I would 100% recommend Barb and the Fresno Event Group for any of your event planning needs! She is so knowledgeable, friendly, easy to work with, and considerate. She knows how to get things done and get them done right. I can't even imagine what my wedding day would have been like without her. We booked a venue that was a completely blank slate because we had a very specific vision for what we wanted the wedding to be and look like. Barb came in with the perfect suggestions for vendors and great advice about logistics. She knew exactly who to call when we said we wanted TONS of color in our florals. She knew exactly what we needed when we said the venue doesn't have a built-in bar. She read through and kept on top of all our contracts. We booked her more than a year ahead of our wedding and she stayed in contact the entire time. We had 280 total guests and the Fresno Event Group knew exactly how to handle the movement of all of the guests from parking to ceremony to cocktail hour to reception. Cindy was great at setting up the site map and worked with us when we had questions about table layout and the best setup for flow. Barb had tons of tips and suggestions for moving all of the guests from space to space in our massive venue! I had one inspirational photo and a general theme and the Fresno Event Group turned our wedding into a live Pinterest board. Every single detail and idea we had was brought to life in a way that was a billion times better than we could have imagined. Everything was perfect! Barb and the team put out every little fire leading up to the wedding day and on the day of if something went wrong, I had no idea. I was living my dream wedding all thanks to their team! Our guests keep calling our wedding the best wedding they've ever been to and I truly owe that all to the Fresno Event Group.
