he day of the event I was extremely relaxed and didn't have to think of any planning details. I attribute this to Robin's impeccable planning and organization. First, Robin is extremely professional. She is always on time, and responds to emails and phone calls in a timely and professional way. This is ESSENTIAL because wedding planning can be somewhat time-sensitive. Second, Robin is very organized. She keeps track of every detail. She identified challenging logistics and helped us construct a wedding day that ran smoothly. She was careful to always ask my parents, the groom and I about our preferences, and then she would take note. She never asked me the same question twice! Our planning meetings were efficient because she had a list of questions for us ahead of time. Third, Robin has excellent taste and a great sense of wedding etiquette. She also has extensive knowledge of all wedding vendors on the North Shore (I can't speak for other regions because this is where I got married; I suspect her experience reaches further). I often felt overwhelmed by the many decisions involved in planning a wedding (I had no previous event planning experience), and she helped us understand what the guests may expect, and the consequences of the important decisions. I have already recommended Robin to two friends - my advice to them was call her as soon as you can in the wedding planning process! I think she is fabulous, and she is the reason I had a flawless wedding.
