t would allow for the best delivery. I enjoyed working with them and their invitations are undeniably beautiful. I'll cherish mine forever.
Although the work this store does is exceptional, its staff doesn’t understand customer service. I usually do not write reviews, but I thought I needed to in this instance. My da...
ughter wanted to use this company for her Crane wedding invitations, and we called to schedule an appointment on the one day she was in town. We were told to come in at a certain time. When we got there, the staff did not have time to help us and let us know that we should have scheduled an appointment. We ordered Save the Date cards but took. our $2,500 order to a smaller, friendlier local store. We needed calligraphy on one invitation. Again, wr were told on the phone that this was not a problem. We took the time to come into the store and the same girl informed us that there was $40 minimum for 1 invitation. I guess we won’t buy our engraved thank yous, bridesbook, or anything else from them ever again. Of course, it doesn’t matter to this girl. She just works there and is the outsourced calligrapher. Interesting.

dible. She sat down with me for a little while and played around with designs/layouts and fonts and made my vision come to life. I am pretty decisive so it didn't take long, but she couldn't have been easier to work with! She even helped me find a local printing company to cut down on my invitation costs!
