m for our groomsmen because they were the only place I could find that would be able to dress our groomsmen and our jr groomsman in the same suit. 1 groomsman was able to go into one of the Stitch & Tie stores to get fitted. When his suit was shipped to him, everything fit him perfectly. My other two got measured at men's warehouse and sent those measurements in. Both their suits had a horrible fit the first time around. One had to get almost a whole new suit sent to him and our jr groomsman had to be sent new pants, shirt, and shoes. Our groomsman was also told he wouldn't get the replacements until the day before the wedding so if it hadn't fit, I don't know what we would've done. And even so, if was only "good enough" because he could barely lift his arms. I'm not sure what we could've done better to prevent this because getting fitted by men's warehouse seemed like the safe choice. At the end of the day though, they all looked great.

n when one of my idiot groomsmen lost their cuff links the professional staff kept me calm by assuring they would not charge them for their mistake. They were enthusiast and supported our ceremony by making it easy for us. I did all of my planning at the Riverside branch and although my groomsmen all picked up at the Huntington Beach location the same great quality of service was at both locations. Well done Friar Tux!

e great customer service, but they had more options than Men's wherehouse when it came tuxedos. They also worked with the bridal shop where I got my dress so that helped with the coupon. The coupon we had was free groom tuxedo with 5 paid groomsmen and that helped with our decision in going with Friar Tux. The Brea location is busy, but they have great customer service. They helped us throughout the entire wedding process and even when returning the tuxedos it was a smooth and easy transition. They really are organized and do their best in making everything so easy for us as we know wedding planning is hard enough as it is. When you have a vendor who can make it easier for you, that is really what helps. Thank you Friar Tux and everyone in the Brea location. I don't remember their names, but all of them were great!

ming chaos a completely simple streamlined process. Each groomsmen found a tux place to take their measurements and simply submitted those measurements to the Friar Tux shop. The ladies at the shop were very helpful and even called to remind us to get all the groomsmen fitted. There were no issues in picking up the suits and any alterations were done quickly and right before the wedding. I would use them again and will recommend them to any future brides!

All the groomsmen has to do was come in the Friar Tux shop (they could have gone to any of them but they all chose the Laguna Niguel location) and give their name and measurements. Lemme just tell you, by the middle of planning the enormous task of getting 125+ people all situated with food, linens, cake, party favors etc. and with everything trying to be “perfect”, the last thing on my mind (and wallet) was dropping $2,000+ on some fresh some fresh threads.
My mother recommended Friar Tux and we took a trip down to South Coast Plaza. The GM, Cari was there to great us right when they opened. I gave her the jist of what I was looking for, she led in the appropriate direction. Let me drop this little fact on you, I had to dress 10 people up.
So if you’re looking for convenience, all-inclusive attire, great price, awesome customer service with tactful humor and a keen eye for detail then this is where you wanna go.

We had no problem sending in sizes from all over the US and over seas, since not all 10 of the groomsman were from the area.
All 10 of the men, sizes greatly varied (including 2 NFL football players) and they all looked great the day of! We had no problems with pick ups or take backs.
The only thing was the pricing for their kids stuff for ring bearers was not worth it, and we ended up missing suspenders but still paid for them prior to the wedding. Overall, great experience.

ng up all the suit rentals. It was a very easy process for my husband to get fitted and pick up his suit rental at the Brea location. He did have to get another size for his shirt, and we were able to pick that up the next day. I believe our groomsmen used the Anaheim, Laguna Niguel, and Kearny Mesa locations. It is awesome that Friar Tux has a lot of locations throughout SoCal.
I did just find out that our best man wasn't able to pick up his suit at the Kearny Mesa location because he shares the same first and middle name as one of our other groomsmen. So there was a little confusion. The staff at Kearny Mesa was able to do an emergency order/pick up for our best man. THANK YOU! (So happy they didn't share this with me when it actually happened.)

up. Justin in Escondido, was very helpful, and knowledgeable. He saw the mistake, fixed it, and communicated with other stores to ensure every groomsman got the right tux. Unfortunately we started in Riverside, and had to make the unnecessary hour drive to make it right.

ing a bad time at a Men's Wearhouse and was so satisfied with their customer service and knowledge on their tuxes. John is the absolute best! So helpful, patient, and really knows his stuff. Such a sweet guy, me and my husband were so happy with his customer service. They only reason I am not giving the full 5 stars is because one of my groomsmen's pant leg was not properly sewn. When he took it out of the bag the day of it was longer than the other leg and we had to safety pin to fix the problem. Yes, he should have reviewed the tux before leaving the store, but you expect your pants to be properly mended. Other than that snafu, we were really happy. My husband looked so good in his rental.
