Friendly Flowers Florist & Gifts Millsboro

Unfortunately I was recommended this vendor by my venue and should have done more research before booking with them. If you take the time to read how he responds to reviews, you will see for yourself what a terrible business manager he is. Absolutely everything was perfect about our wedding and planning process except for working with Friendly Florist. During the initial meeting, I provided clear pictures of the vision I expected and Josh made it seem like it was no problem at all to make this vision happen. However, on the wedding day, I walked into the ballroom and immediately was disappointed by the style of the arrangements. It was not ANYTHING I ordered. The correct quantities were delivered, but it was not the correct type of flowers or style he promised to deliver. I was never warned of there being a problem with the types of flowers I ordered prior to the day of the wedding. I was able to see Josh on the wedding day and explained my frustrations. He seemed to care and asked I reach back out after the honeymoon to discuss a refund. When I reached out after the honeymoon, I was disappointed that he was hostile and would not give a fair refund. He told me the flowers I ordered were too fragile and did not hold up so he did the best he could to deliver something. Again, I was never warned this was an issue once. He should be the expert to know not to sell or promise flowers that he cannot work with. I had to beg to get a refund that I was still unsatisfied with. He told me the refund would be returned in 60 days and once I still hadn't received the refund past the 60 days, I reached out to get a status. He responded saying he wasn't sure why it wasn't being processed and said he didn't know when it would get returned. He then suggested to Cash App me the refund, but it wouldn't be the full refund amount as he didn't have that much money in his account ($800!!). It would be delivered as he had it in an unknown amount of time. I had to dispute it with my credit card company to ensure I would get the promised refund. BRIDES BEWARE!

All the flower arrangements were so wonderful!! Josh made this process so easy for us!! He asked us for our colors and ran with it!! Bouquets, boutonnieres, 12 base arrangements, reception flowers and arrangements....all breathtaking. Two weeks after wedding and guest are still commenting how beautiful the flowers were!! Josh is very talented and wanted to deliver exactly what we wanted. You will have a stress free experience and be so pleased with Josh's work.
