Growing up in Europe, she grew fresh fruits and vegetables at home, and raised animals, and learned how to create superb tastes through simplistic ways. She now puts a high value on respecting the art of food in her career, and shows that same respect and appreciation to her guests. Andrea and her team will strive to create dishes that make you and your guests feel special and cared for during your romantic evening.

Her food was not only gorgeous, a feast for the eyes, but flavorful and just perfect. we were looking for - everything was fresh, showcased local ingredients, it was all delicious and had the ability to be tailored for those with dietary restrictions. Andrea came to our home to provide a tasting for us before the event, which was wonderful. We had to reschedule multiple times because of Covid issues, and Andea was apologetic and understanding. The day of the wedding Andrea and her team successfully plated and served 3 appetizers, a salad, 2 entree options, a dessert suite and the most amazing cake all according to our timeline. Our guests loved the food at our wedding and said it was some of the best they've ever had, which is exactly what we were hoping for. Thank you, Andrea! You're amazing at what you do and we are so grateful to have met you. We will be asking you to make that cake again for our anniversary :)

and the astonishing, delicious, beautiful meal Chef Andrea created for us was central to the perfection of the day. From the beginning, Chef Andrea listened to our preferences and created a menu that reflected the season, the location, and our personal tastes. She then executed this menu with meticulous attention to detail, all while implementing the highest level of covid-era safety practices. Our only regret is that we didn’t have twice the stomach room for her generous potions. As if all this weren’t enough, they then cleaned up and left the kitchen sparkling, so that we could enjoy the rest of the evening without lifting a finger. We can’t say thank you enough!
