Fresh Floral + Events

I just had my wedding this past Sunday 3/19/23 and Christina blew it out of the water! She was so easy to work with and communicative from the very beginning, answering any questions I had and accommodating our ever changing budget! She was quick to answer any text, email, and phone call! Not only that she aced the Texas wildflower look we were going for! I cannot recommend Christina and Fresh Floral + Events enough! Take the time to get a quote and speak with Christina and you will not have to look elsewhere!

Christina and her team nailed everything from start to finish. She worked well within the budget we laid out and exceeded expectations every step of the way. Great response time and extremely knowledgeable but still down to earth, laying out things plainly and concisely so we always felt like we were on the same page. Cannot recommend enough!

Fresh Floral + Events did an amazing job on making everything look gorgeous. She has a great eye and is endlessly creative. The cascade of flowers down the trunk of the huge oak tree where the ceremony took place made the setting so beautiful both at the time and in the wedding photos. She was very responsive, a calm professional and her prices seemed quite reasonable. She thought of every detail - flowers for the cake, bud vases for the outdoor bistro tables, greenery along the fireplace mantel. If you want your wedding stand-out gorgeous, Christina is the perfect choice!

I am very sad to have to write this review, but Christina did not provide the florals that she promised for my wedding and she has refused to make it right. After paying Christina the deposit to do my wedding florals she became very flighty. She was hard to reach and when we did finally reach and speak with her she was very vague in what she was actually going to produce for the florals. In the 1-2 months prior to my wedding we had a few zoom calls with her to emphasize we wanted lush full florals as we were counting on this for the main decor. We told her if she needed to increase her prices to deliver what we wanted, that would be fine. Christina promised us what we wished for and increased our bid by about $2000. What I got on my wedding for florals was pitiful and I feel as though she stole the extra money we were willing to pay and didn’t change anything. -The bridesmaids flower arrangements were all tiny posey sizes when she increased the price for each bouquet promising larger bouquets. -She never responded to provide me with choices for flower/color to insert into each guest dinner menu. The flowers were dead leftovers that did not match the menus. -The runner on the head table was so skimpy and bare you could see through to the table- it was one skinny piece of greenery with scarce flowers throughout. -The arch was all greenery with barely any flowers. The inspiration photo was covered in beautiful florals. -The cake florals were scarce and dead. Not at all crawling up the cake like the inspiration picture I sent her. I was so upset about the florals after my wedding my parents kindly tried to handle the matter themselves. They wrote to Christina expressing my concerns and she wrote them back stating she could not speak to them because they hadn’t signed the contract. I wrote Christina an email stating I was on my honeymoon but that I would write her my concerns when i returned. She replied within 10 minutes. Upon returning I wrote her an email and expressed my feelings about what she provided. She did not reply. After a few follow up emails and radio silence from her, I feel like my only choice is to write this review to hopefully save a bride from the heartache I had over my wedding florals. Do not choose Christina with Fresh Floral for your wedding. You will be disappointed by what she will provide, her unprofessionalism, and her dishonesty.
