My favorite photos of a wedding day are candid - the groom snuggling with the bride on their wedding day when they think no one else is paying attention, the bride giving her grandmother one last hug before they leave for their honeymoon, a bride telling her sister, who is her maid-of-honor, a corny joke before the ceremony starts, or a groom dancing with his favorite aunt who traveled from out-of-state to see their big day. The venue, details, and theme of the wedding are awesome, but at the end of the day those moments are going to be what matters most. I would never recommend anyone hire her. We had to file in court due to her failure to provide our wedding photos from the ceremony, family photos nor reception. This was now going on 4 years. She was sure to cash our checks and keep the money. Do an OSCN search several people had to take her to court yet honestly waste of additional money as she still never showed for court and never produced the photos.

Don’t hire her unless you want to end up in court. 18 months out from our wedding and STILL waiting on our full wedding album. Look her up on KFOR. She has done this to many people. NOTHING BUT A SCAMMER! Would give 0 stars if I could

I would put 0 stars, but that’s not an option. I haven’t received my engagement photos AT ALL. We took them nearly 4 months ago, and now it’s time to send our save the dates. I had asked her multiple times how to pay her, and she won’t get back with me about that or anything else for that matter. Now we’re in a bind, because she won’t communicate. There weren’t any issues, until after we took the photos. I haven’t heard back from her hardly at all...she simply won’t answer anymore. I even had a planner reach out to her, and Brittany was dishonest and said there was a payment misunderstanding, which wasn’t at all true. She said she would reach out to me ASAP, and it’s been almost a month...still haven’t heard anything...

Britt is an amazing photographer. She loves what she does and you can tell! My fiancé is not a fan of taking pictures, but she was great at helping him pose and encouraged him to do whatever is natural and comfortable. We were also concerned with cheesy poses that weren’t natural. I emailed Britt some ideas of poses we would be comfortable with and she completely understood the style we were going for, as the pictures turned out perfect! I received digital copies of the pictures after just two weeks from the session. She’s very sweet, responsive to emails, and easy to work with. I cannot say enough good things about her! Highly recommend!

We had a contract with Britt for a 60 day delivery. I’m all for being patient for good work, but we are now at 149 days. Very little response to us when we call or email and no follow through with promises. Be very cautious.

We have a similar situation as one of the reviews below. It's been SIX months since our wedding and we haven't received our images. We should have received the digital downloads within 60 days of our event according to the contract we signed. My biggest issue is the lack of communication and follow through. It concerns me that something wrong with our images that is not being communicated. I have reached out with few responses, but whenever I do get a response there is no follow through to the actions she says she will take. The biggest bummer is that we really like her. She was awesome. Beforehand we were priority, but now that it's over...we are not. The way I see it is ALL clients who have paid in FULL should be priority until their images are received regardless of the new clients she decides to take on. She does great photos but I believe she is overbooking herself and not giving her previous clients the turnaround they deserve.

We selected Britt to photograph both our Engagement and Wedding photos. From our initial meeting I was impressed, as Britt was flexible in modifying her photography packages to best meet our needs and remain within our budget. Our engagement photos were amazing, and we had SO many shots to choose from. For our wedding, she did great at making sure the timeline went according to plan and no shots were missed. Our wedding just happened to fall on a weekend where Britt had two other weddings to photograph, and she unexpectedly brought along a fabulous second shooter and assistant, without any additional charge to us. While it may seem a small detail, I think it speaks volumes to Britt's dedication to great work, that she ensured her other commitments would have no effect on the quality of her product. We had multiple sneak peeks from our wedding while anxiously awaiting our gallery, and received upwards of 1000 photos less than a month post-wedding. Don't just take my word for her expertise-- both our engagement photos and wedding photos, along with two other weddings we have attended that Britt photographed were chosen to be featured in publications!

Britt is such a fantastic photographer. She was super professional and really helped us stay on target with our time lime. She was able to provide a quick preview of some of our images and I'm blow away. She's truly honed her craft and is super personable. A must book!

Initially, Brittany seemed great and very helpful. We had a great engagement and bridal session without too many hiccups; however, from the wedding on, I have had issues. We paid the full $2000 2 weeks before the wedding date, but it has now been almost SIX months since my wedding and my photos have not been delivered. I am very upset as there was a 90 day for delivery clause in our agreement, and what is even more upsetting is that she ignores my texts, emails, and basically any contact I try to initiate. I told all my guests not to worry about photos since she would cover everything, and now I am left with nothing until she decides to follow through. Go with someone more reliable and professional is my suggestion.
