 person microwedding and it was BEAUTIFUL. Morning of the wedding I stained my ivory dress, and Angela ran up with a kit and literally scrubbed my dress for me so that I was aisle ready. Truly above and beyond. Most importantly, Angela is just a great person who is fun to talk to. Every conversation leaves you better than before. I would recommend Angela to anyone I met. You will not be disappointed.

We hired Angie from Fresh Coast Events as our 'day-of' coordinator. I truly cannot express how incredible she was! From her terrific organization to her flawless execution, Angie helped to make our day perfect and go off without a hitch. Angie facilitated monthly check-ins, provided suggestions, and acted as a liaison between vendors. Other planners that I had considered were extremely intense and abrasive, this was not the case with Angie. She was flexible and very enjoyable to work with, which is exactly why we chose to work with her. Overall, our day would not have been nearly as perfect and stress free without Angie. I would recommend her to absolutely anyone getting married!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Angie. She brought such a calming energy to the entire process. I received multiple compliments on my day-of demeanor and I accredit so much of that to knowing that Angie had things covered. Every last bit was thought through in such detail and the day came together flawlessly. The bridal party and our families adored her. Grateful to have found her!

Jaclyn is absolutely incredible! She made sure that our day not only went as smoothly as possible, but she ensured that my husband and I enjoyed ourselves without a care in the world. Throughout the night, she found opportunities to elevate the experience of our guests and created an incredible atmosphere for us all to enjoy. She truly puts her bride and groom before anything else. She is thorough and meticulous when combing contracts of other vendors. She ensured that I only participated in aspects that needed my attention, and the rest was taken care of by her. Jaclyn truly allowed me to fully experience my wedding and all of my guests. I can't thank her enough for her amazing support and planning!
