Joshua and his team at Fresh Foraged are AMAZING. Joshua checked in with us constantly throughout the planning process and made sure all of the details were in order for the day of. I wanted a moody/old Hollywood floral theme overall, and Fresh Foraged delivered. The floral design and arrangements exceeded our expectations, and family and friends are STILL commenting on how gorgeous our flowers were. If you’re looking for a florist who cares about their work, presentation, and of course, their clients, look no further than Fresh Foraged Designs.

We hired Fresh Foraged for our wedding and cannot say enough good things! Josh was an absolute joy to work with and brought my vision to life even better than I envisioned it in my own head! The flowers were of highest quality, and lasted a full week after my wedding. Two weeks after my wedding I am still getting messages from attendees inquiring about my florist and saying how they were truly the most beautiful arrangements they had ever seen at a wedding. Besides the flowers themselves, Josh also created beautiful table runner tableaus in a Dutch still life style, and thoughtfully added special touches like fruits, vegetables, mixed metal containers, and candles to complete the look. We had our reception at a bar, and his work completely transformed the space behind what I ever imagined possible. While I don’t plan on getting married again, I would hire Fresh Foraged in a heartbeat for any event in the future, and cannot recommend this company more highly!

Joshua from Fresh Foraged Designs is simply the best. He was easy to work with from day one. He was always there to answer questions and go over any last minute changes. He wowed us with his magic throughout our ceremony, cocktail hour and reception spaces. The most impressive piece was the sweet heart table. Our guests are still talking about the flowers! We feel so grateful to have had Josh be part of making our day so special. He is wonderful! We will definitely use him and his team’s floral talents for any future events/parties.

His proposals are so detailed that you can really get a sense of what your arrangements will look like (I am a wedding planner and review a lot of proposals, and you can really tell he puts time and effort into each one). On the wedding day, his team arrived exactly on time, set up exactly as we planned and even stayed once everything was set to light the candles! He had a designated team member at the church to set the ceremony florals and then pick everything up and deliver back to the reception venue so we could re-purpose the flowers! I truly can't say enough good things about Josh and his team. Everyone at the wedding raved about how gorgeous the flowers were and my bride was in love with her bouquet. I can't wait to work with Josh again and will recommend him to all of my clients!

O.M.G. There were so many amazing things about our wedding at Castle Hill Inn this past August. But, let me tell you, our flowers were OUTSTANDING. Breathtaking. I couldn't stop smiling. Guests WOULD NOT STOP talking about our flowers. Josh is simply amazing. Not only is he incredibly talented, but he is a delight to work with. He took my vision and turned it into a reality. Cannot recommend highly enough. Josh's work was stunning in photos which was what originally drew us to him so we had high expectations leading up to our wedding. He exceeded those expectations, our wedding flowers were absolutely gorgeous, totally unique and made the whole event feel elegant. I had some nerves the morning of the wedding thinking about all of the pieces that needed to come together, and unsure of what everything would look like. When Josh dropped off my bouquet to the hotel my mood shifted and I was immediately able to relax. If my bouquet was that beautiful I knew whatever he had done to the reception location would be perfect. Josh was a dream to work with. My wedding was just this past Friday but I couldn’t wait to write a review because the day meant so much and he blew it out of the park with his florals! To start, Joshua had some of the fastest and most helpful communication. As a bride trying to plan everything alone, this really helped put my mind at ease during the process. I wanted an artistic take on wedding flowers and Fresh Foraged was the perfect choice. We fell in love with a spring floral design they created that was inspired by a Kandinsky painting and we asked them to modify this for our summer wedding. The results were outstanding and totally blew us and our guests away. Joshua and the Fresh Foraged team are great communicators and I learned a lot about flowers in the process! Great to work with, down to earth, with a sophisticated and artful approach to floral design. Thanks for helping make our wedding day uniquely beautiful !

We were instantly enamored by Joshua and his creative design just within minutes of our first meeting. He's such a genuine and kind person. Joshua got to know us through conversation and asked about how we envisioned our wedding. My husband and I were challenging, giving contradictory verbs to describe our vision like, "whimsy, but elegant...natural and a little wild, but not rustic. Definitely sophisicated." Joshua didn't even bat an eye, and without skipping a beat, starting giving ideas and showing photos of his own wedding day flowers! He really got a sense of who we were as a couple and what we were asking. Joshua wrote up a meticulously detailed quote of colors and different plants and arrangements, and called to check in about how we were feeling about the quote and if we wanted to make any changes. It was perfect, and we were so excited to see it come to life! The only thing left to do was for me and my husband to pick out vessels for the centerpieces. Getting overwhelmed by the number of choices, we asked Joshua to pick out the vessels. We trusted him and his style 1000%. Walking into our wedding venue, I nearly cried at how beautiful everything was. A mixture of floral arrangements in delicate and soft hues, potted plants of lady slipper orchids and ferns, pitcher plants, varieties of blooms and greenery under bell jar cloches, poppy pod boutonnieres - it was something out of a botanist's fairy tale. His floral designs were nothing like we could've imagined, and truly made our wedding day magical. AND to top it off, Joshua and his team were able to deliver and donate the arrangements to a hospice on our behalf the next morning. We did manage to take a potted lady slipper home with us, to remind us of our gorgeous day :) I cannot recommend FFD enough, Joshua and his team are phenomenal artists! You will not be disappointed.

Josh and his team did an AMAAAAZING job! From the beginning Josh spent at least an hour on the phone with me going over the themes of the wedding and what I was looking for so that he could 'hone in' on what my vision was. We spoke a lot about different flowers and what to expect from different arrangements with colors, etc. He was communicative all the way up until the day and was willing to move things around to help my fit my price point. On the day of, the flowers blew me away. I couldn't have even imagined how amazing they were until I saw them! It was more than just a floral arrangement but also a work of art. The arbor was out of this world and it added so much more life to the ceremony. I highly highly recommend him and his team for all wedding flower needs!

Choosing to work with Joshua at Fresh Foraged Designs was the best decision. He far exceeded our very high expectations of what our flowers would be. Joshua is AMAZING and a true artist! He was one of our favorite vendors to work with. He was the first florist we spoke with, and though we spoke with a few more, we always compared their proposals to the vision he designed. He was very forgiving regarding our lack of communication (too many things going on). Though we knew his proposal, we were blown away by how beautiful everything was! Fesh Foraged was one of the BEST decisions I could have made! After meeting Josh I knew I had to have him for my wedding day. Josh was so kind, helpful, organized, and professional. I put all of my trust in him and he made me feel so at ease while/ and after booking with him. I gave Josh my colors, showed him pictures, and he EXCEEDED my expectations! I received so many compliments on my flowers! They were so beautiful, everyone at my wedding took them home and we made smaller arrangements. Working with Josh was a dream come true! He is easy-going, attentive, meticulous, whimsically creative, so, so kind and passionate about making one’s floral dreams come true. The minute I met Josh, I knew I wanted him to be my floral designer. I had already seen some of his work and after I hired him for my wedding, I regularly checked out his stunning Instagram photos, getting more and more excited for my day to come. When we were in the planning stages, he not only carefully listened to my vision, he asked me pointed questions to help me really hone in on what I wanted my wedding to look and feel like. The floral design of one’s big day truly does shape and enhance the overall feel, and hiring the right person is key. Josh will achieve your wedding day floral dreams, more likely greater than you thought possible. After we decided on my theme: “Sophisticated, Autumnal, Cozy,” we agreed to a palette: “Ivory, Champagne, Pops of Jewel Tones, Antique Gold.” Then Josh sent me the most vivid and detailed quote. About my bouquet, “The Bride- A stunning hand-tied bouquet of the freshest local and market flowers and foliage available. Soft romantic blooms in champagne and ivory will be designed into an organic composition with several varieties of foliage and vines for a layered texture effect. Pops of burgundy and plum will be added for a hint of color as well as touches of Italian Ruscus painted antique gold. Flower selection may include: Anemone, Dahlia, O’Hara Garden Rose, Majolika Spray Rose, Champagne Rose, Lisianthus, Ranunculus, Hellebores, Snowberry, Privet Berry, Italian Ruscus, Seeded Eucalyptus, Waxflower, Jasmine Vine, and white Nigella. The stems of the bouquet will be wrapped in champagne satin ribbon and secured with pearl pins.” It was more than I could have dreamed of. I still have it hanging in my bedroom upside down, 3 months after my wedding. We had our ceremony at the reception site, so I felt it would be nice to have an alter for the ceremony. Happily, Josh has one that we rented; it truly elevated the ceremony and served as a centerpiece of the space. This was his description of it, “The Ceremony- The focal point of the ceremony space will include a gorgeously decorated floral arch which will serve as a backdrop for Michelle and Michael as they say their vows. The majority of the design will be designated to the upper right corner of the arbor, and the front of the two posts where the structure meets the ground. Flower selection may include Seeded Eucalyptus, Gunni Eucalyptus, Italian Ruscus, Privet Foliage and Berries, Playa Blanca Rose, Champagne Rose, Dahlia, Majolika Spray Rose, and pops of Anemone. Touches of antique gold painted foliage will be incorporated to tie in elements with the Bride’s bouquet.” I could go on, but you get the idea. Hire Joshua and you will not be disappointed!

Brides, do yourself a favor and book these guys now! Joshua was an absolute DREAM to work with; I truly can't rave enough about Fresh Foraged Designs. For my wedding, I basically told Joshua that I like white flowers, greenery, and peonies. That's it. I left the rest of the creative direction completely up to him. Let me tell you, he did not disappoint!! Especially with my budget of $1200 (granted I did my own centerpieces & bridal bouquets). Even though I got an itemized price quote before booking with FFD (which was SUPER helpful), I was absolutely stunned by Josh's work & how many flowers I received. My bridesmaids and I were basically drooling over the flower arrangements when we saw them. I was not expecting everything to be so lush and beautiful! In addition to such high quality work, Joshua was also very responsive and accommodating during the wedding process, even with my wedding being in peak busy season. Fresh Foraged Designs is an amazing company with such beautiful, organic floral creations; I can't recommend them enough!

One of things we were most grateful for on our wedding day was how wonderful all of our vendors were. We were surrounded by everyone we loved and it seemed like the cherry on top to be working with such kind and sweet people. Joshua was very much a part of that! He was patient, professional, and helped us work with a pretty tight budget. Along with that, our flowers were so wonderful. We got married in RI in late August and I loved the idea of a green focused pallet. Joshua knocked it out of the park. my bouquet was everything I wanted and more. His staff, Sarah and Alyssa, gave a tutorial on all of the different flowers/plants and helped the wedding party assemble their bouquets morning of (This was something I asked for, an activity I did at my sister's wedding and loved!). This was the highlight of the 'getting ready' portion of the day. We cannot thank Joshua and his team enough. Joshua is a floral genius. Do not pass him up!!!

It is hard to put into words how grateful my husband and I are for Fresh Foraged. All of the floral pieces at our wedding were above and beyond anything we could have imagined. The flower choices, colors and arrangements blew us, our guests and all of our other vendors away. This is a very special review for me to write because my wedding flowers meant so much to me. Josh spent our few meetings together listening to my likes, wants, questions, and really confusion of what I wanted (because I love flowers and had a hard time visualizing what I exactly wanted) to create pure art. Joshua is an absolute dream and worth every penny. Our flowers were the stand out part of our wedding and we're so grateful for the opportunity to work with such a talented designer. Joshua has a way of honoring your vision while also staying true to his whimsical and "fresh foraged" style. As the day drew nearer, he'd text pictures of fun elements, like dusty blue blueberries, and ask my opinion about incorporating them in some way. Josh and his team at Fresh Foraged Designs did the floral arrangements for my wedding at Newport Vineyards this summer. They were absolutely amazing from start to finish! Josh was so organized and was so good with communicating with us to determine the types of flowers we wanted, the theme of the wedding, and tint details that I would have never thought of! The bridal and bridesmaids bouquets were rustically elegant and our wine barrel arranagements made our ceremony pictures look like they were taken from Pinterest! We had two outside florists who traveled up to RI for our wedding and they were even raving about his work! Josh and his team made our day so special!

I stumbled upon Josh’s Instagram about a year before my new husband proposed, and was instantly captivated by his dramatic and organic feeling arrangements. When I got engaged, I reached out to him immediately. We met over coffee and shared a vision of moody flowers and gold accents, with long trailing ribbons and pops of greenery. When I received his price estimate, every individual arrangement was broken down not only by price, but also by the types of flowers he may be using. I was blown away by how thorough he was, and it was so easy for me to get an idea of what my bouquet would look like. Every meeting with him felt like meeting with a friend for cocktails, and his execution of the day was flawless. I had so many people compliment our floral arrangements, and I loved that no corner of our venue looked untouched. I currently have my bouquet buried in silica gel, in hopes that I can preserve it forever! I recommend Josh to anyone looking for unique and incredible flower arrangements!

I contacted Josh to make an arrangement of flowers for my mother-in-law’s birthday. When he asked me what types of flowers I wanted, I told him he could put together anything he wanted. I had full confidence that he would put together something beautiful. And he did! Since my mother-in-law’s birthday was in November, he used pale pink and white roses, eucalyptus stems, and orange ranunculus for a pop of color. The flower combination was beautiful and it represented the time of year perfectly. My mother-in-law loved them and commented that she had never seen a flower arrangement like the one Josh had made for her. I would say that is Josh’s talent; putting together different flowers and colors that to the untrained eye would not go well together, but end up working perfectly together.

Working with Joshua was a dream. He went above and beyond and my arrangements turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. I told him what I wanted and he ran with it. Beautiful dahlias, roses, nigella in shades of cream, blush, and blues with a bit of eucalyptus throughout. I cannot recommend Fresh Foraged Designs enough.

Josh stopped at nothing to make my day beautiful. He worked so well with our other vendors and created the most amazing centerpieces. He knew exactly what my style was and stopped at nothing to make sure it was exactly what I wanted was a pleasure to work with!

AMAZING to work with! Both me and my husband loved Joshua’s passion about our vision right from the beginning, and yet he still delivered a final product that shocked us in its perfection. He listened to every, single detail that I️ wanted and had beautiful ideas for all the things I️ wasn’t sure about. He went above and beyond the morning of, I️ had our chef coming up to us and saying that he was there for hours helping rearrange and set all the tables and anything else that had to get done. I mean seriously? How amazing to have someone like that helping you out on your wedding day? Guests are still raving about the centerpieces, or my bouquet. When my bridesmaids surprised us with a floral arrangement from Fresh Foraged one month before our wedding (great gift idea, btw!) Joshua drove all the way to Boston to deliver it himself. The week of our wedding, when the vases that we had chosen shipped to the wrong address and we needed to find an alternative, Joshua let us know about the mistake in the same email where he proposed a solution, which was so appreciated during such a stressful time! And he was so helpful on the day of our wedding, working so hard to set up our ceremony and reception spaces, and even doing last minute repairs on some boutonnieres and corsages! Not only was Joshua lovely to work with, but his work was just gorgeous. We knew we wanted a loose, lush, and natural aesthetic, and Joshua more than delivered, creating beautiful bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, centerpieces, and ceremony arrangements. They all included so many different types of flowers and really captured the beautiful fall colors that we had described to Joshua. My bridesmaids and I found flowers in our bouquets that we had never seen before! Our flowers from Fresh Foraged Designs played such a huge role in our wedding decor, and we were so incredibly happy with how they turned out - and Joshua was such a joy to work with. I would highly recommend Fresh Foraged to anyone looking for a wedding or event florist!

Josh was great to work with for our wedding on 9/9! From the very beginning, we knew his style was exactly what we wanted. We was able to take our vision and turn it into reality. Everything was even better than we thought! He nailed our color choices and picked beautiful flowers to compliment our theme! The first time I got emotional on my wedding day was when he showed me my bouquet. To say I was in love would be an understatement. He made 2 large arrangements to frame us during the ceremony and pieces for the aisle which were perfect. He also used our idea of old tea tins and made them into beautiful centerpieces! Everyone loved our flowers and both of our parents thought he was a great guy when they talked to him at the wedding! He is on our list for all future flower needs! He also pulled all of this together after the hurricane hit the islands where many of our flowers came from! He is amazing and his work is stunning!

Joshua was a pleasure to work with. We had our first meeting over the phone and throughout the entire process Joshua was very conscious of our budget and what we were looking for. In talking with Joshua we discussed not wanted to spend a lot of money on bridal party flowers and he suggested we did a plate size white dahlia with some greenery, these were beautiful, and very budget friendly! On the day of the wedding we were so excited because Joshua created the bridal bouquets of our dreams! Joshua also put together two larger arrangements to be put on wine barrels during our ceremony. We were given many compliments from our guests! Throughout the process we had many questions and made changes to our order and he was always very helpful! We highly recommend Fresh Foraged Designs!!

Josh was a pleasure to work with, he is very responsive to messages and has an amazing eye for detail in his work! My wedding bouquet was everything I had hoped for and more, I could not stop starring at it! Josh also makes sure that he sticks around after he delivers his arrangements to make sure everything is perfect, my wedding guests were very impressed by this!
