Fritz Farm in Mt Orab, Ohio is as awesome venue for a wedding and reception!!!! My daughter and son-in-law were married there three weeks ago and it was amazing. The ceremony space is simple and beautiful with the field in the background and three gorgeous vintage type chandeliers hanging from the platform. The apple orchard with its outdoor lighting and giant genga game was the perfect setting for the cocktail hour. The reception was near two barns with the dance floor under the stars and tables under a beautiful white tent. Haley Fritz, who owns the venue and served as the wedding coordinator, is wonderful and made sure every detail was covered. She’s so easy to work with and knew just what my daughter and son-in-law wanted for their day and helped make it happen. She truly loves what she does and feels like a member of our family. She also recommended a dream team of vendors we used for flowers, DJ, and tent rental. Everyone who attended the wedding mentioned how awesome the venue was and how perfect it was for a wedding and reception. I highly recommend Fritz Farm if you want and outdoor wedding and reception!!

Being the father of the groom and living 500 miles away, I didn't have a lot of interaction with Haley before the wedding, but when I met her at the rehearsal I knew instantly that we were in good hands. The venue, was perfect for our kids. Classic, rustic, country and mother nature gave us a perfect weather, I don't know if Haley and her staff took care of everything else.

What Haley did for my son and daughter-in-laws wedding far exceeded any expectations I had for the entire weekend! She made their dreams, a reality! The farm is the perfect combination of rustic, country, and chic and this fit my son and his wife's personalities perfectly. Being the mother of the groom, I was expecting to have to set up and clean up for the rehearsal dinner, Haley and her staff perfectly took care of everything! The day of the wedding Haley and her team coordinated the day. They were very attentive, not only to my son and his wife, but all of the guests who attended the wedding. She was always willing to answer any crazy questions I had. All setup and tear down was also handled by Fritz Farm which was a huge bonus/stress reliever. I would 1000% recommend Fritz Farm! Such a stunning venue!!!! Thank you Haley for all of the hard work you put in to make the day perfect for us! I wish I could come back every weekend!!

I want to start off with a little pretense my mother has been in the wedding business for quite some time now so growing up I’ve been around the wedding environment quite often. What Haley did far exceeded any expectations I had for what was to come that day, from bringing the wedding party little snack plates while we were getting pictures after the ceremony during cocktail hour, to covering any last minute items we needed and didn’t even think of before that moment she saved the day with it all. Thirsty while waiting for the ceremony to start she was right there with water, need a tissue or to set something down, Haley’s got it. She helped my friend and her groom so much along that way to the big day it was such a relief to hear she had everything taken care of from coordinating to having the bridal party hidden away before the groom and his men arrived or gathering us all together to send the couple off, fantastic job well done! I wish I could come back every weekend!!

I cannot express enough that this was the absolute best decision we could have made for our wedding day! The farm is the perfect combination of rustic, country, and chic. The farm is a little slice of heaven and we are so grateful we were able to be married there. More than that, Haley is the most important person you could ever hire to be part of your day. She alleviated so much stress and anxiety for us during the whole planning process and made all my visions come to life even when I didn't know what I wanted (she knew me better than I knew myself). We had spent almost two years planning our wedding at Fritz Farm and I am so grateful that Haley was there every step of the way, for ALL the questions I had. She was always so easily accessible as well which was very much appreciated. On the day of the wedding, she went so far above and beyond her duties as a wedding planner! She had our drinks of choice waiting for us as we walked down the aisle as husband and wife for the first time, brought us appetizers while we were taking photos so we weren't hangry, made sure we had cold drinks all night, held my veil so the photographers could get an epic photo, and wrangled our wild crew to make sure everything went as planned. Photographs from both our photographers and guests were beautiful because the venue is so gorgeous and there are a ton of amazing photo ops. Everything about our day was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful we chose to have our wedding at Fritz Farm!

I can't say thank you enough to Haley and her team! We were unfortunately one of the first weddings during the COVID times. We made a decision to have a simple small ceremony in May and a reception with more guests in August. Haley was so supportive and helped us through so much of what we faced that year in addition to the Coronavirus. The farm is beautiful and our goal was to just show up and get married and have fun. Haley and her dad made sure that happened! Everything was smooth and completely perfect. Can't wait for our reception at the farm next month!!

Our wedding day was everything I imagined and more and I cannot picture a more perfect venue for it! It was also very easy to work with Haley throughout our engagement and she totally helped my vision come to life. The fact that she remembered the small (yet important) details meant so much to us! She was also so great on the day of our wedding - we rarely saw her yet we always had everything we needed, thanks to her! Overall Fritz Farm is such an amazing venue and it is so easily customizable to whatever themes and set ups your heart desires! Choose Fritz Farm, it’s a no brainer!

I cannot rave enough about Haley. Not only do I feel this way, but everyone who encountered her on my wedding day (wedding party, family, etc.) told me how amazing she was. I can truly say that hiring her was the BEST money I spent on the entire wedding! From the very first day we decided to work together, she immediately jumped in to help me tie up loose ends (and she was only supposed to be a day-of coordinator!). She did everything she could to take the burden off the bride/groom (i.e. taking all of the various wedding items off our hands before the event so that she could deliver it all to the venue on our behalf, created a day-of schedule so that we would know the flow going in, firmly yet so politely made sure our wedding party was where they needed to be to keep the day moving along, etc). She was super responsive throughout the whole process, which of course we know puts a bride’s mind at ease. She also set up the entire event for us, stayed the entire event, all the way through tear down. I cannot say enough positive things about Haley and would absolutely recommend working with her!

I didn’t get the chance to do a walk through at this venue before the bride booked it but every single thing she said about it sounded perfect and that’s what it was, absolutely amazing. When things came up that were not planned, instead of just a shrug of the shoulders Haley always had an alternative and a better idea to make it work! I even locked me keys in my car at the rehearsal blocking everyone in and Haley’s dad was there right away to help out. Nothing seems to stand in their way! Beautiful venue, wonderful people!

When I started wedding planning I quickly realized I was in over my head. There were so many decisions, options, and opinions. I didn’t even know where to start…Budget? Guest list? Date? I knew I would need a wedding planner to help navigate all of this. However, I am a planner and a bit of a control freak so I finding the perfect balance of someone who would let me make my own decisions and make my dream come true, while helping guide me down the right roads was going to be quite the task. My fiancé (now husband) and I stumbled upon Fritz Farm. It immediately checked off so many things on our list – unique, personable, homey, price, and the list goes on. One of the biggest items was that we could choose to have a wedding coordinator for the planning and day of. We immediately sent over an email – and guess what – A RESPONSE RIGHT AWAY! To those of you planning a wedding, I am sure you can relate to the absolutely frustration we faced with being “ghosted” by so many vendors. Within an hour of emailing Haley at Fritz Farm we had a date for a visit, true and honest pricing, and tips and tricks for planning in the meantime. This interaction immediately made Fritz Farm jump to the top of our list. Fast forward 11 months later through budget talks, décor decisions, ceremony planning, and so much more that Haley and her team led us through – our wedding day was just three days away! We finally made it! But not so fast – 16 days of rain led to a last minute snafu. We got a call from our rental company that our giant tent could not be setup due to wet grounds and would need to be moved somewhere else on the property. Okay – so not the end of the world – but to a bride that has been envisioning this day for her whole life and has been building it in detail the past year – I didn’t know what to do. Our seating chart!? Our centerpieces!? Everything was going to have to change. I called Haley right away. She had already had options A, B, C & D planned in detail and presented them to us. Wow. The amount of stress that was IMMEDIATELY lifted from our shoulders was amazing. In just three days she took a year of detailed planning, changed it, and made it SO MUCH BETTER than we could have ever imagined. Having an outdoor wedding always comes with a risk – but we knew from the beginning that Haley would be able to solve anything thrown our way. And she did, flawlessly. Our wedding day was absolutely perfect. We spent our entire day surrounded by love and the beauty of Fritz Farm. The attention to detail Haley and her team provide is incredible. They each go above and beyond to provide the highest level of hospitality. Although there were some snags with other vendors throughout the day – we didn’t know a thing about any of them. Haley was on top of everything that came about that day. I cannot thank her enough for this. Fritz Farm is not only the place we had our wedding, but it is the place we will hold dear to our hearts for years to come. The Fritz Family is unlike any other and truly care about each and every person that steps foot onto their venue. Thank you to each and every one of you.

Our wedding is coming up in September but I wanted to let people know how much of an asset Haley has already been. Fritz Farm was the only venue we looked at in person and as soon as we saw it, we booked it. We spent an hour surrounded by awesome scenery and our heads began to fill with ideas of making our day exactly what we wanted. We decided to pay the extra money and hire Haley as a full event coordinator. We couldn’t be happier with this decision. My fiancé has been able to reach out to Haley and receive a response right away for everything from a bump in the road (you will have them) to picking a color for table clothes. Haley has always given honest, well thought out feedback, from her immense knowledge in the industry. Their eagerness to help us solve problems and plan ahead is what makes them stand out. Thanks to all of Haley's work and attention to detail, we know we can go into our wedding day stress free because everything will be left in the hands of someone who cares about every detail as much as we do. Can't wait to celebrate our day with Fritz Farm!

What a magical day and night and a beautiful wedding my daughter had! Thank you Haley for helping us work through detail after detail. Thank you for all the organizing you did. Thank you for all the work and effort you put forth seamlessly. Thank you for always being calm and having great last minute ideas when we had to move to Plan B due to weather changes. (Not everyone would have gone to 6 stores the day before the wedding for those awesome shepherd hooks that float in the bird cages). You were even double amazing the eve of the wedding tending to all sorts of things behind the scenes that left me (as MOB) and the bride to be able to just be in the moments of the event. I can’t tell you how much it meant to me and the pressure it took off of me to have you handling every detail. You are amazing at what you do and I’m grateful we went with your services. I was a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding on Fritz Farm and it was awesome! Haley was so fun to work with and was just like another friend. I have never experienced such hospitality- we were given hot chocolate on our tour! It's such a unique venue and the pictures don't do it justice!

Haley planned our daughters wedding and she was absolutely amazing. She had new and fresh ideas and a seemingly endless energy level. She was incredibly organized and thought of everything leading up to the wedding so we could relax and enjoy the big event. To this day, family and friends comment on how unique and special Fritz Farm was and the special touches provided by the staff. We really cannot say enough about this talented young woman and her beautiful venue. You will be so grateful to have your wedding at Fritz Farm.

Haley and Fritz Events truly helped create the wedding of our dreams. We planned a simple outdoor reception in a picnic pavilion. She helped transform the space into an elegant venue with bud vases, roses and lace table runners. She helped us think through the fine details of our timeline during the planning process and flawlessly executed it on our wedding day. This was a huge weight off our shoulders and also allowed our parents to enjoy our special day. A truly professional company, we would highly recommend.

Haley is an old friend of ours, and she started her wedding planning business around the time my husband and I started our planning process. It had become clear that between work, a master's degree, and the wedding itself I was going to need some professional help with this wedding. I am so glad we asked her to be our planner. She dealt with my vendors and MY FAMILY. She planned a cocktail party with my grandmother (bless her), and helped my mother-in-law with the rehearsal dinner. Everything went so smoothly. She decorated our venue and tables, brought us food at the salon, and had a bag of wonders for emergencies. She is amazing, and will make your vision come alive. You won't regret hiring her!

Haley did a fantastic job with our wedding. Thanks to her, I was able to relax and really enjoy my wedding day, without having to worry about anything. Anything that I should have been stressed out about, Haley took care of. She really went above and beyond in preparing for our big day. This was her first Greek Orthodox wedding and she took the time to research and learn about our customs and all the moving pieces in the ceremony. She made sure that everything got to where it was supposed to be for the ceremony and the reception. Everybody always tells you that the day won't go exactly as you planned, because you can't control everything. They were right, and Haley's quick thinking, problem solving, and professionalism saved the day more than once I'm still getting compliments both on how amazing my wedding was and how I was the most relaxed bride they've ever seen. I couldn't have pulled it off without Haley's help and I'd recommend her to anyone who wants a wonderful and worry-free wedding day.

I am so very grateful to you for your excellent ideas, daily follow through, and overall supervision of the rehearsal dinner for my son’s wedding. I would give you THE HIGHEST recommendation to anyone who has an event to host. And to do it all within a tough budget shows what wonderful skills you have!
