rew arrived right on time and handled the entire setup independently. Since the event was at an Airbnb, I initially worried it might be difficult for them to work with the space, but Nate was incredibly adaptive and flexible and he made everything come together seamlessly. He also knew exactly which Bollywood and Bhangra songs to play, and my Indian family had an absolute blast. We genuinely appreciated his willingness to learn about our culture and music. My mom considers Nate as the MVP for this day & we're thankful for all the Zoom calls he was willing to have in advance of our events to get to know us and our vision better.
For the Wedding/Reception, Nate had the dance floor packed all night. He played the perfect mix of hip-hop, old-school, classics, and rock so there was something for everyone. We also loved using Vibo; it made it super easy for my husband and me to select the songs we wanted and to clearly mark the ones we definitely didnāt want. But if I had to choose, I think my favorite thing about Frobaby Productions is how in-tune they are with everything happening around them. There were a couple of moments when family members tried to give speeches (even though we didnāt want speeches) and Nate handled it smoothly and respectfully, making sure our wishes were honored and there wasn't a scene caused. I canāt recommend Frobaby Productions enough. Theyāre talented, professional, intuitive, and an absolute joy to work with!

I spoke to and his energy over the phone was so great I didn't want to talk to anyone else. He asked all sorts of questions to get an idea of what I was looking for and he tailored our playlist to be perfect for us. The music was perfect during all aspects of the night and guests loved that he was mixing music right there in front of everyone. Frobaby was so fun to work with and if I lived in Hawaii I would find reasons to hire them for everything. Another awesome aspect of the package we booked was the digital Photo Booth which got tons of use. We had a small party but everyone danced all night long and if they weren't dancing, they were taking photos at the Photo Booth. We then hopped on a call with Nate and we really liked him as he walked us through the entire package, heard our story, and promised to deliver. And he sure did. All my guests raved about how amazing DJ Nate was. He used our curated playlists and mixed the right songs at the right time. There was a point in Dinner where he got EVERYONE up and singing along. I could barely eat because I was singing along to every song he played and enjoying every second of it! During the Dance party, DJ Nate and his team nailed our club vision perfectly. The pixel tubes and smoke jets paired together made it look like Vegas in Hawaii. Our crowd loved his mixes and he literally packed the dance floor the entire night. DJ Nate had experience with Filipino and Persian weddings, which gave us the confidence in bringing our music vision to life while incorporating both cultures in our wedding. wedding, all of which DJ Nate executed with ease, including local Hawaiian music, oldies, classical, and pop/dance music. DJ Nate also played some of our more unusual picks and slotted them in a smooth way, including Witch Doctor, Caramelldansen, and Everybody Wants to Be a Cat. We are big music lovers, so we appreciated that he recognized that these were special songs and he chose to play them at just the right times when we were present.
DJ Nate also did timeline-related announcements, which was extremely helpful in letting people know what was coming up next or where to go. The dance music was the perfect volume -- weāve been to multiple events (not Frobaby) where the volume was too loud, so we were concerned about this for our wedding, but this was not an issue at all with DJ Nate.
Finally, we had not chosen the last song of the night ahead of time, and we wanted to leave it up to the DJās discretion. For the last song, DJ Nate chose to replay our grand entrance song, Kiss Me by Sixpence None the Richer, which we wouldnāt have thought of on our own and which was such a sweet way to wrap up the night.

We also had an eclectic playlist request (country, kpop, hip hop, pop, reggaeton) and DJ Nate somehow blended all categories seamlessly. His remixes of the songs were so good!! He was also great at reading the dance floor and knew what songs to play at the right moment.
He also followed up multiple times with us to ensure the correct music was being played. His emcee work was also perfect! Upbeat, timely, efficient, professional, and definitely not cheesy- he didn't miss a thing! We were definitely in good hands!

ust from speaking with him, we knew immediately he was the person we wanted for our wedding.
Nate is kind, fun and very outgoing, heās also incredibly good at what he does.
We struggled with music as we have two very different families with different music taste as well as my husband and Iās. We didnāt want the playlist to seem crazy or forced.
All of our concerns were sent over to Nate, and he was not only quick to reply but assured us of a solution as well on the day of the wedding, put everything together in such a perfect flow, we kept getting compliments all night, he kept all of our guests on the dance floor.
Nate really went above and beyond for us, our first song was a bit too long and there is a part in the song they talk, Nate edited the song, slowed it down, and made it a shorter version, it didnāt even take that long and when we heard it, it sounded incredible, you couldnāt even tell what was missing.
I sent Nate a couple of Instagram videos of mashups I really liked, he included those on the day of the wedding and made it happen.
I canāt praise him enough, he is a can-do guy and makes it happen, his positivity and skills are out of this world.
We couldnāt believe how well he made it come together and made it a perfect day for us.
Pro tip, book the highest-level package, you get added effects as well as a photo booth, this was a huge hit with our guests, Nate also sent us all of the photos from the photo booth, and it was such a fun thing to look through after the wedding.
The effects included a cloud under us while we were doing our first dance as well as sparklers we ran through at the end of the night. Canāt imagine if we didnāt have those things.

From the very beginning, Nate had a great, positive energy and walked us through their event packages. We thought he would match our vibe, but not only did he do that... he also went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations by adding in cool effects without us asking & was super attentive to the details of our friend's toasts which allowed him to make their speeches even more personalized as they were giving them.
Utilizing the music app to add in our songs for momentous times throughout our wedding day, and for our dance party was really easy and great to use as well! We really appreciated Nate's energy and help in bringing our surprise/personal dances to life. If you want the dance floor to get lit at your event, Frobaby Productions is the way to go!

Prior to our event, we were provided a phone app to add in songs and notes to the DJ, which was not only user friendly but also an extremely efficient way to go about adding in songsā giving us plenty of time to think of songs and add them in and edit as we went. On the day of our wedding, we were blown away by how amazing Frobaby made the experienceā they provided ceremony sound, MC services, and live professional DJ services. Everything went smoothly and they did a tremendous job reading the room during the reception and playing songs that guests were best responding to, so much so that it got to a point that our guests were dancing in the grass around our dance floor because not everyone could fit on the dance floor! can postpone and plan everything we already talked about for the wedding for another time. We moved it to 2021 and he honored everything we agreed to. We even changed our original planned wedding date to a day that he would be able to be our DJ and it was totally worth it. He was very easy to contact and always had time for a phone call to explain various upgrades he offers and pricing. After talking to at least 8 other DJās and DJ companies on Oahu, I can assure you he is the only one that is so responsive and helpful in the pre-booking process and was so genuinely excited about everything I told him about our wedding. He even came out to the venue to take a look at how and where heād set up to ensure he had enough space, power, and even gave ideas on how to make it look even better. Nate told us he uses an app with his customers that allows them to select songs for each part of the wedding (guest arrival, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, first dance, reception, etc.). Once again, no other DJ I talked to mentioned this or even knew about this app. So throughout the summer we gradually selected songs, which Nate could then see and know what to play on the big day. All of his upgrades are well worth it; we got tons of uplights (which change/sync to the music, monogram (which we customized), smoke machine, white bubbles (the coolest thing that no DJās on the island have, theyāre filled with smoke so when they pop smoke comes out of them), and a CO2 cannon. Nate was a blast throughout the entire process and especially during the wedding, always went above and beyond and just really cared about us as the wedding couple having a great time! Stop your search now and book Nate, youāll be completely happy you did!

Our wedding crowd liked to party and he was a perfect fit in choosing songs that kept everyone on the dancefloor the entire evening. His DJ booth was nearly underwater and he did nothing but make jokes, play amazing music and have a great time. I canāt say much more other than DJ Nate is AMAZING, and worth every penny!

Nick and I planned a destination wedding for 115 of our closest friends and family. While I was hoping for sunshine, planning for a possible light sprinkleā¦ what I, our guests, and our vendors did not plan or expect.. was forā was a MONSOON on our wedding day! I donāt mean to say it just rainedā¦ I mean, it literally POURED. There were even flash flood warnings! Every single guest and vendor was drenched from head to toe. They say rain on your wedding day is supposed to be good luck, and ours started this day with our vendors.

Not only did your mic survive the pouring rain, and guests could still hear us during our vows, during the few times there was slight panic because of the flooding, DJ Nate was QUICK to jump on the mic and crack a joke! My favorite was āIāve djād at many weddings, but never on a mountainā¦. on a boat!ā *queue laughter*! He was quick to relax our guest and assure them everything was okay! He definitely set and kept the mood of the wedding the ENTIRE DAY/NIGHT!
My FAVORITE part all day, must've been when our wedding party was out in the POURING RAIN taking photos and DJ Nate played, "Pocketful of Sunshine" by Natasha Bedingfield. It was so ironic and we were dying of laughter!! SOOO GREAT!!
ALL OF THE MUSIC WAS ON POINT. EVERY. SINGLE. SONG. Because of the rain, people were on their feet early on and the dance party started pretty early. Nick helped select some song choices using the online app/music tool (which BTW IS SUPER AWESOME), but DJ Nate kept up with INCREDIBLE song choices ALL NIGHT! He even played music in Spanish music, which was really the best of both worlds!!
And did I mention the CO2 Cannon Gas!?! This was our add-on choice and we used it when we surprised our guests in our DINO Suits!!! It created an element of surprise and it was so much fun to use out on the dance floor.
Overall our experience with DJ Nate was INCREDIBLE!! Not only are we so THANKFUL and Grateful for you and your positive attitude this day, but we truly are the lucky ones to have had you celebrate our big, wet day with us!!!

end of the night, all of our favorite songs had been played. Not only was the music great, but the light effects, glow sticks and CO2 cannon were a nice touch. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
